Very cool and windy waters choppy. But, overall a beautiful day. People were pleasant. I went to eat lunch by the water. So it was great.

This is a beautiful park. Located right off the ocean with many benches, picnic tables, etc. where you can watch boats coming and going. You can even fish off the docks. No beach though for swimming. Very clean and well maintained.

Improvements and upgrades are terrific! We are anxiously awaiting the new playground! The boardwalk improvements, added boat slips, and covered fitness areas are truly appreciated! I was surprised that a great park could get even better! On this visit, we saw a fisherman catch a LARGE snook! So fabulous to witness the exciting catch and then the triumphant release, as the happy fish swam away!

Right at the crossroads near the inlet, beautiful water views and pleanty of places to walk or sit.

Good boat ramps and close to the inlet. Gets very busy on the weekends. Parking can be hard to find if you get there too late. Usually pretty chill during week days. Needs some staging docks. Best part about it is that there is no charge to use the ramps.

Beautiful park with million dollar water views and a nice boat launch convenient to the inlet, Port Salerno harbor area and the st lucie River and intracoastal. Nice boardwalk like walk all along the water.

The Retired Educators held their meeting outside and it was wonderful. Weather was fine and half a dozen squirrels provided much entertainment!

The most charming park. Go in the morning to see the dolphins. A great place to picnic and let the kids play. Or just walk around and enjoy the breeze off of the water. Either way, its wonderful!

I love Sandsprit Park. I usually ride over on Sunday mornings as part of my self love, self care routine. Sunday is my fun day and this Park is a must see.

Sandsprit is a great park. Located right where the Manatee Pocket meets the St Lucie River and the St Lucie inlet. So, you have 4 choices when you launch your boat at the very adequate boat ramp. I bring my lunch and park at a waterfront site,watch the boats and people walking by. There are picnic shelters and benches. There are adequate rest room facilities. Lots of open space for volley ball. I cant remember seeing any playground equipment. People do walk their dogs here.

Enjoyed the day sitting by the marina watching big yacht come through. Very relaxing

Breeze, scenery, birds, dogs, people watching and boats make Sandsprit Park the best place to hang out early in the morning or in the evening. Bring your favorite food and sit in a pavillion and relax. The only thing that stops it from being a perfect five is the choppy and murky water.

Great place to sit and watch the boats go by. We launch ours here and go fishing. Plenty of parking

I LOVE LOVE LOVE taking new time paddle boarders out of Sandsprit park. the no wake zone as you enter the Manatee Pocket is perfect. We try to always launch between the boat ramps as there is a nice & safe beach area there. Low tide smells like fish, but honestly its fine with me because it reminds me that a lot of local fisherman probably had a great day on the water.

Awesome environment and atmosphere. Playground for the kids in a workout station for the adults.

My boys love to boat in the water here. Fast getting to the deep ocean waters. And near the sandbar to relax after a hot day fishing

Good parking. Great views of the water. Can be a bit windy. Clean and well-built bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the playground equipment but had just as much fun with the exercise equipment.

Great boat launch close to inlet. Nice park. Would have given five stars but they seem to have removed the trash containers for the boaters (used to be a dumpster).

Not to consider the uncountable decades spent and cherished at Sandsprit... well I come back and I will be back, REPEATEDLY.

Tables could have been a little bit nicer, but you know it is outdoor seating. Overall a great site and place to eat lunch

They took the trashcans away and now there is trash everywhere. They send the county workers to pick up random palms that fell, but the trash just stays.The county clearly doesnt care about the environment. Im embarrassed to pick up customers from that ramp.

We come here often to launch our boat because there is a really nice sandbar very close by this park that we like taking the kids to. The docks are barely ever crowded during the week and their bathrooms are very clean. There is however construction on one of the docks that makes it inconvenient if its a crowded day. My kids like to see all of the pelicans that gather at the docks here

The best waterfront park in the area. Multiple great waterviews. Lots of park benches and pavilions. Very well maintained. Nice bathrooms. Tons of parking. Kidlettes play area. Free. Grills. Boat ramps. Lots of squirrels. Water was clean today despite the Lake O discharges. Dog friendly.

You know sometimes its dead. Sometimes it feels like nobody really goes there. But other days its like the perfect park scenario. Kids playing, people fishing, relaxing, BBQ, boating, kites, etc.Facilities are clean. Everything is well maintained. If you need somewhere to eat your lunch or relax for a bit, its perfect.

Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful. Perfect for takeout meal and watching boats go by. Pelicans, ospreys, and seagulls. My favorite oasis.

