The outside makes it look kind of shady, because its older. But once you go inside you can tell that theEstablishment has been doing a very good job on keeping the place in good shape, very clean. we noticed that as we were bowling that there was a guy going around cleaning the bowling balls and everything right after everyone use them. The people at the counter were constantly cleaning their area also. I was very impressed that the food was good also very impressed by that considering its a bowling alley.

Where is the six star option?? The bowling is fun. The general tso chicken is hecka bomb!!! The staff is super cool. Pre pandemic, we came here all the time cos it rains a lot.

Updated:On October 10th, I be tried to call Roxbury Lanes to order their delicious wings. I was transferred to the restaurant and someone answered and hung up immediately, this happened twice. with me already having my heart set on wings, I decided to drive in and put in my order. While waiting for my food, I realized that almost NON of the staff were wearing their masks properly (covering nose) and several werent wearing masks at all. I asked one waitress who was behind the bar getting herself something to drink if she had a mask, she said yes and then ignored me. She proceeded to walk into the bar while yelling loudly to one of the bouncers for the casino that shes not wearing a mask because she was eating food. I expect all personnel and customers to be wearing their masks unless seated at their table and eating. The fact that she thought it was acceptable to go behind the bar and touch the cups, straws, lids, and soda machines without a mask on because she was eating food in another room, is beyond me. Best bowling ally around and it’s been there for a long long time and I loved it even with the covid restrictiveness it was still great and maybe that was because I beat all 3 of them so they may not of had similar experience .

The wings are great! I personally dont like bowling, but the kids want to go every weekend.Now i dont mind because the food is great. The kids enjoy playing and i enjoy the food it works out

Been there several times, its nice. The bowling shoes that they give you are amazing and well-kept.It has that old rustic feel to it that really makes the place more cozy, if a little bit mysterious. I feel like the workers know each other well which only entices me more to support it.

Great place to bowl, not quite as fun due to Corona restrictions. But we still had a blast.

I walked in right after last call and the waitress was kind enough to still put my order in. Anyone who knows Roxys salt and pepper wings and the house special fried rice is always well worth the effort!!!

Pretty decent bowling place. Staff is nice and lax, the food is decent, the shoes arent torn up. The pin machine was getting stuck but with a push of the red reset button, the game continued just fine. Really nice place to bring family and friends.

This place is vastly underrated. Love taking the kids there. The bowling is fun. The food is FAR better than you might expect. The arcade prices are very reasonable, especially if youve been to similar venues in the area.

Always love going here. I mostly go to the arcade and all the games are great, they occasionally break in small ways but the employees make up for it by being extremely helpful and doing whatever it takes to fix the experience. Absolutely recommend for a fun afternoon!

I have been going to Roxys for many years, and I am not sure what is going on. I used to be able to get a fair drink for a good price and some good food. We have bowling league there and since the remodel the lanes function even more poorly, the staff is slow to respond, the drinks are weak and just last night my husband ordered hot and sour soup and got a bowl of what looked like gravy and was cold. The waitress didnt even try to remedy the situation, as in taking the bowl of nasty soup away and perhaps heat it up? Nothing. I dont know. Seems to be going down hill there. Maybe they just want be an arcade for kids and a casino for adults, because for being a bowling ally, the focus doesnt feel like it is on bowling or making sure leagues are having a good experience. And we miss Kevin, a solid worker that was quick to respond to any issues and wanted leagues to have a good experience.

This place has gone through an extensive transformation and remodel over the past several years. Now includes a casino. The bar is still classic. The Lanes are in good condition and theres lots going on for all levels of bowling community, kids included. Theres also a revamped/upgraded game arcade. The food on the bowling side is what you would expect, delicious though! All in all, this is a great place for bowling.

Completely unfussy and free of illusions, this lane is idyllic America. The usual suspects are here, from rental shoes that look a bit too rented, to the food-staff that seem to worry not for time (which is part of a bowling alleys charm, Ill argue). But Roxbury is quietly the best bowling alley. Games are as low as $2.50, and the food is really quite good (try the wings). Never too busy but always host to a noisy childrens party, come here for the full monty.

Looks awful from the outside but its nice on the inside. Lots for kids to do between bowling and the arcade. Good food and drinks. My only complaint is I could only find 1 bowling ball that fit my fingers. Not enough larger balls with larger finger holes.

The arcade is a great place to take your kids. $20 last way longer here than it would at places like the Family fun center or Round 1.

One of my favorite places to go bowling! Currently under renovations to get even better.EDIT: Renovations are done and the place is even better! I do recommend being careful about coming after 5pm on most days. It tends to get much more crowded then.

