We frequent the Main Event 3-4 times a month. We probably spend too much money in the Arcade, however, it’s what we like to do. Our issue is that the machines don’t always play fair and we tend to loose more money than we are supposed to lose/use. The staff is great and help us out when they can. Main Event should ensure machines are in working condition daily. Also, the prizes should be rotated out. The same prizes have been there since they opened. Thank you,PDM

Wendi, Mallory and Kerri are awesome! They helped me plan and execute a surprise party for my husband. We had so much fun bowling, playing lazer tag and playing arcade games. The food was also delicious! We will be back!

While some of the games werent available ( mostly due to Covid-19) there was plenty to do. We played arcade games, went bowling and played pool. The pizza we had was really good too. The staff is super helpful as well.

My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday here. So much fun! Reasonably priced! Our host took care of us and was very helpful!

I am blown away at how above and beyond the staff went tonight for my daughters soy allergy. First I called this morning and the woman on the phone was so prompt to call me back and inform me what she could eat there. Then as soon as i told my waitress to make sure her food didnt touch anything she couldnt have a kitchen manager came out to assure me everything was perfect. Later getting icecream like 4 employees all made sure to check every label. And went as far as going to the back to clean the scoop before he scooped hers. I cant wait to go back, knowing how accommodating you were makes it so easy for next time we need some family fun we go here. Why have I lived here 10 years and never came to MAINEVENt! I would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!

Overall good experience today. The kids enjoyed it. Only issue is some of the games dont work, but they are not shutdown nor do they have an out of order sign on them, so game credits are being used on a game that cant be played.

This location has a special due to the Pandemic , they offer all activities for a flat rate fee of $20 . What they dont tell you until after your purchase is the arcade is its own separate credit so you have to pay more money to play. (Which apparently are mentioned in the $20 deal).so the deal only is for pool table, zip lining, laser tag and bowling which will take forever due to people playing there all day . The alcoholic beverages was the only thing worth coming back for.

It was cool. The staff was friendly. The drinks was good. Just wished they had more options for food.

Run of the mill loud “entertainment” venue trying to be everything at once. Hated the bowling rental. Have to rent in 1 hour blocks; no fractions. So we only got in 1 1/2 games, and there was no way to pay for more time to finish without buying a whole hour. Ridiculous. Lanes were so glossy that the big TVs above reflected, making it harder to see your lane markers.

Cheap to play all night with friends! Chicken wings are the best and bowling area is amazing. If you want to have fun with family and friends, enjoy good music, play several games and eat cheat meals, this is the place. (Everytime Ive been there, always found clean tables and hand sanitizer)

Was fun to spend NYE here. Theres billiards, bowling, and games. When you buy an unlimited pass though, you dont get to accumulate points or tickets so the games arent as fun. The games are set up for point play so it gets old really fast. Food was delish!

Took my daughter bowling for her first time, had a blast!

Took my boys here (9 and 6) to play laser tag and arcade games and they both really enjoyed it. Prices are pretty reasonable and they have a lot of different games. We came on a Tuesday and they had a deal going on where you could pay for the price of one activity (bowling, laser tag, ropes course) but then you could do it as many times as you wanted.

Machine are down, food not what I expected (Pizza). I prefer Dave and Busters.

I’m giving Main event three stars. I went there on a date and while we had fun, the customer service was poor with long wait times to be helped despite having many employees. There was also a malfunction with our bowling lane where the pin machine would not place one of the pins when the lane would reset. I reported this to employees and it was not fixed and we weren’t offered another lane.There is a lot to do there with arcade games, bowling, pool, laser tag and some type of rope course. They sell a pass for $20 per person that lets you do unlimited everything other than arcade for the whole night which is a good deal if you plan on being there for a while and doing different activities. We went about a month ago during COVID and it did not seem like there was any policy on masks being required because I noticed lots of people not wearing one. My date and I wore one.

The place was amazing however we were rushed thru our time . . gravity ropes wasnt allowed and our Host kept disappearing as well as forgetting to get one of the waters a guest repeatedly asked for. However we did enjoy ourselves and had fun.

Kids love this place. Nice bowling alley for adults, too.

My family loved this place. This was our first time at a Main Event. It has so much to offer for all ages to enjoy and have some fun!!!

We came to a real state event NAMARs Young Professionals Network and had an awesome time. We have a small buffet of chips, dips, chicken and beef wraps, and donut holes for dessert. We did one round of bowling and had a few drinks from the bar. The food and drinks were very yummy and we had a great time. We will have to come back again and try the video games and pizza place!

