Devin was an entertaining tour guide sharing a wealth of knowledge. We had a group of 6 and we all enjoyed the tour! A great way to see Old Scottsdale!

If you’ve never been to Scottsdale or just want to learn about the history, sight-see and have a awesome couple hours, this is it!! We had an absolute blast and Jason was fantastic; so upbeat, fun, knowledgeable and made sure you were safe/comfortable! This tour showed us the city like we would’ve never got to see on our own. We loved it so much we booked a second one two days later!! This is such a fun way to learn about the city! Jason was an amazing tour guide with lots of knowledge & a great sense of humor! He is very patient while teaching how to ride & very observant when keeping an eye on us as we rode! Riding a segway is much easier than expected! If you can stand for 2 hours & lean forward & backwards you can learn to ride! We did the night tour the second time & it was so beautiful to see the city lit up! Jason also tailored the tour & took us to see some new things since we had done the original tour earlier in the week. Wasnt just a cookie cutter experience! Would recommend this as a MUST DO for anyone in the area!

Our family had a fantastic time touring the old section Scottsdale and some of the newer development that apparently has occurred recently. We learned a lot about the citys history while having a blast riding the Segways, even though it was the first time for almost all of us. Our only regret was in not having booked it at the beginning of our visit to beautiful Arizona, we feel like it gave us so many ideas and things to see afterwards we wish we had done it sooner! :-)

First things first, never been on a Segway! Super cool, and our guide was more than efficient in showing us the right way to keep us safe on it. THE TOUR was incredible, being in such a historical place, it was great to see the sights, hear the stories, and have fun doing it. I highly recommend this tour to new and local community members. Juan-tactic!!Great way to start my trip to Scottsdale. My guide Juan was very funny & informative. Water provided, took a break, and lots of photo opportunities. After the Segway tour, I drove to the places I wanted to spend more time at.

Very good tour. Guide was great and it was really fun seeing downtown Scottsdale.

We had fun on this tour and got to see allot more about Scottsdale than we would on our own. The guise was a nice guy and told us a lot of info about the area. The bikes we cool to ride once you got a hang of it. Scottsdale was very busy due to Spring Training so it made it difficult to maneuver around town. The guide made allot of last minute changes and did not pay enough attention to the group at times so there was a gap within the group at times. One of the ladies has issues with her bike and I had to stop ti help her and he just disappeared on us. If not for my wife yelling to him to stop she would have gotten lost. I did offer some suggestions on his mic as at times he could not be heard or was really muffled please keeping a closer eye to the group. It I dont think he appreciated it. I am not picking on our guide but merely suggesting constructive feedback. I still tipped him for the tour. It is really worth doing and maybe at a time when there is less going on in town. Safe riding.

Awesome day touring Scottsdale on a Segway!If you gets the opportunity to take a Segway Tour of old Scottsdale - don’t hesitate! The Segway ride, itself, was a blast- something I’d wanted to do for some time. They teach you how to operate the Segway before the tour so can masterfully maneuver through the town. Interesting things to see and learn as you go through beautiful Old Town Scottsdale.Definitely recommend!

Lorenzo was great. We were the only ones scheduled for our time slot. He was very patient, kind, and understanding. My wife had some difficulty with both the Segway and the e-bike and he accommodated and assisted us without any hesitation. We were very happy with our experience with Segway.

We enjoyed the Christmas Segway tour of old town Scottsdale! Ryan was an amazing tour guide! It was the most perfect evening! He had fun facts about Phoenix and Scottsdale and some of those facts we didn’t even know and we are natives as well! Also, hot chocolate halfway through was a nice surprise! He’s also an excellent photographer and was able to capture all the fun moments of our group throughout the tour. Thank you for making our Christmas memories a lot more memorable!

What a fun tour this was! Our guide was very knowledgeable about all things Old Town. He provided a running conversation that was very interesting. Both guides were very courteous and helpful in learning how to ride the Segway. I was confident taking off on my own only after just a couple minutes of training. I highly recommend taking this tour. P.S. Im 70 years old.

Jason and Darcie were the best tour guides keeping us safe, patiently training us and providing wonderful Scottsdale history along the 2 hr tour. Very friendly and professional. Be sure to call if online there is no space available. Our family of 10 was able to secure a tour thanks to Jason and Darcie coming to our rescue (we are procrastinators and tried booking same day)! All of us newbies and Segway pros had a fun and memorable time. Great way to ring in the New Year!

