I never thought I would come to this location ever again, but I did because my friend was having a birthday party for her son. This experience changed my whole perspective on the Smyrna location. I usually go to the one in Buford because the old staff at Smyrna were very discourteous. We had an amazing time because of our astounding party host whose name was Nicole. I was very appreciative of her because she made sure my children were satisfied even though it wasn’t their party. She made all the children feel welcomed and the kids loved her. I will definitely be having my daughters next birthday here and hopefully she’s my host!!!!! Love the new staff!

Rockin jump is a great place that’s very cheap and affordable to take your kid and let them use all their energy before returning home. They have basketball, dodge ball, all sorts of climbing and swinging courses, trampolines, kids love and and even seen a lot of adults jumping to. Most of the staff is pleasant but others not so much that’s why they get 3 stars instead of 5.

The facility is great the staff needs a lot of work. Mr. LC is trying to run the place like a prison not so much a fun park! It’s sad gay men can’t do anything without being extra and rude. Save yourself some time and money just go to sky zone.

Rockin jump is a great atmosphere for kids to have a great time but the staff is what made me give them a 1 star. The young lady at the front desk with the braids was very rude!!!!!!! When I came in she asked me if I wanted a membership instead of greeting us and welcoming us in. After saying hello to her a few times she finally said hello back which is very rude. Also they did not have staff on the trampolines to help kids practice social distancing like they did when the other management was there! Honestly I miss the old team this place will not get my money again!!!!!!!

The only reason Rockin Jump doesnt have a perfect 5 stars is because their staff is not attentive (theyre young and spend a lot of time talking to each other instead of looking out for kids safety). Today I asked a young man to tell the kids no throwing balls at faces/ no hitting in the face. I had already told mine and other kids multiple times. Also, they play radio edits of adult themed music which is incredibly inappropriate. Its a play center for kids after all. Aside from that, its spacious, clean, Ive never seen it over-crowded, but my 2 kids always have others to play with. And today was the first visit where I saw staff members play dodge ball with the kids, that was a beautiful sight. Its fairly clean, decent concessions stand (I havent tried their food), they also have 3 Vending machines. They have water fountains and about 4 party rooms. Its a whole Lotta fun, and right now on their website they have a 60 day pass for $30, it gets one kid in for an hour every single day for 60 days. Two full price visits cost the same as the 60-day pass, so the deal is well worth it. Groupon also has a deal!

This has been my families go to jump place for around 3 years now. We go every single break and we’ve had multiple birthday parties here. The staff is very friendly, and service is excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

It was really fun. Its a workout though so prepare to sweat. It so still really fun, my nieces had a good time and keep asking to go back.

Worst place to go!!!! So called about a week ago to ask what were the rules for my son party, young lady that answer said it was okay to bring an outside cake inside, didnt say it was a fee or anything! When we got there it was signs saying out food $70/$50 to bring outside cake w/o party package! Was told about an hour in a half ago that I couldnt have the cake inside the facilty! N im like what do you mean we called last week someone said I can bring/ then you have a sign that says(above) ,he says we dont honor anymore but your sign is still up,!!!! I was like can you honor it today , im gonna be honesty he tried but no I wasnt going to pay more when I already spend seventy dollars already n so I just went to a park afterwards! I would be okay with paying the fee , but what he offer was kinda expensive to me. But no never again, the front desk little slow with moving line but I feel like bc some our new but they were NICE! n understood where I was coning from ! Just glad my baby had fun! Never again

I brought my 7 year old and 13 month old in and they were going to charge me $20 for my baby. My daughter had fun, but my son and I sat in the side because I think its silly to pay $20 for a baby that can barely walk.

Me and my kids love this place. Weve only been for rockin tots but always have a great time. Wish there were more rockin tots times but understand it is limiting.Lots of trampolines and the inflatable matts are easier to move around on than the foam blocks. However I wish there was a foam block jump pit or a small soft climbing (soft steps or ledges as opposed to rock climbing) area for younger kids.

Went on a Sunday, it was VERY crowded with toddlers. If youre over 10 years old you may want to go on a Saturday night.

Great selection of music, friendly and helpful staff. If you want an affordable alternative to Skyzone, this a great option.

It has an alright layout but i brought 2 13 y.o.s here and they were ready to go before they put their socks on. Maybe better for 10 and under

Tons of fun for all ages! For the little ones who are probably up early anyway, show up on Saturday 8-10am for a safe experience with kids under 6. Great rates too at that time, only $10 for a child and parent. As they get older the kiddos can climb the rock wall, play dodgeball, or try the aerial challenge course. Birthday parties are fun too, and the food is reasonable for a kids event. For those in and around Smyrna the location is really convenient, too! If youre on the fence or your kids are too hyper on a cold or rainy day go give them a visit!