Visited on 5/31/2020. We usually go on Saturday to shoot billiards and eat but this week we decided to go on Sunday. Big mistake! Went order our food from the bar but the bartender stated the she doesnt take food orders. When we go on Saturday this is not a problem. So we waited for a wait person to take our order and that took about 10 minutes. Then it took another 25 minutes to get our food, which was a bit overcooked. We ordered pizza and chicken fingers which should only take about 10 minutes to cook. Also, on all our orders no napkins are brought with our food. Always have to ask for them. Billiard tables are fine.

(9/11/2020) Wanted to have a date night shoot pool and eat. It was our first time there but when we got there there were no clean tables available and after standing around for 7 minutes with no one acknowledging us a server came to clean a table off for us it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned/dried off. When I asked why the table was still wet I was told it was because of the sanitizer but sanitizer is not sticky. After being seated at an unclean table we sat around for 20-30 with numerous servers walking past us without acknowledging us or asking if anyone has taken our order. We decided to leave due to the unsatisfactory and horrible service and do not plan on ever returning.

Plenty of TVs to watch the football game. Kids have fun. Starbucks across the street, so you can get coffee and calm down away from the madness.Plenty of parking.Chaotic, noisy....bring Bose noise cancelling headphones, something to read, charge your cell phone battery completely & spare battery, and your Starbucks gold card.It will be a mind-numbing experience, but you can get thru it.Bring $. Lots.

Went to go watch football on Sunday but they only had 1 game on out of the half dozen playing. Little disappointing.

My son loves this place, they have laser tag and a obstacle course above the game area.

Monday night madness is the best time to go

Thank you MainEvent for making our son’s birthday event today so special. It was great to be able to get out and celebrate in a safe and clean environment. We appreciate all that the staff did to make us feel safe and welcome to have our birthday party there. We look forward to coming back soon and enjoying some more family fun!

A very cool place for birthday parties, family gatherings ,or just a fun night out with friends. There is something for everyone in your group to do. They offer bowling, tons of arcade games, ski ball, a sky walk, and a restaurant with a diverse selection of food and drinks. Its not too crowded like many of their competitors are and the prices are reasonable. The arcade games dispense tickets at the end of play so the little ones can pick a prize at the end of the visit. Our group consisted of people ranging in age from 4 years old to 70s and everyone had plenty to do and had a great time. Their sky walk is also lots of fun for those whom are not fearful of heights.The facility was clean and the staff was attentive and pleasant. There are many food and drink options on the menu and everything comes out good and fresh. They also allow you to bring your own cake in if youre hosting a celebration. Also as I mentioned before, kept much cleaner than your typical arcade. We will definitely be returning.

Our Church youth had a special activity and my 16 year old grandson enjoyed hr full visit.

Ive been there a couple times and the place is pretty cool. There are so many activities including:-bowling-laser tag-video games-gravity ropes-pool tablesPrices may vary depending on the days since they have different promotions.The food is so good, and the presentations are fancy it makes you want to take pictures of your food. My favorite thing to get there used to be the coconut shrimp, but last time I went it wasnt on the menu (what a shame).The parking lot is huge, and theres usually cops around making sure its safe for everyone.Theyre kinda pricey, but I think its been worth it for the times Ive been there.ESPAÑOLHe estado allí un par de veces y el lugar es bastante bueno. Place was clean and empty when we went. Which was perfect. The kids had a ball! They kept getting pur order wrong but was nice about getting the right food out.

Came here for the 1st time an my 4 teenagetime grandkids with me they tried everything and really enjoyed themselves the staff was great. I highly recommend this place for a fun time at a great price.

Had our daughters birthday party there, and it was great! The staff were attentive and professional, and really took care of our guests. Everyone had a great time, and felt relaxed, and not rushed. Great place for special events, or just hanging out with friends and/or family. Love how kid friendly it is, but also a great place to meet up with your friends for a drink to have some fun.

It has delicious food and the activities here are amazing. For a place so popular it is very clean and full if kind and helpful employees. They have a bowling alley which is amazing. I would love to come back here again with some friends or family. My only issue about this place is that its very crowded and the prices are high. Other than that, this place is amazing.

Super Fun! There are all kinds of activities like laser tag, bowling, and they have a 30ft obstacle course above the ground! There are also arcade games. The food you order there is really good! Would recommend

Great time for the whole family. Have a drink while the kids walk balance platforms, bowl or play arcade games. The games will eat your money but its fun!

