Looked at a manfactured home today.The community was clean.I hope to be able to buy a home there.I love the place.

Wow, what a great community. It is like nothing i have ever seen in a manufactured home community. 1st class!

Was concidering down sizing , saleing our home and move to the back end where the age limit was 55+. Worked with the staff to design a home and picked our lot. After getting ready to order the home, the price was over$133.000.00. Which was ok with us,since it was going to be our last home.But the sales agent kind of acted like,do you really want to put that much into a home for here. Then he said that the home would cost alot more than the current highest price home, which at that time was $105,000. (Pine Grove). Then our home sold in the second week on the market,so ordering a home was going to take to long so we found another home in a HOA, Neighborhood and it all worked out. I still like Augusta Woods, and who knows,I may still find myself there. As long as they keep the rules current and keep the community clean and junk free and the rif RAF out, it will remain nice!!
