Sun City Grand lives up to it’s name and the Adobe Center, which serves that community, is very nicely arranged and built. With fountains, waterfalls and meandering creeks between them the landscape beautifully connects the numerous buildings which house a cafe, meeting halls and a concert theater, club rooms, offices and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gyms and yoga studios. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, boci ball courts, lawn bowling greens, 3 golf courses (18 holes each) designed with numerous beautiful water hazards and both xeriscape and lush lawn fairways are complimented with 2 club houses each with pro-shops and full service restaurants with golf course and water views. Fabulous overall. Stop into the Adobe cafe for a $1 tall ice cream cone to accompany you as you enjoy the grounds and amenities and lush tropical landscape punctuated with dozens of tall beautifully trimmed palm trees.

Great place to live and visit

Because of Coronavirus, just the pools are open. Still, very relaxing.

They have the most amazing outdoor garden railroad. They have 19 hundred linear feet of track with a miniature city. And the members of the train club were very talented, informative and friendly!

Absolutely beautiful facility. The locker rooms are clean and spacious. The workout room has absolutely everything, and will cover any fitness routine you have. The pools are beautiful, especially with the natural surroundings. Didnt want to leave!

Great place greater amenities

Full gym, indoor and outdoor pools, CPR and exercise classes... WOW! One caveat - you must be a SCG resident or allowed to visit to use the facility.

Pool temperatures are very warm. Must sign in to get a lap lane & wait in heated area.

Gym is nice and open. Not too crowded at noon.

Our first time to the pool with the grandkids. Stuff to know: You have to pay $3 per kid under 16. (Not posted anywhere or on their website). You can swim in outdoor leisure pool from 9a-1p & then 1p-3p in the indoor pool (this part is on website). Kids are only allowed to swim in the center of the indoor pool (not told to us until after we got in to a lane). The man at the front desk didnt seem to care much for kids and he certainly was not helpful in giving us any information...but maybe he was having a bad day. Inspite of that, the swim area was clean and the kids had fun, so now that we know what to expect, next time will be better.

Place is dated. They make changes without input from the most frequent users.