Main Even takes fun seriously! This was the third time weve been there for parties. My own daughter had her party here. My daughter, son, and myself love air hockey and DDR. At the bar theres a yummy riesling and awesome cheese bites. The pizza is always good. The service is wonderful.

Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at main event. Their 14.95 unlimited summer special which included unlimited bowling, billiards, gravity ropes, and laser tag was a steal of a deal. We had a great time. The only bad part was during our time of refueling to take a brake and eat, our basket of fries had hair in them. It was very disappointing because I had eaten bout a 3rd of the fries. We let the cashier know but she brushed it off...which is kinda odd. But other than that unfortunate event, it was a good time.....I really wanted those fries....it almost ruined an otherwise great experience luckily it didnt........but it almost did.

I love Main Event Suwanee. It was my friends birthday party and we loved it. You need to come to this place it is amazing. Great staff you need to go on big thing in there that it is high up in the air and it is amazing. I loved this place. You need to come so you can have this awesome experience that I had her.

I really enjoy main event because it is first of all the great place for birthday parties and it is lotta fun for everyone. The laser tag, the bowling,and the arcade games all combined together create a very fun environment for people. Main event is a great place for people of all ages. They also have a pool tables and other games for adults to enjoy.

Its a bit pricey but it is much nicer and has a lot more to do than stars and stripes in Buford. We actually left stars and stripes after walking in and went here to Main Event. They have decent food from what I could tell. We Only had cheeseburgers but they were fairly good. Got pretty busy after 7 pm. My advice get there early if you want to bowl. I would also like to add that a few of the games didnt work or took our points. We were reimbursed for it but it would be nice to not have to deal with these problems in the first place. Maybe service the games a little better?

Had my sons 11th bday here. It was a really good time for the kiddos. Only problem was we bought the gamer package where they could play for 3 hours. Never once online or in person was I informed that they would receive NO tickets for the time they played. So they all played games for 3 hours that reward you with tickets based on your performance during the game only to have not a single ticket to cash in at the reward zone once finished. This upset the kids as well as myself. This should have been stated during purchase. $300 to play games with no reward for the kids. The reward zone is the only reason my kid wanted his party here and that didnt happen. Make sure to ask alot of questions before booking!

They get very busy, but I highly recommend going in the daytime since they have better deals for the unlimited games. I highly recommend this for birthday parties or holiday parties. The bar is pretty good, its a full barn, so Im pretty sure they can make any drink that you request. Theres also a pool tables, but the wait for those can get a little long.

The bowling itself was alright, but our screen quit halfway through and the food was extremely overpriced. Even for a childrens birthday party, youre better off somewhere else. The staff didnt care at all, and frankly I dont blame them because the management seems like a joke. If youre planning a visit to the Main Event Suwanee, prepare for a pricey disappointment.

Great place to have some fun #)

I called ahead of going in yesterday evening, and had someone verbally confirm the $14.99 deal for unlimited bowling I had heard about on the radio. Not 30 minutes later, my friend and I show up, and were told that it was actually over $20 a person for that. Since we were already there and drove out of the way to arrive, we just decided to pay and bowl. After an hour, however, the lane closed down. Mid-throw, and with no warning. Causing the ball to not only shake the entire lane but also bounce back into the now-broken gutter. Someone in uniform then walked down without saying a word, ‘fixed’ the gutter issue, and proceeded to come back saying we were out of time and would have to pay for any damages done to the lane (that shut itself down after the release). I then had to ask TWICE for him to at least roll the ball back to me, which he kicked in my direction. We then went up to the front to check on the lane time issue, and were told that we only paid for an hour. After we CONFIRMED TWICE before paying that the over-charged price was for unlimited bowling until close. Asking to speak to a manager was a waste of time as well, as I was told that they were not in that night at 9:30. After such an abysmal experience in every regard, I will NEVER use a main event again, and will go out of my way to never have anyone I know go either.

Lots of fun. Great variety of things to do. Definitely somewhere you could spend a few hours at. All the food was good and the facility is very well maintained.

This place is a great time. There are a lot of fun things to do. The only thing I can say is when this place is busy youll be waiting quite a while for bowling. So if youre looking to just bowl maybe check out s bowling alley instead.

Always an amazing night out when we go here to play. Bowling, laser tag, ropes course, video games, good food, drinks, billiards, so much to do here. Maybe thats why we always end up staying here for hours! Highly recommend for events or just a family outing.

