Arizona FC has been great for my daughter. She played recreational soccer for years and eventually just wanted more, and we stumbled on Arizona FC. She has been taught so much, made great friends, and has so much fun. Her coaches are great. They truly care about the kids and are very knowledgeable. Very happy we decided to try club and that we found the perfect one for us.

I have two girls who play for Arizona FC and its been a great experience! Im especially impressed with the focus on foot skills and ball control. Each of my daughters teams puts a high priority on juggling and first touches. Over the summer, the club provided a Futsal program to keep players active and engaged -- PLUS they hosted a 3 day overnight camp in Payson for all 11v11 teams, complete with intensive workouts 3x/day and team bonding experiences! The coaches receive ongoing support and training from highly qualified soccer professionals to make sure every player has the opportunity to reach their full potential. The club incorporates strength training, scrimmages, and opportunities for film review into the regular workout routine. My girls have made huge strides since joining Arizona FC, and both have their eyes set on advancing from Division 1 to becoming a State League team soon!

Probably the best soccer club in Arizona. As a former club soccer player, high school and college player, and former coach, I can say this is a great choice for club soccer for any age and for both boys and girls! This club has grown the right way and has an excellent reputation in the west valley. Parents should expect a competitive atmosphere, if you are looking for a place where every player gets equal playing time go join a recreational league. Playing time is earned through hard work, skill, character, and motivation. These players have close knit relationships and the coaches and owners pour their hearts into this organization. Prices are more than fair and communication with parents is great! My daughter has been playing with this club for years and I can’t wait for my youngest to join when he is older. I can’t say enough good things about Arizona FC, and I am available for any questions or additional information! Excellent choice! 5 stars!

I was a little taking back by a few of these reviews, Since leaving a very toxic club and bring my two daughters over here to Arizona FC. We have been nothing but please. Sounds like sour grapes IMOAs a past coach and player at club levels I understand what it takes for the kids to be successful and thrive. The Staff of coaches, to include the owner are constantly striving to be better and provide the best opportunities for the players and coaches. I have witnessed first hand the growth in my own kids and other players as well. Yes, the expectations high, they better be, especially the older they get. I have watched what happens when the parents and the kids show very little commitment. It is toxic and frankly unfair to the kids who put in the work. What I have seen at AFC is the opposite, Both teams my kids play on all work hard and challenge each other to be better everyday, every practice, every game. When you join a club team as a parent you have to be just as committed as the player. If you dont hold them to what is expected from the club you are equally to blame for their lack of playing time or growth. As the old saying goes, you get what you put in. My kids are thriving in the club and its is because of the training and effort the coaches put in to them and the work they put into being better and successful. Great Club, Great owner and we couldnt be happier.

We absolutely love this club! Our younger daughter plays on the U10 team and has played here for 2 1/2 seasons. The team and the club have become a second family to us making the experience that much better! Over the past couple of years the owner has consistently put more into this club, adding Summer camps, bettering the fields, and making sure that the coaching staff is up-to-date on all rules and regulations as well as training for coaching. We see such a huge growth in our daughters playing and skills, we are very excited for this season!

Im a single Mom of a teenage girl. We recently moved from Maryland to Arizona. The hardest part of our move for my daughter was leaving her old soccer club. She quickly joined the 2004 Girls team and got a new love for the game all over again. Jeff made her feel welcomed and at home instantly on the team. She was able to make new friends and felt like she was supposed to be here. She quickly started helping in any way she could, and in turn so did I. We love the club and all the great friends we have made because of it. They have welcomed us and we couldnt be happier with our choice in clubs.

