Huge selection great staff trumps lovers bigtime

The selection is vast. But an over abundance of product, does not make up for the lack good customer service, or the quality of the products on the floor. I bought $150 worth of lingerie. Because of covid-19, wasnt allowed to try on, which I understand. But when I returned home and tried on, every piece had pulled, frayed and torn seams. So tacky. So gross. So sloppy. They are beautiful pieces and colors, but Im so disappointed that they are seemingly destroyed already, and if I want to salvage them, Im going to have to take them to a seamstress to attempt to reinforce these torn seams.

The store is large. The selection is large. The customer service was poor. But, what Im most upset about, is the$150 worth of lingerie I bought, that I wasnt allowed to try on, and there is no return policy for. I absolutely love the pieces, but when I took them home to try on, someone had already busted all of them at the seams. If I want to salvage these pieces, Im gonna have to take them to a seamstress and drop more bills. I look SAF in them and they fit perfectly, but I feel cheated.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I bought a $150 toy for my wife. Got home and unboxed it and it was broken. Took it back then next morning and they said they have no return policy! It wasnt used and still had the packaging on it! Waisted my time and money! GO TO LOVERS! Never had a problem there.

The place is kinda cool, it has a big selection but kind of a No Passion feel. a little pricey too, but a nice variety

Great selection, but my god quality control on the people you let in. Some really dirty and greasy customers in there. The lube and the clothing are overpriced also.

If your looking for it they have it, and the place doesnt feel creepy. My boyfriend and I love it.

110% worth the drive to skip past all the items of lesser quality that are stocked at Lovers and like stores. Massive selection, friendly staff, very well lit and easily navigable store. Will be coming back time after time for sure. In fact, I think its time for another trip already, our toy chest needs adding to.

Yeah i go here often for flavored condoms but i dont like how as soon as you enter there is some employee all in your face all in your business. can i just buy some rubbers in peace??? good thing im in and out because i know what i like i really dislike people in my face like that

Cadtle is normally a fine store, however... last night at the Tacoma location all of the employees working were WEIRD. There was one guy (named Dakota??) who practically hovered around us the entire time we were at the store, making weird jokes and being rather creepy. He was overly friendly and he just needed to go away...

Good place to take your girlfriend for toys and lube.

I used to go there to get this or that here and there...however, I will never shop there again. I was there ready to spend a significant amount of money but suddenly head to pee... they honestly told me they have no bathroom and direxted me drive my car to cash and carry to use their bathroom....how tacky. I can spend $600.00 at your store but I cant use your bathroom! GHETTO TACKY!

Great staff, helped me find more than what I was looking for while paying less than expected.

Ive been to several Castle locations, and I always like the layout and selection. I dont think the employees at this location were quite as friendly as the people at the Seattle location on Broadway, or the Tukwila one near Southcenter, but they were still professional at the Tacoma store. Its a great store for a variety of things, and always fun to look around it. Wild at Heart in Ballard is still my favorite just because of its BDSM speciality, but Castle is great. It just offers more than many other adult stores, worth checking out.
