Nothing but good things to say, all of the dock staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy-going. Theyve been great at teaching me how to be a boater, and want us to have fun at the same time! The boats are all beautiful, new, and well maintained. My family and friends are having a blast, and so am I! Great customer service, great adventures, and great value!

We joined carefree boat club this past Spring during the Covid pandemic. Carefree boat club had allowed us to escape and spend time as a family in fresh air on a sparking clean new boat! The staff are friendly and oh so helpful. Looking forward to many years of boating without the struggle of owning a boat. Can I just say, the joy of rolling up in your car, spending the day on the water and walking away is truly glorious. If you want the joy of enjoying tons of different boats without the headache of ownership this has been perfection. Love love love Carefree boat club!

Weve been members of Carefree Boat Club Seattle since it opened. We moved to Seattle about 6 months before joining and being members of the club has transformed our experience living in Seattle. Through the years the club has progressively gotten better as theyve added locations and a diverse selection of boats. It is a great value and we spend a lot of time on the boats swimming, entertaining, fishing, crabbing, and taking overnight trips on the Sound. Weve also taken advantage of being able to make reservations at other clubs in Florida, Maryland, and Washington DC.

CBC is the best boating club out there. Their commitment to providing the latest boats has always been excellent for the last 5 years which makes it easier to reserve times for family and friends. The staff is always nice and friendly and the whole experience is top notch. I would highly recommend CBC for anyone wanting to boat without the hassle of owning a boat

I joined Carefree January 2020 and it has been the best decision of 2020. Being able to take out the variety of boats and social distance with friends outdoors has been amazing.The dock staff are super friendly and helpful. Now that Ive done this, I never want to own a boat. Being able to walk away after a fun day out in the sun with no worries or hassle of cleaning/ gassing/ maintenance is the only way to go.10/10 would recommend.

This is our 3rd summer with Carefree and we love everything about them. The boats are all amazing and they add new ones all the time. And the staff is so accommodating, from the owners to all the crew on the docks. I used to want a boat so badly and now I will never own my own. Thanks, Carefree!

I joined Carefree Boat club about 3 years ago and I’m excited to say I’m planning to extend another 5 years! My family, friends and I love it so much that we couldn’t be happier with the club. They continually survey members to find out what would be in the best interest in the club and also add more boats as the club continues to grow. Not only do we take their wide variety of boats out all around seattle but we’ve also taken them out in California and Florida as they are part of a larger network of clubs. One of the best decisions I made and never regretted it!

We have been members for a month and so far have had an amazing experience! We are very happy we joined!! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to easily go boating without any of the maintenance or clean up!

What has helped us, is getting out on the water and getting some ️!Background:We bought the standard package which gives 2 half-day weekend, and 2 half-day weekday reservations.Boat availability:Throughout the peak season we were able to get on the boat at least once Fri afternoon to Sun. The have used the spur-of-the-moment multiple times and it works, even in the summer. All In all we have been on the water 7 times in the last month, 7/21 - 8/21, in both fresh water and salt .Dock Staff:Courteous, responsive, and saves your @&& when docking.Boats:Clean, well maintained, and relatively higher-end.I will update my post once we experience the Bellingham, Chelan, and other out-of-state locations.

My wife and I have lived in Seattle/Bellevue for 8 years now and always wondered how to spend time on the nice lakes we have in Washington without having to find friends of friends that own boats and without the hassle of buying a boat, a slip, and maintain the boat itself. One day we ended up going to Fishermans Terminal to have lunch at the Highliner Public House and came across a sign that said Boating without Owning and it was destiny from there! We joined Carefree Boat Club Seattle back in May of 2018 and have enjoyed every year of our membership. Theres always availability to take boats out from 3 different marinas (Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland) and we are also able to book a boat for our trip to Lake Chelan as well. All the boats are new every year because Oxana and Justin (the coolest owners of the Seattle Club) also run a dealership so they are able to swap out the boats throughout the year to bring in new fresh vessels. You can book everything from pontoons with slides and diving boards, to speed boats with killer sound systems, and also even a pontoon with a stand-up bar to serve your friends and families cocktails onboard! The staff on the docks are so friendly and helpful and very patient with you as you undock and dock. The main office is always available to answer questions. If you want to join a trustworthy boat club and enjoy the wonderful Seattle summers on Lake Washington, hurry up and come visit the Carefree Boat Club at Fisherman’s Terminal!

Carefree is an absolutely great club, complete with an amazing fleet of boats and outstanding staff! They go above and beyond to make things smooth, and we have really enjoyed our time as members. The owners even worked with us to make it simple to pause our membership when we had to leave the country unexpectedly. If you are considering a boat club in Seattle, you won’t be disappointed with Carefree!

My wife and I have been part of Carefree for a full year now and absolutely love it. The flexibility of being able to get a ski boat one day in Lake Washington and a cruiser the next day to go in the puget sound is awesome.

Best boat club in the PNW! Boats are new/well maintained. Great owners that care about their members. Convenient locations for boat pickup. Dock staff also provides 5 star service. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get into boating at a reasonable cost.

Our family is finishing up our first boating season with Carefree. What a great summer it has been. Our boating experience has been BETTER than advertised. We have literally gone fishing on the sound (21 fully equipped Sea Ranger), spent an afternoon having lunch with friends on Lake Washington (25 pontoon/AKA the floating couch) and pulled the kids tubing with a power ski boat (24 Chaparral) on successive days! The dock-staff has been great and the availability of boats outstanding. You just cant beat the variety and ease of being able to check boats out and return them without the associated hassles of owning. Would highly recommend.

As a previous boat owner I cannot begin to describe how much I appreciate Carefree Boat Club. My wife and I joined the club just under a year ago and have already made so many great memories. No matter if it is a relaxing day on Lake Union, a cruise to find a swimming hole and dinner on Lake Washington, or an overnight adventure on the Puget Sound, Carefree can accommodate it all. All of the employees are very friendly and are always there to help you get ready to depart, and also are there to help you dock when you return. The scenery is always the best and we have even seen dolphins out on The Sound. There are a number of locations around the Seattle area to rent from which makes it convenient no matter where you are coming from, and also allows for a wide variety of boats to choose from…..even in Chelan, WA too! If you are interested in boating around the Pacific Northwest this is the way to go. There is literally no headache of actual boat ownership, and the only regret I have is I wish we would have joined sooner. The owners genuinely care about the members and providing the best product possible.

I have taken several boats out and each trip has been outstanding. The reservation system is super easy to use, the dock workers have been helpful, very nice, and keep the boats clean. The boats have all been in excellent condition. Great team and boats!

We love Carefree - they work hard to be responsive to our requests. Their customer service is excellent. We love their education program - their Captains are supportive, thorough and fun to be with as they teach customers how to operate each type of boat in the fleet.

My boyfriend and I joined this club almost a year ago when it started and we are so happy we did. We love the variety of boats and the fact that theyre all in such great condition compared to the other clubs we looked at. Having just moved to the Seattle area, it was amazing getting to know the city from a different perspective and we will definitely be renewing our membership. Wakeboarding, swimming, crabbing on the sound, UW tailgating... are you kidding?! Its crazy how much use we have gotten out of the boats all year round. Im not going to lie, I love not having to worry about boat maintenance and cleaning and moorage. One of the best decisions we have ever made. And Justin and Oxana (owners) are the best!
