The residents are all nice. Lake view is great. New management is absolutely ridiculous on new rules that dont seem to apply to all residents. unfortunately, there are limited long term rv park rentals available. Options are limited at best.

Management here is shady, charging late fees on rent paid three days before the first. They only care about the money. the amenities consist of a moldy laundry room, no Wi-Fi, and a dock that looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