This is the place to go with your family and friends for a wonderful picnic, barbecue and family events. Pavilions are easily rentable and at a very reasonable price. Parking area is close to any picnic area and all spots are available by the waterfront docks for fishing. Our church group was there today with around 25 people in attendance. Playground for the kids is in the center of the picnic area. Restrooms are available. Would recommend anytime for groups or just the two of you enjoying sharing the day at a great place. You can walk the dog there as well.

This park was beautiful! It literally had something for everyone. Old, young, fisherpeople, boaters, kayakers, dog walkers, picnickers, geocachers, and relaxers! What a view!!! Enjoyed our time here very much

Fishing here off any one of the piers here is so relaxing, no matter if its mid March or mid September p, the breeze always keeps you relatively cool. Friendly people all around and the catch & release is always fun w/ the rug rats! Highly recommend a quick visit.

Water was clear enough we were able to see a couple turtles & a sting ray. Had to pick up a couple empty juice boxes laying on the ground.

Lovely public park. They are renovating the playground so that is closed if you heading here with the kids.

Nice little park. A lot of boaters launch here so a lot of trucks with trailers. If you want to see monk parrots, there are many here. There is a public restroom but its in bad shape. Fix the restroom and my rating goes to a 5

Its 3 minutes from the house. Well kept good boat ramps. Law enforcement presence is pretty much all the time. Safe place to park your rig.

This park is really a treat! You can literally spend the entire day there. Caters to everyone in your family. Bring your workout clothes. They have workout equipment.

This park has a number of pavilions and plenty of places to picnic or grill. Access to the water, boat launch, scenic views and plenty of pelicans skimming the water. There is also a small play area for the kids. Perfect Florida park.

Easy in and out. Had plenty of parking. Restrooms. Snagged a few slot snooks off the rich peoples docks at night. Thanks rich people for the snook lights

Just a short bit to south end of Hutchinson Island good breezes, sun fishing piers and hiking this Park. Also free boat ramps wit tow/trailer parking. Worth the stop.

Several boat launches and a very small playground (and a few picnic tables, not much more. Were people parked in the woods doing drugs in their cars?If I was launching a boat, 5 stars. As a park to visit to spend some time on an afternoon, not so much.

Clean park. Had a church picnic there. They allow fishing and have boat ramps there. Only problem is parking near the pavilion we had reserved. Restrooms did NOT have paper towels or hand dryers.I would recommend it for a family picnic.

Nice and cleanish. Dog friendly. It does have a playground and tables to sit at. There is a mildly well kept restroom. Only real downside was lack of lighting. It was very hard to see. Overall, nice park.

We love this park. Plenty of benches and great for walking our puppy too. Love watching the boats come in with the breeze blowing through your hair. It can be 90 degrees, but comfortable here.

We love this little park and make a point to stop when were in the area. The views of the river are just gorgeous. Its a good place to people watch because theres lots of activities; people fishing, boating, parties, BBQing, etc. One of our favorite activities is looking for the parrots in the trees. Were fairly new to the area, so we dont know their migration pattern yet. Our visits are brief, but fun and we always meet someone interesting to talk with.

Sandsprit Park is very nice ! If you look at the palm tree pics and enlarge them you should see the famous Quaker Parrots at the top of the trunks. Great boating, jetskiing and fishing ! LOOK AT MY PICS I JUST POSTED OF THE QUAKER PARROTS AT SANDSPRIT ! If you go please take some bird seed and the parrots will flock to you. Just spread seed on the ground by the palm trees.

A great place for an evening grill your dinner! We do it regarly!

Decent sized park, lots of parking but gets congested quickly. Park is generally clean and has covered areas with benches, several docks surrounding the park to fish and observe from, and lot of boat traffic. Biggest downfall is the congestion in the park.

Very nice park, my family and i use the boat ramp frequently. the actual park is a nice place to go and see the sunrise/sunset.

Kids love coming here to see the water and play on the playground. Love seeing the parrots they are pretty cool to watch.

First time here! Theres a park, open field, piers for fishing, and an exercise are ( calisthenics). Also a plus, a convenient bathroom.

Great park, just some homeless people at night. I dont want to see them kicked out because they have no where to go but its a little unnerving when youre walking around at night and all of a sudden you see someone sitting at a table in the dark ten feet from you.

Its going under construction but its my favorite place to play soccer with my family

Absolutely gorgeous views, atmosphere is lovely. Bike ride, boat ride. I got the chance to stay in Stuart with my friend, we rode our bikes to the park one early morning. You have a gem. Sit on a bench, sit a spell, and chat with a stranger.

Always perfect for a picnic with a view of boats.

This park used to be very relaxing to go to but now youre basically having to trip over people fishing off the pier or off of the boardwalk. Not terrible just a little bit of an annoyance.