We also did not have a good experience with Arizona FC. We signed up both of our boys as they both were super excited to play club soccer. Our oldest, who played on the 2004 boys team, had an absolutely awful experience. His coaches, Wendy and Brandon, were ridiculous, played tremendous favorites, and taught the team nothing. He was even punished by the coach for being the only player who left to play high school soccer. After the high school season when he returned, the coach refused to play him. We pulled him from the club immediately. The experience was so bad we didnt even mind having to pay the balance to get him out of there. My youngest had a slightly better experience on the 2008 boys team. He really enjoyed his teammates, but his coach ruined it for him as well. After the season started our original coach moved down to coach the 09 boys and we were left with Jesus. He thinks hes a really good coach, but as someone who watched every minute of every practice, he taught them nothing. When the boys would ask to learn strategy, he would always say they would get to it later. They never did. And dont get me started on his motivational speeches. He told the team after a tournament that he was told before I got here they told me this team was terrible and you think youre good? There are 1000 players in Arizona better than you. Hes a real winner. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for a club soccer experience. Both of our boys are now playing for Benfica and the difference has been night and day! The coaches are of so much higher caliber, they are learning so much more, playing against much higher caliber competition, and both boys really love their coaches and teammates. There are things wrong with Arizona FC that I just dont think the owner has any desire to fix.

My two youngest (9 and 7 now) have been playing for Arizona FC for 2 years now. They needed a more challenging and competitive team, and we came across AFC. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. The owners and coaches care deeply about the kids, and their development, and not just on the soccer field. Club soccer is competitive, and as such, there are time and money commitments that are above and beyond a city or rec league. Most importantly, the kids need to WANT to play and work hard. However, for that, our kids are much better teammates, sportsmen, and athletes. We are super thankful we found AFC. Our kids, and my wife and I, have made many lasting friendships because of the club.

I have 2 daughters that play for Coach Gilberts U15 team. Hes an amazing Coach. I absolutely adore this team. I just signed my 6 year old daughter up to play as well for a youth team. This club is very supportive and constantly mixing it up, finding games and tournaments for our girls. Its affordable and they have payment plans which is really nice for a family like ours. It can get expensive playing club ball but they keep it affordable for us. The uniforms are gorgeous!! The owner hand designed them; jaw fell open when I saw them. Each player gets 3 sets of uniforms for the low price you pay. This club isnt out to make money from people. They just want to get your kid on the field and watch them have fun playing soccer. Im happy to be a part of that!

Arizona Fc was such a waste of time and money... although I HATED having to pay out the balance to leave, it was worth it to not have to there anymore. There needs to be a safe guard for families... you basically walk in blind, hoping for the best, and in the end we are the ones the suffer. The owner of the league is also the coach for the 04 black team...for him school comes last.. it’s all about soccer and he forgets these are kids he is dealing with. He sets rules for the team that he doesn’t have his own daughter follow, which she is also on the team but shows up for practice as she pleases when the rest of the team is given no grace at all. Please save your time and money... there are much better run clubs that actually care about the kids that are playing. Also there are false ratings on here. Anything you see with the last name Kelly should not be on here as that is the wife of the owner and his daughter. That goes to show you the morales, or lack there of they have!!!!!

Great club! All 3 girls LOVE going and look forward to practices , games and tournaments. Love to competitive side and having the option to play tournament and other club teams as opposed to the same team all the time. Great coaches and free try outs to see if your child likes it so what do you have to lose?!? Youll love it!

One star is way to much for this place. Its only there because it needs to. We lasted 3 months before we finally decided we had to give up, our daughter was miserable and hated soccer. This year we decided to switch it up pay a bit more so she could become more skilled and perfect her techniques... WRONG!!!! The owner/coach has absolutely no soccer experience he just walks around pretending and belittle ling the girls. Most of his team are previous girls theyve never been at any other club so they think its perfect! if they only knew. The team mom is the wife, all she cares is about the money she has 0 intent to try and fundraise to help with any fees they ask for all kinds of money, 40 here 32 there your monthly fee and dont forget your start off registration and uniforms so basically you are paying 1000+ for the season i would not mind paying that if my daughter was learning anything she already dint know. Dont even Bother. This is the worst team possible! move on to the next! look me up on fB or instagram i have so much more to say. These girls are so lost and confused and most of them have potential but witha coach and owner like that they wont get anywhere. I might get deleted but ill keep writing not only here but other places. FYI one of the reviews is from the coach/team mom so her vote dont count. These other ones might just be parents that are not aware of other amazing clubs out there. GOOD LUCK!! if you are still around..
