Marmot Art Space, located in Kendal Yards right by West Central..... I feel so incredibly fortunate to have this space within walking distance of my home. A gallery that attracts works from nationally known artists, near my house is amazing. And the curator is an amazing person... everytime I have been at Marmot, he takes the time to greet everyone as an old friend. I truly feel blessed to have this space.

Marshall Peterson, curator and owner puts in the hours to provide a visual feast that is fresh and exciting for experienced art collectors/connoisseurs as well as accessible for emerging art lovers. The Marmot has been a show case for many of the region’s finest artists. Great location and great vibe. One of Spokane’s cultural gems.

A great art space in a great location. Marshall brings in works from the most talented Northwest artists, most of whom are nationally renowned. He then expertly combines a featured artist with a smaller number of works of some of the artists who have shown there before to create an ever changing visual extravaganza.

Multiple artists on display makes for great variety

Marmot is an extraordinary asset to Spokane, Kendall Yards, and the burgeoning inland arts scene. Proprietor Marshall P. brings winsome whimsy, tireless energy, and provocative seriousness to the project and makes it succeed delightfully and beautifully.

Marshall is probably the most welcoming of all the gallery owners that I have ever met. The art and artists that he displays are wonderful; wish that I could buy them all. If you can manage it, stop by Marmot. An investment for a lifetime.

400 square feet of pure awesomeness. Great atmosphere, amazing exhibits and some of the most talented artists in the PNW. Marmot has been voted a best gallery in the Inlander for a reason--and that starts with owner Marshall and the people he brings in month after month. Keep up the fantastic work, Marmot!!

I love the Marmot. The artwork is always interesting and worth investigating. Marshall, the director, is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The space is small but comfortable. It is located the the very cool Kendall Yards neighborhood. The Marmot Art Space is a must for First Fridays!

Its a great gallery with wonderful events! Marshall the curator is very community oriented and has done amazing things for Spokane both in the gallery and out in the neighbotneig.

Marshall does crazy good things for all of us down there at Marmot Art.... always worth s stop in, especially on a First Friday.... always varies and always top notch.... be there soon!

Artists Beware! The owner is very unprofessional and rude to artists in the community. The worst gallery I have ever been to. Its about the size of my closet, and not a good place to display work. They also have the worst hours and are hardly ever open for business, so if youre an artist, dont expect to sell anything any time soon. Would recommend steering clear of this gallery.

Amazing mix of art and beautiful settings

I never go to Kendall yards without stopping by the Marmot gallery. The owner Marshall does a great job of bringing in great talent and keeping an intimate setting. Its definitely a must if anyone hasnt been before.

Went to the kendal yards night market and was disappointed they only had 3 vendors with fresh veggies...i thought it was a farmers market and was disappointed that it wasnt