Giant place. Went on a Thursday 2nd week of February 2020 at around 11:30a to 1:30p to bowl w/ my family. The girl behind the bowling counter couldnt have been more rude. Honestly, just had no business interfacing with people. Girl working at bar was kind, which salvaged the way experience.

The service is amazing as well as the enjoyment. I really do suggest this place for those who want to host birthdays, parties,dates or just wanna hang out. It made my family happy which makes me happy.

It was good to be able to get out after the Corona-19 just to be able to eat dinner and a few laughs with my loved ones!

I heard about a $14.99 deal going on with the unlimited bowling on the website. I arrive with a friend and when I ask for the unlimited bowling at the counter. They charged us $22+. I ask about the cost and the guy at the counter tells me that that is the price (without clarifying that it was by the hour). We were already there, so we decided why not? We bowl for an hour and without prior warning the guard just comes down mid bowl. I went back to the counter to resolve the issue and I was told that we paid by the hour when I asked for the unlimited bowling. I learned that the $14.99 special was only valid within a certain window of time. OK. Fine. But I noticed a $19.99 special for a pick-your-event, which included bowling. I didnt even want a refund. I only wanted the unlimited bowling, but the guy can only give us another 30 minutes? So they put us on a lane with a loose gutter, tell us that if anything is broken (probably in regards to the guard) that wed have to pay, even though it came down without prior notification, and wont even let us have the unlimited bowling even when paid more than what the special promotes. We didnt even bowl the last thirty minutes, because all we had was a negative experience the whole time. What a disaster.

Bowling prices are high but the lanes are decent.

Had a great time with family. We took them during the daytime midweek so there wasnt really a crowd. Food arrived quickly after ordering, kids had lots of fun. The midweek deal is pretty good, basically $20 for everything except arcade play which is 10 extra bucks for an unlimited hour.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here. Angel was our host. She was absolutely amazing, tending to each of our needs with such delight. She handled our party alone with 15+ children. Great experience.

Here now with my family of 4 for Monday night madness..all you can play games..great deal right..Except the games we wanted to play are literally all broken...and I do mean all. We were even told who to speak with in regards to the games being down...2 hours later and nothing...no techs no repairs...We feel like we wasted our money! 2 stars only because the pizza was good.

So far the staff is respectful and curtious.All honesty it is spotless,very Clean.My Child is playing and even if its only for a few hours.She isnt asking abt covid and shes getting to play.Wow covid19 changed everything, everything. Tough times dnt last ,tough people do.Covid you havent defeated us and you want.As a Country America will return.Covid19 you took alot of my Hospice Patients from me,from there Families.The protesting has divided our Country and along with covid19 we are weak.Today I saw all nationalities socializing safely.I saw kids that are strangers playing.I saw adults that are strangers,talking and laughing. I SAW Families out together, and safely having Fun.I saw a glimpse of what America once was and can be again. GOD NOT man is the only 1 who can fix this.....Thank u Main Event for Letting my child be a child today.Been awhile I saw my Daughter run and play without asking abt Covid19 and the protesting....

A great place for the kids!

Awesome arcade with plenty of games to stay entertained for hours. There is also laser tag, bowling, shuffleboard and rope climbing as well. Food and drinks if you need to reenergize and plenty of seats to sit down and take a break. We have been several times and always enjoy our experiences. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love going here with my Family, when Im in town! My Son is obsessed with this place and for good reason. Infinitely entertaining! Moreover, its super clean, all of the machines are in order and its very safe (no riff raff)!

This place was good family fun. for all ages.BUT- we had poor service, the bartender how ever was super sweet and nice and helped me, but i wasted almost 30 min of bowling with my family, at the bar for my drinks and food because i could not get a server to help me on the lane. but awesome family fun.

Co workers took me as a last hurrah to celebrate my promotion. Had an absolute blast. Great selection of games and activities. Definitely will be coming back. Only gave 4 stars though as we paid for unlimited blowing, but halfway through our second game got booted as someone else needed the lane even though there where other lanes open. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Word of advice for management, keep extra pucks for air hockey on hand. We had to flag someone down multiple times as the puck kept disappearing in the tables.

This place is awesome! Awesome So much to do, so many activities for the young and the not so young: Video machines, pool tables , bowling, and so much more! Even a nice All-American restaurant with Vegan choices!! For real?! Yes! All of this in beautiful, modern, very clean facilities that are just a pleasure to spend an evening at! I was very impressed and will be back for sure. Sorry, I was having such a good time I forgot to take photos! I will next time...