Check in is very slow, and rules are strict, after 7 several things begin to close.

Clean environment! You must purchase socks or bring your previously purchased ones. Free lockers for valuables. Little restaurant. Two basketball hoops. One large climbing wall. Multiple separated areas for dodgeball and other ballgames. Area in the middle has some fun hanging bars / suspended swinging bridges / buoys for climbing. Two bars for foam battle. 6 hanging fabric nests. And lots of trampolines. Lots of staff walking constantly making sure everybody plays by the rules. It is loud and hectic, but thats because it is a lot of fun. We will definitely come back!

I had a ball with the kids for my Little girl is 3rd Birthday! We come here often and its always a pleasure. It can get crowded very quick because they have multiple parties going on at one time. So choose your time schedule wisely!

This place is does not just have trampolines. Theres a rock climbing wall, an obstacle course, dodge ball, javelin, aerial scarves. Great place to bring the kids and I think the adults have more fun than the kids.

I’ve seen all the negative reviews about the cleanliness of the place and the attentiveness of the staff and I can attest to that we went we were there for almost 2 hours and the people were professional the kids were having an amazing time I did not go to the restroom so I can’t speak to that but I recommend this place it was a lot of people and it was fun

This place is bright with lots of fun activities to do. My biggest concern is safety. There needs to be a staff member in each section monitoring the children. The first incident that happened is when my son visited with his friends. He and his friends mother reported he was jumped by kids in the dodge ball section. I visited the place months later for a birthday party, and I had to help pull a three year old out the side of an inflatable where other kids were jumping and no staff member was supervising. Most of the teenagers hang in the front and are not attentive to the children. They need training and to learn why they need to supervise the children. Parents do not need to rely on the staff in a facility like this and let their toddlers and little ones run free; please watch your children because no one else will. I shared my concerns with the manager, hopefully he will take heed because a waiver will only get you so far.

This place is great. Sign the waiver before coming online. Saves time in line. My 4th grader can run and play dodge ball, swing and the food reminds me of the skating rink. They even forget to call kids of the floor so they can play until they fall out. What better place can you find.

Large open play area with a climbing wall and basketball. Lots of kids here, but there are not enough staff on the floor to watch all the kids. The green floor of the monkey ring and swing area is dangerous. A small child could get trapped in one of the corners. Fun place but you REALLY have to watch your kids.

Do not book your party here. The party packages sound amazing and time saving. However, their team cannot execute and deliver on the promise they are trying to sell you. The team was slow to respond in the moment and ownership has still not responded to our requests to resolve the issue. The corporate team has not responded either. It will be more work for you in the long run.The team was running behind and generously gave us an extra 30 min of jump time. Sounds awesome! When you have 15 children that are hungry and tired from already having jumped an hour it was a burden and frustrating. We had to stay on top of them to deliver everything our package had promised us. Then the team gave the cake in our package to another party and did not have one for us when it came time to celebrate. All of our guests were sitting there looking at us when there wasnt a cake for our sons 5th birthday. We were extremely embarrassed and had to send our guests home not having enjoyed one of the best parts of a birthday party. My son was in tears, our guests were not satisfied, and we were embarrassed. What was supposed to be convenience turned in to a headache.When I talked to the manager he provided a reason and excuse as to why things happened and did not offer an apology.The bathrooms were dirty, the location was understaffed for an extremely busy day and no one was working with a since of purpose. Our GUESTS commented on how poorly run the park was. No toilet paper in the restrooms, no hand towels and the floors were disgusting.At one point some one from ANOTHER party came up to me and asked ME how to get help. I just said good luck because they had not been very helpful for us.This is one of the worst experiences in the history of customer service I have every experienced. Steer clear of Rockin Jump. I am sure there is just about any other trampoline park out there that takes more pride in their business than these guys.

My son had a last minute get together birthday party! The actual birthday party you do there with the room rented is actually crazy expensive but if youre just having like 10-12 or so ppl its a lot of fun. Plus parents can walk around the tramps for free and help the kids some on the jumps too lol

Large indoor area for free play and jumping. Been to a couple of parties here and the kids had tons of fun. The workers are visible and help to make sure that no one is being safety rules while in the play area. They have an area for rock climbing, basketball, dodgeball and another area with ropes and obstacles. Everything is kid friendly of course. Its close to the Cumberland mall and other shops, Braves Stadium and all fine eateries right off I-285. You must go!