Nice place to go bowling its not as nice as Acme but its not near as expensive either. They just added an arcade looks like they are trying to cader to kids partys. $8.30 to bowl including shore rental. I will go there again. They are still doing some upgrading so you have to pardon their dust.

Its a little stinky. Smells like they havent changed the carpet since they banned indoor smoking. The staff is wonderful. The bowling shoes are a little old. We had two people in our group have problems. We will be back.

This is a great place to hang. I will say this first, the French fries are some of the best Ive had, and the chicken wings are made from Greek gods on Mount Olympus after a night of sex with multiple goddesses on a bed of garlic and crisp. The beers were cold and the bowling was great! I will definitely be going back. I would also like to point out that they have the big Smarties if you win enough tokens at the arcade, as well as black jack on the other end if youre feeling froggy.

We decide to eat dinner kinda late for most restaurants its closing time but casinos usually have their restaurants open late. I eaten at Roxbury lanes before and wanted to take friends that moved in the area good place to eat some Chinese food without going to Chinatown , very pleased with the food and service

Umm so this is a good... Good. Go to foodie spot... Especially the deep fried chickenssss!!! Salt and pepper with the onions and jalapenos... Or the garlic chicken... Get the gyoza sauce to put on everything and dunk your chicken in!!!!

Never thought my first bad review would be for a bowling alley, but this experience was too terrible for me to let it happen again.When we arrived we had to wait one hour before getting our lanes. When we finally started playing, the machine broke down several times. We even switched lanes and the machine broke down there as well. We paid for 2 games for 14 people and barely 5 people completed their games because of the machine issues. We thought it was justified to ask to be refunded for the games we did not complete. The lady was not ready to give us back more than 2 peoples fee. We were already super unhappy about not being able to bowl, and the lady just did not care to compensate us for the time we wasted here.To make things worse, she falsely accused us of throwing money at her face and had security kick us out.This was possibly the worst experience Ive had in any venue whatsoever with both staff and equipment. Safe to say we wont be coming back and I strongly suggest you to not even consider them for your next bowling game.

Sterling, the bartender, was amazing. The building lost power while my girlfriend and I were there to watch a playoff game. He cut a plastic cup so he could prop his phone up for us, and we watched it on that. Great experience! We will be back.

Ive been going here for years but my understanding is it is under new ownership. There are 3 main sections: bowling alley, restaurant and bar, and casino.1) bowling - ok, well Im old school and I like the feel here...it aint all flashy like the new places. But it is old..there are equipment issues, slow ball return is the biggest issue...it isnt always. It does have auto score but it is an older system...it works and is accurate. If you are a serious bowler...the oil is a challenge...sometimes standard house pattern other times so challenging it takes awhile to dial in.2) restaurant - pretty good actually at reasonable rates. Staff is friendly and prompt. American and Asian are the main dishes with a good assortment of appetizers.3) casino - I honestly havent been in it for years so cannot comment here.Overall I enjoy it. If you are looking for a more down to earth bowling experience...I recommend Roxbury.

Great place! Ladies night is Thursday in the Roxy Lounge as is Karaoke. Only downer is the waitress. They brought our food, no plates or utensils. We waited and had to get them ourselves. Also had to bus our own table. Chicken wings are amazing!!

Off the trail neighborhood bowling alley with good little asian eats and great little bar. Actually a little somwthing for everyone including a game area for the kids. They are doing some bathroom remodeling right now but do have luxury porta potties outside. No, honest, the portable johns are in a trailer and nice than almost any public toilet you come across.

Best Chinese food, you wouldn’t think Chinese would fit in a place like this but it does and it’s amazing. Huge portions big enough for two people and very good prices. One time visit or regular gathering place, this is it.

The food is always so damn good! Its not always the cleanest and the construction is underway but the food is amazing! The chicken fried steak, wings, house special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken is the BOMB!

Food is great, staff is a bit aloof! They seem to get along with each other, though, by the amount of time they talked amongst themselves while I waited with my empty glass!

Five stars for a bowling alley. Not anything fancy, but overall good experience. The food was about what you expect but they had surprisingly good lane side service. Everything was functional. The bathrooms were strange, but I think it’s just because it’s an old building. Nothing I can think of that was negative about the experience.

Man this place is near and dear to my heart. Started back in the day with the family bowling then the arcade was a staple after school hangout to my favorite wild turkey watering hole and finally my favorite dealers and staff of any card room I know. Look for me I will be there the guy stacking on the Spanish 21 tables. Stay classy Seattle
