George Long is a fantastic artist! My tattoo is healed up and looks amazing! I can tell the ink will last and the color pops tremendously! I could tell he was very interested in the piece he created for me and I am so happy at how realistic it turned out! Amazing service and kind people, all around amazing experience! This space is a perfect gallery of Seattle’s talent. I visited Jesse Way-out to get 2 tattoos over the course of several months. When COVID hit, True Love went above and beyond to do everything possible to ensure the safety of their clients and employees. The extensive safety measures in place made me feel so comfortable. I’d recommend any artist from this shop! Everyone is wildly talented and easy to collaborate with.

Ive had half of my tattoos done here by George Long, and hes the sweetest and one of the most talented artists Ive had the pleasure of being inked by. I wont go anywhere else. Theres also the added bonus of this place being a gallery for local artists. I was there last week for a touch-up and I cant wait to go back for my next piece. Lastly, tattoo parlors generally have a reputation of having a dark and emo/alternative atmosphere. This place is the complete opposite.

My experience with True Love Tattoo has been amazing. The studio is kept incredibly clean, with lots of focus on maintaining excellent hygiene. The artist that worked on me is Seth Goodkind who has been incredibly easy to work with. He is fast to respond, understands my vision of what I want done, and is able to deliver perfectly! I’m a novice to tattoos and he has made my first two tattoo experiences go really well. His work is excellent and his ability to do fine details and delicate artwork is amazing. I picked some very light pieces which he was completely willing to work with and the pieces turned out beautifully! I found my artist and excited for all future ones I plan to get! Love this studio and Seth!

It was my first real tattoo, and I dont think I could top it. Im excited and so was everyone in the shop. Luke Stewart really knows Asian iconography, and his work is stunning!

I was tattooed by George last night and it was awesome. There is a very calming and pleasant atmosphere in the shop, and George did a really good job making me feel comfortable.I asked to use quite a dainty design to cover up some thicker lines that I already had, and George was somehow able to make it all look seamless without changing the original design very much at all.definitely recommend!!

My first experience with True Love Tattoo was a quick phone call to inquire about their policy on walk-in appointments... I was connected with Chloe on the phone who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful right off the bat. Despite me initially feeling like I was asking TOO many vague/annoying questions, Chloes patience never wavered. Before I knew it, the anxiety of not being 100% sure on what I wanted OR having an appointment had melted away.Flash forward to getting into the shop! (Same day as the phone call, roughly 4 hours later) - Chloe killing it again with a warm welcome and an offer of green tea or water while I filled out paperwork.My artist would be Mr. George Long who came out to ask a few questions about what I wanted with my design. George was extremely patient and helpful drafting up an idea of what I had in mind before putting it on transfer paper. Again, despite my indecisiveness, True Love Tattoo went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the placement of the stencil, reapplying it 3-4 times before landing on a spot/angle that worked best for me.George worked quickly and with expert precision making me feel like I was really getting my moneys worth. The conversations varied and the entire experience was extremely pleasant.I left with a tattoo I was truly happy with and a shop I feel like I could definitely become a regular at. Do yourself a favor if youre looking at getting a new tattoo and DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!

We had Melissa as our tattoo artist. She was very customer focused and took the time needed to make sure we were happy. We got exactly what we wanted and she was very accommodating. We would definitely look her up the next time we visited Seattle.

Was just visiting from San Diego for the weekend and popped by a few tattoo shops.. got weird vibes from a few, and then stumbled upon True Love Tattoo. The entire shop was welcoming, friendly, and we were introduced to Melissa, who was absolutely AMAZING. I mentioned that I love rabbits and things with sort of a morbid vibe-- she drew something up and I loved it. Her linework and shading were impressive, and I was impressed by her entire portfolio which is usually sort of rare! I plan on getting more work done by her when shes in California visiting. :) Definitely recommend her if youre looking to get work done!

True Love is a great tattoo place. I liked that it was more open than any other tattoo place Ive been to and they have a fish tank!Dusty is the artist I go to and the last time I was there he created bird cage tattoos for my husband and I. Dusty made each one a little bit different so they had a personal touch! I cant express enough how talented he is....and frickin hilarious. Never a dull moment with him . I really need to go back soon.

My son wanted a pokeball, with a band holding music from majoras mask song of healing since he was around 8 years old. Turned 18. We chose True Love because they dont judge. We chose Jason for his line work, as a calf is not cylindrical. Never, ever expected the detail in the pokeball. Thank you, Thank you, Mr. Middleton. Its beautiful.

A cool venue where you can either get some tattooing done or check out the incredible art from local artists that adorns the walls. Everyone is super friendly and very open minded, the receptionist Tura is the nicest person ever.You will want to keep coming back for more, cause I sure know I did!

Ive only had a consultation here but I will say that this place is the most unpretentious tattoo parlor Ive ever been to. Everyone was kind and welcoming and Ill be going back there for tattoos at some point soon.

This is a great place to get your tattoo. Go check them out in person or online. Everyone I met was really nice and professional. There was no judgement on their faces (or annoyance) which Ive encountered in the few other places Ive been to. Its very clean and comfortable inside.

Went today for my first tattoo (inside bicep). The experience was so friendly and comfortable and I left thrilled with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of my finished product. The consultation was short but very helpful, particularly for a first time user. A few really great suggestions absolutely improved upon the final outcome. Chad was my artist and he was amazing. Great communication and thoughtfulness and very talented. I felt welcomed and engaged at every part of the process. Id recommend it to anyone and would certainly go back for a second. Incredibly clean and organged, calming music and a great fish tank. Thanks for the experience!

My experience here was awesome! Rowan is a very talented artist, and Tura is a wealth of knowledge. Its a clean and well run studio, there is fantastic art on the walls done by the in house artists (Studio Ghibli!). Highly recommend you check them out!

Was visiting from Boston and decided to get a quick tattoo, but I dont go to just any shop so I did a little bit of research and this was the best I come up with in such short notice. Had good reviews with with what looked like good artwork and artists so I gave them a call to see if they could squeeze in a walk in. Most of us no walk-ins are hard to do if you want a good tattoo but they had a new guy named Eric who was up to the task. I went in for a quick consult a few days early we got the idea down and the next day I was Inked Up. I got to give props to Eric, while shy and somewhat quiet when all was said and done it was a great product. In my personal opinion the shop is trying a little too hard to be over professional in a sense thinking theres something other than tattoo artists. At the end of the day we want friendly people who just want to tattoo not businessman. Overall I had a great experience great product great tattoo only reason I give it a four out of five is it wasnt quite as friendly and relaxed as a person getting a permanent tattoo might want it to be.