This place is not kid friendly. They don’t check and see if the adults here have been drinking or anything before allowing the adults who were clearly lit to jump with the kids. The staff doesn’t care they are too busy on the phones to do actual work. Never coming back and never recommending this establishment ever to anyone. Smh

I would not recommend visiting. My 2nd grade daughter was punched in the face(purposely) by a 7th grader. When the manager Shawn Zare came out to speak with me. His reply was that is why we have you sign a waiver. When I asked for the number to corporate, he refused to provide a number. He advised that I look online for a number. These are responses from the owner! If the owner/management conducts themselve like this you cant expect superior customer service from the staff. That explains why the staff was engaged in conversation, as opposed to watching the stations. Can one staff member supervise TWO dodgeball stations? A compassionate, and caring owner would have inquired if the child was ok, do you need ice, apologized. Explained that they intend for patrons to have a good time, asked that you come back on them next time. Shawn Zares lack of empathy showed he does not care about my child, so if an incident happens with your child do not expect a different response! Expect elevated blood pressure from listening to a fool! Patrons we must stop supporting businesses that are suppose to be kid friendly that show they do not care about children. Lack of empathy to one child, equals lack of empathy to all children. This could be you voicing your concerns on death ears! Horrible management, and bad food...save your money!

Party experience was terrible and the staff took too long to resolve. Rockin jump corporate office never responded to several contacts. The poor manager was left out in the cold to deal with it alone. The set up to take your money and move on. The gym is usually dirty as well. We wont be back.

We went for a birthday party and the kids loved it. The facility is clean and as safe as can be with these types of places their is always safety risks but every precaution is taken to prevent accidents. The regular prices are decent and the food is amazing.

Terrible business model and franchise owner lacks ethics. Bought a Groupon that said “Valid Any Day”. Went in today to use it and they said it’s not valid on holidays. Spoke with the manager and he refused to let us use the Groupon. When we said the Groupon says valid on any day he said yes but not during holidays. If it said valid any day except holidays I could understand but it didn’t; it said valid any day. Will not be going back.

My daughter loves it here and that’s really the only reason I still come. It’s gotten pretty grungy and the bathrooms always need attention, either no TP, no paper towels or just plain nasty. Staff is ok but mostly non attentive.

This place is amazing! I brought two boys (ages5 and 7) and they absolutely love basketball. Two of the staff members, Brandon James and Brice played with them for their entire hour and a half. It made the boys day. They had so much fun because of the amazing staff.

Just read the reviews and I was also denied entrance along with another lady. We printed off a groupon and the manager refused to let us in. He was extremely rude and stated the coupon clearly states not valid on federal holidays! The coupon is clearly set up to be deceptive and the manager is extremely rude and seems to be practicing deceptive advertising. I should not be required to read special stipulations on a groupon that clearly states “VALID ANY DAY”If I were to by a Groupon for a restaurant that stated “VALID ON ANY MEAL” and then went in to the restaurant and they said sorry but in the special stipulations it’s only valid on salads.Would love to hear from the manager on this as I will be in touch with your corporate office as well as groupon corporate. A company should not be allowed to be on groupon if they will purposely deceive customers. No other way to put it.

We love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. And the general manager is fabulous. They have deals through holiday weeks that are worth the visit! We are thrilled to have a local spot for rainy day fun! Thanks!

Awful! Do not bring your kids here. The music is loud and caters to the managers and staff. Staff too busy looking at their phones, talking to each other to watch or engage children. Staff behind the desk do not know how to say thank you or smile. Never ever again. Go to sky zone or jump world. These managers and owners may think they are making enough off parties and weekends but eventually parents will get sick of this Staff and atmosphere. It’ll be gone if they don’t start catering to the paying parentsAnd managements response only proves their smug attitude - save your time and money.

Had a great time with the exception of a few parents that caused a scene because their kids were misbehaving. Ordered the overpriced mozzarella sticks and they wete cold in the middle. Other than that my child had a great time.

While the little ones had fun it’s nothing compared to Sky Zone...this place is small and dirty. The customer service was horrible at front desk and especially the guy with the dreadlocks at the food area was handling food and money with gloves on and always stayed in the back room. Floors were dirty so we didn’t bother with the restroom. Never again.

Took my daughter here for the 1st time and she loved it!! So did I, we actually both jumped. I love that they have have more than just jumping they have activities to do with the jumping. Ordered a pizza which was amazing and the place was so clean even the bathrooms! This will be our new jumping home from here on out. ;)

The place is great! Reason for three stars is due to the excessive holding period that I still do not know what was going on, nor the purpose of us being held on the bleachers for, seemingly, FOREVER while trying to contain excited little people who are full of energy and wanting to run free...

