The level of customer service in this place kills the whole experience for me. Please know where everything is because asking for help is a lost cause. Its as if no one went to training the day they talked about product placement in the store.

Werent handling covid protocol. Had numerous people in the store without masks on. Actually caught a customer picking their nose and touching stuff. I brought it to an employee and they seem unconcerned

Staff doesnt have a clue about the products the store stocks. I askedif they carried a particular item, they pointed me too an aisle and said look over there. I asked Terri other cheeks again was told if i dont see it they PROBABLY dont carry it. No interest in assisting me. When i found the product on my second visit to the store the clerk looked at and said wow, so we do have those needles...amazingly sad.

Their framer was very helpful and provided some guidance as well as recommendations. The store also has the full face shields and uses masks as you check out so it felt safer there.

Took my computer abroad first stop Paris we disembarked on the tarmac had to come down steep steps my computer took A beating, It stopped working. Back in US took it to Microsoft Store. I had the extended warranty .They retrieved my data and restored my computer. I am thankful for Microsoft Customer Service . They kept me informed they were kind and professional.

I seldom leave reviews but the customer service at this location is terrible. A simple inquiry seemed to be a little too much as two employees were not helpful/very passive aggressive towards me. Ive never had a unwelcoming experience at a Michaels but this place sure made it possible.

Very little stock. Staff very unpleasant. Although I dont agree with their policies concerning health care for employees, I will continue shopping at Hobby Lobby.

I love Micheals. They are always so willing to help at this location. I couldnt locate my coupons in my email and they showed me how to find them on the website!! So helpful as I was grabbing supplies for my daughters school project and you know how that list can seemingly continue to climb.

I found everything I was looking for quickly. All staff I encountered were practicing social distancing and wearing masks.

I rarely Post reviews. But I think sometimes when you hold a company accountable, service gets better. I asked two employees for help; the first was moving packages and passive aggressively said “hold on”. The second walked past me then got to the end of the aisle and yelled “ go down there, and it’ll be on your left”. Needless to say, she directed me in the wrong place. I found the product myself 4 rows up, 20minutes later. I think Michael’s should do better. This is the Cumberland location located by PetsMart in Atlanta, Ga

Its extra crowded because hobby lobby is closed on Sundays but otherwise it was fine. On another note my small child didnt get lost so thats a plus.

Courteous staff. Store selections fewer than other Michaels Ive visited. Today, not too many sales but I missed the lowest price of the season sale last week. Also, was looking for 11x14 frame. Pricing ,even with coupon, was more than Hobby Lobby and Home Goods.I would return because the store is clean and organized. Sometimes sales are good.

Great summer arts program, just wish they were better at offering instruction. Its kind of We grant you the supplies, and you figure it out. Although the classes range from free to $2 to $5 to $20, and also offers face painting if you ask. They have some worthwhile buy one, get one 50% off sales too.

The staff was not very friendly. They didnt greet you when you entered and crossed in front of me and didnt say anything. Didnt ask if I needed any assistance, nothing. Probably will not return to this Michaels.

Always friendly staff here. Has all the craft items you could need and always carries a nice selection of seasonal decor. Be sure to check their website for coupons before checking out! Theyll let you scan it from you phone. Theres always always at least 1 coupon out there for 20% off an item. They also have amazing clearance deals

Labeled as a UPS location:It’s true, Michael’s has the capability to offer UPS’ services at this location. Don’t waste your time. They obviously have no desire to put anytime into this side of their business. It took about 15 minutes before somebody could help me and I already had a label printed and affixed to my package.Bummer.

A nice Michaels. Staff are nice and helpful. I read online Michaels is dog friend and have seen a non service dog here before. They have a soap making supplies section and reasonably priced Mason jars of unusual sizes. The baking section has plastic jars that are cheaper and perfect for giving gifts like dog treats in.

Worst Michaels ever. They are always out of everything. I placed an order online with some items that were available at the time, then I receive an email 3 days later saying the store was out of them item and that they were canceling my order. How about you pull the order from the shelf the day the order is placed (and when it says available) to avoid that problem of not having it or running out of the item. The last time I am ordering anything from this Michaels location.

After the Michaels in Buckhead, this is probably the worst Michaels in Georgia. And trust me I have been going to Michaels for years all over the state. The only reason why I now have to come to this store occasionally is because I have moved to vinings and this is the closest store to me. Hobby lobby which is one mile away from this store is in much better shape and I will probably go there more often or drive to Sandy springs or East Cobb if I really have to.

Its way tighter than most Michaels stores. I wasnt offered help even though I definitely looked lost and confused. When I finally found an associate to ask for help, I was pointed in the general direction and was not provided further assistance

A NIGHTMARE! Store floor STAYS so FLOODED with unstocked merchandise that you BARELY have room to move around the store WITHOUT a shopping cart! Over the past 3 wks, its only gotten worse. Each time Ive stopped in there, they only have 1 cashier working DESPITE the LONG line! Today, I left the line to ask another employee if they had another cashier working today & was told no. I stop there because the location is convenient, but EACH TIME, OVER THE PAST WKS, IVE LEFT THE MERCHANDISE THERE & WALKED OUT EMPTY HANDED. What the heck is up with that? Looks like they need a new store Mgr. &/or store staff.

I went this past Sunday and Monday, and Mrs. Vivian helped my daughter and I get a starter kit for Painting. My daughter is selling her paintings in order to raise money to feed the homeless and donate wigs for cancer patients (especially for children). Mrs . Vivian had very kind words for my daughter and her personality matched her smile. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Ask for Mrs. Vivian, she will take the time to help. Enjoy the fact that I can use competitors coupon and a Michaels coupon. You have to do separate transactions but thats ok to same the money.

Just returned from the Heritage Pavilion store, Smyrna. Was quoted $270+ for a shadowbox style 22 x 22 (unmatted) custom frame, this was WITH the current promotion of 70% off. Are you kidding me, Michaels? With the limited frame selection, these prices are completely out of line. Also, the Aaron Brothers name means little to most and should not come with a higher price tag. You are a craft store, not a custom frame shop. Ridiculous!Update: Took my item to the new Hobby Lobby (Akers Mill Square). They were fantastic!Better selection, actual assistance from the folks who work in the Framing Dept and less than half the Michaels quoted price.

Great place to find decorations and craft items to complete a home or school project. I always need help to locate what I want and usually they are helpful in Michaels. Just have to find someone and theyll bring you to the location of your needed item.

Wandered around looking for what we wanted, had a hard time finding anything. Looked all over the place for someone working the floor, couldnt find a single person, anywhere. Found a couple little things anyways, although nothing we were looking for. Cashier was really nice and cheerful, made it better, but without being able to leave her check stand, still unable to help us on the floor!
