Truly incredible work. I took a piece I love into Museum Quality Framing in Queen Anne, thinking I knew what I wanted to do with it. Ian spent time giving me options, being transparent about pricing, and pushing back on what I thought would look good with options I never would have considered. Paying for high-quality framing doesn’t always feel great, but Ian transformed our piece. Highly recommended.

The quality of service is phenomenal! Initially I brought them a request to help restore and preserve 3 large Batik burlap panels that have been in the family for years. Ian went above and beyond in finding an effective solution while working within a reasonable budget --though I thought I might have to store the panels, because they look so great I am now thinking of putting them up in our new home!The other piece was a lovely print by a new artist with a large amount of inky black. Though they dont have a huge selection of frames, Quality Framing has a great range for all budgets. I wanted something a little more elegant that would make the piece worthwhile of a main staging area. We ending up using a beautiful gold insert inside a black frame to enhance the inky composition. Just beautiful!Lastly, after being so pleased with how the prior work. I brought Ian a vintage Danish wood mirror of unusual shape. The mirror had broken in our move and I worried that finding a replacement would be impossible. Yes, it was impossible, but Ian came up with a solution. He was able to order a mirror and precisely cut it into a shape to fit the frame.I highly recommend Quality Framing in Queen Anne if you want personalized, creative, detail-oriented solutions for your framing needs.

Excellent service with wonderful staff.

The small staff is very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. I ended up opting for pre-made mattes and frames for a larger 4-piece project. The staff was understanding of my cost-restraints and additionally assisted me when one of the pre-packaged glass frames broke. Ill be returning when I am in need of a custom piece; I have no doubts theyll do a nice job.Tip: They offer a nice new customer loyalty program discount.

Top notch through and through. I trusted them with framing one of a kind art work autographed and numbered. 4 pieces. The staff were super helpful, knowlegable and I felt at ease dropping off my work with them. A couple weeks later, they were ready for pick up. Carefully wrapped and detailed. After reading other reviews for this business, I took a very loved old poster that had been neglected for years to finally have it framed. Its a fairly large poster so it wasnt cheap but they did a wonderful job! I love it! With so many choices of frames and no experience at all in doing this, I couldnt possibly have chosen a more perfect frame without the help of the staff. Theyre good about finding nice, less expensive options too.

Great experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They take their time and treat each piece with care and respect. Framing job of piece came out beautifully and was ready on time. A little pricey but worth it.

Great service, turnaround time and prices... Had two large photos framed there at 13 x 19 and they framed them in-store for a quick turnaround. Looking forward to going back and getting a custom fitted frame with museum quality glass for my next prints.

Working with Ian was a breeze (and a breath of fresh air). He helped my son and I pick out a high quality, yet still affordable set of frames and matting that were perfect for the pieces. They turned around the frames in less than a week (was thinking it would take closer to 2 weeks) and ensured we were satisfied. I would highly recommend MQF on Queen Anne and ask for Ian.

Fantastic and friendly staff, super flexible and willing to work with us in changing an order mid-process for our wedding a few years ago, and then did an incredible job framing our guest book. Today, they fixed a problem with a frame done by another shop (piece of art we bought pre-framed) on the spot. We will be returning here for 100% of our framing needs in the future, and highly recommend them to all who ask. They are definitely not the cheapest shop in town, but You get what you pay for couldnt be more true than it is here.