Took the kids during spring break. Nice, not overcrowded. Parents can sit & watch or hang out in the lounge area. Theres places to watch TV & work on your laptop..and you can still see the kids from every angle. Get a Groupon for an even better deal!

Took 4 kids ranging from age 5 - 13 and they all loved this venue! After 8pm lights go out but still enough light to see your kids have fun.Every member of the staff were friendly and interacted very well with the kids.We will be back!!

Good concept in an area where we had only one other trampoline park close by. BUT the attitude of the staff is horrible! They do not understand the concept. The General manager always put inexperienced staff in front of you and when they cannot answer basic questions, they keep going back to him.More than once I had to ask them to get me the GM if they are not sure of the policies. We had paid and thats why we did a party here but the worst party hosts you could get. Ran out of kids drinks we ordered, and were offered lemonade and as soon as kids got in the room, we were told they were out of that too. no one there to assist with setup, no one there to even apologize for all that.Such a hassle. We had so many parents come in with the kids and not one will be returning due to the experience they had. I hope they change the local management or coach them on customer service because right now, it is customer NO-SERVICE.

Rockin Jump....my son loves you....but for the love of God, please do something about the air conditioning. I had my sons birthday party here in January and it was blazing hot!! Ive visited a few more times since then and its still the same. Im not sure at what temperature this place is kept, but it needs to be lowered, considering all the people running around producing heat. I even asked if the air conditioning was even working....they said it was.The only other suggestion or heads up I would give is that there are no designated seating areas on the activity floor, only by the snack bar. I was able to sit on the floor, but not everyone is able to do so.

I came to Rockin Jump for my Cousin’s birthday party and Design was our host. She was a great host. The birthday shirt she made for my little cousin made his day! She’s a great host !

NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR PARTY!We had our son’s 4th birthday parry at Rockin Jum Smyrna. Our party was booked on a wrong time despite correcting on e-mail, phone and two physical visit to the facility to confirm . Every time it was confirmed that the time is corrected .On Arrival there were no arrangement made and guests got to start jumping at least 20-30 min after the starting time due to miss management and long lines for check in . One of the owner took our cart which was given to us after 20 min the party started , upon asking she rudely told us that they replaced our cart with another and that she is the owner . Knowing she was the owner I tried to complain about the confusion we faced due to negligence of their manager/staff but instead of apologizing or even listening she started defending and accusing me instead.Our guests were pushed out of the play area after an hour the party was started even though they started just 20-30 min before due to confusion and miss management, that was also ok if the party room was ready. All guests were in the party room with toddlers running around and there was no food . Food arrived after 10-15 min , 2 of the parents bought the food from cafe in the meanwhile as their kids wanted food . Then, Party host had no idea how to regulate the party and the owner kept asking her to tell us that our time was over. Two of the parents mentioned that they were personally told to get out of play area as their time was over, One of them was whistled on . Such a disrespectful behavior to guests .After all this, we were overcharged;1- $75 for outside food: when I came to book, one of owner ( not the one I met on party day) told me that if I want to bring my own food , they take $50 off our package . I took the entire package with food plus order two more pizza and ordered some finger food ( chicken nuggets , fruits etc) from outside . One the party day when I was about bring my outside food , the owner told me that I cant bring addition outside food and if I want to bring it , I will have to pay $75. Despite explaining and telling I was told otherwise , she kept on insisting on extra money . I already paid advance to the food vendor so I had no choice but pay extra $75 to them.2- charged for more jumpers : I bought the gold package , which I was told had 15 jumpers included but they only included 14 jumpers and charged extra for rest .3- charged for more jumpers : I invited total 18 kids and one of them could not come , one was my child ( birthday boy) , there could not more than 18 kids as I did not even invite more than that some younger kids (1-2 years) did not even jump . They charged me for 20 jumpers .After having so many arguments and knowing the owner also is difficult and unreasonable, I did not want to get in to any more arguments, there was too much pressure to get out of there and above all I did not think they will overcharge me. So I carelessly signed the check and made the remaining payment whatsoever . But after coming home I checked and realized I was overcharged, hence , I sent them an e-mail and followed up with another e-mail the next day . NO REPLY!I rather feel sad that we lost our usual hang out place where my son loved to go every now and then. Wish the owners had a tiny-miny sense of customer services.

We took the kids here on a rainy summer day. The place is well laid out, well run and the staff was awesome. A maya was working the front desk when we arrived and was most helpful to this clueless mom. She set the tone for a GREAT day! Well be back and considering having my daughters birthday party....but only if Amaya works it

Dont have your party here. Our party host was awful, food came out 20 minutes late. The manager Donald argued with me when I expressed my frustrations, then he lied and told me he was the owner. All other kids received a birthday shout out, my kid didnt get one. They never even made an announcement for my guests to come to the party room. The kids were kicked off the trampolines because of the color of their wristband and that is how they knew to come to the party room. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional when it comes to parties, and theyll give you a teenager as a party host. The food came out 20 minutes late, and the party host was missing in action for most of the party. Then came back at the end to tell us we had 10 more minutes after receiving our food late. Very disappointed with our party experience.

My kids loved the experience. We already came 3 times this month. But I hate their staff. Literally 10 people talking, laughing and having fun and not working at all. Nobody at the cafeteria or watching the kids. Do they need 10 people at the entrance? It sucks have to beg them to do “their job”. Such as get you food or drinks (all the times it was empty). All the times I had to ask them information or talk to any of them they always treated me bad or didn’t make any case of being nice. Idk, you guys definitely need better staff.

The facility is too small. I paid for 2 hours of jump time, but my kids got bored quickly that we left after 30 min. The dodgeball ref needs to watch the kids better, he seemed distracted. They should make it for older and younger kids. It’s a waste of time. We will never got back.

We have two boys who absolutely Loooooooove Rockin Jump! It’s super safe, fun, interactive and entertaining! The staff are so patient and thorough while watching the young ones! It’s a must you come and support Rockin Jump!

Large and clean facility....the staff was pleasant however I prefer xdeanline on Roswell rd. At this place if youre not jumping you have to just stand around or sit outside of the arena vs having a couch right by the jump zone. This place in my opinion is better for older kids.

Parents are able to participate in the fun jumping activities with there children. Wonderful location and easy to find.

I bought a ticket online for their Friday glow night and there were 2 prices, one without a shirt purchase and one with. The way the pricing read the shirt seemed as if it was required. I got there and they didnt have any shirts available but I was accommodated with me coming out on top so that wasnt a problem plus everyone there had on their regular clothes. The atmosphere was as if you were in a club with a DJ on site and that was great being it was my sons birthday and he loves music, dancing and playing. The food pricing was a little steep so I would suggest eating before you come. Plenty of staff on hand and plenty of seating for those who sit out. I would definitely bring my son back.

Lots of different fun areas for the kids. Swings, rock climbing, basketball shooting, battle, little kids sectionals, swinging balls and a food section. They also have lockers. Note: if they have a lot of kids in arenas already they will make you wait 30min-60min. for your turn. Until then you can receive a wrist band and socks. This was on a Friday afternoon

Great fun, great staff. We go at least once a week. Love it with our 2yo during toddler times.

My kids loved this place. The only complaint would be in regards to there not being a single sign stating that you have to fill out a consent form on THIER computers before your child can jump. So you stand in line prepared to purchase whatever is needed to jump on the trampolines only to be told to get out of line, go to the computer then get back in line again. You guys just opened, no one knows your rules and policies, a sign is simple and cheap. Other than that the experience was a pleasure. The staff members are young and friendly, they actually play with the kids a little, this place is really cool!

Wow! Looking for a fun place to spend the raining day... this is not it! The staff was rude and the bathroom needed cleaning. When I reported it to the staff members at the desk. She stated, it had to wait! No one was monitoring the children on the rock wall and I spent my time making sure no one was hurt! I’m very disappointed

I gave 3 stars because the A/C must not have been working that day. It was a lot of ppl there and almost everyone was complaining about it being so hot. Other than that it was a great place for my daughters & nephews to play around.

We had a birthday here for the kids and they had a ton of fun! Area is nice, clean and kid friendly. Also, its large enough for multiple groups, plus they have a concession stand for food and snacks. Definitely recommended for taking your kids on the weekends!

Very annoyed by the fact that Rockin Jump is now requiring kids to wear their branded socks. My kids have multiple pairs of slip resistant socks. Why cant they wear those?!?Parents have enough things to do. Now we have to keep up with these socks! Or pay each visit for a new pairYour prices are already too high Rockin Jump Smyrna. $20 for my 4 year old to jump for 2 hours is ridiculous. Add socks, its $23!!

This place was awesome. My two-year-old son loved it and I enjoyed myself. The staff is helpful and the facility is very clean.

My daughter loves this place. Not too crowded. She never wants to leave.

Zyne was a wonderful host at my cousins 8 year old birthday while I was at the facility. She was so kind and helpful, I couldn’t ask for a better host!