We arrived in Phoenix during the COV crisis, and were were not sure that this would be available. Upon contacting the business, it appears they were. We definitely received a much more private tour during this time, & the tour guide and manager owner was exemplary. He was dynamic, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and of course provided that safety net for any issues we may have had with a new adventure [our First Segway experience].He is also owned and operated his Segway business since 2005 including two other major cities besides Scottsdale.Based on our pleasant experience, and his extensive background, we would highly recommend this Tour for anyone wanting to have a bit more information about both Scottsdale, and/or the overall Segway experience!

We had an awesome 2-hour tour through downtown Scottsdale. We were a little nervous in the beginning however, after a 3-5 minute training we felt like pros—even in our mid 60s! I would recommend that everyone add a Segway your to their itinerary. Great job Segway of Scottsdale.

This tour was really fun! There were four of us. Three 60 year olds and a 25 year old and we all enjoyed it very much. Old Town Scottsdale has some pretty interesting history and the area is very pretty. The young men who conducted the tour did a good job of telling us the history but also throwing in good information about the local shops and restaurants. Well worth the time and money. We watched a safety video first and then everyone was tested to determine whether they could start and stop and turn Etc before we started the tour.

This was a great tour. Very different than the typical Segway tour. It was pretty cool to be able to go off-road and see the sites of the desert from a Segway. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone- families, couples, etc. We had a blast and would do the tour again in the future. I’m sure each tour is slightly different as you have the chance to encounter different wildlife each time.

This was the first activity I did upon arriving in Scottsdale. What a perfect choice! Our guide, Hunter, was so helpful in acquainting our group with Old Town and supplying us with interesting information about Scottsdale in general. And riding the Segway was a blast!! So fun—I felt like a kid! We got to see so much of the area that I could have never gotten to if I had been walking. I highly recommend this Segway Tour—totally worth the money!!

Was a bit nervous to get on a segway for the first time but Devin was amazingly helpful. The tour was a lot of fun, I learned so much about downtown Scottsdale from the history to great food recommendations.

We really enjoyed our tour. The guide was very knowledgeable on the city’s history and pointed out lots of fun facts along the way. One of the gals in our party was a little nervous and he spent plenty of time with her practicing in the parking lot before we started. He didn’t rush her or put any pressure on any of us to start before everyone was comfortable.I would recommend this tour to anyone. Lots of fun.

This is a must do for anyone visiting Scottsdale! The tour itself is two hours plus training. Andrew is an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable and entertaining. He kept us safe while still having a lot of fun. We never felt rushed on the tour. Andrew is also super prepared, he had a spray bottle for misting which is necessary even on the morning trip plus had water available for us. Bring lots of water and sunscreen. Ask for Andrew he is the best! Would definitely do again, even great for locals.

Jason did an amazing job on our bike tour. He managed to let us get a glimpse of the parade and still give us a great tour of Scottsdale. The parade was an added bonus. He was a very informative and interesting guide. This is a great way to see Scottsdale. Highly recommended!!

Jason & Darcie were great hosts. We were a party of 10 and they were kind enough to accommodate us last minute. The tour took us through old town, the river walk, and much more. There were several folks in our party that had never ridden a Segway before and were a bit apprehensive about doing the tour, but by the end of the tour they were zipping around having a blast and were sad that it was over. Would do it again, highly recommend!

Second time and will definitely do again! All of the tour guides are awesome and have a focus on both fun and safety! Did the same tour as before, but the tour guide made it seem like a new experience with new facts and comments. We had a wide range of people in our group..from 76 to 16, and all loved it!

Great tour! Guide was knowledgeable about the city, gave good restaurant recommendations, was upbeat and made the tour fun. Don’t be afraid of the Segway. They’ll teach you and they’re pretty fun once you get started.

Segway of Scottsdale Tours was fabulous! I took my mom and her two friends from Montana and we loved it. Seeing the Water District was one of our favorites and the customer service was great. They are very organized and accommodating!

My son and I had awesome time on the tour. Our guide made it easy and enjoyable and we learned so much about the area. A year later, and he still talks about it! Quality time spent together!

My husband and I just did a tour of Old Scottsdale and it was amazing. This was our first segway tour that had an audio receiver and ear piece which made it 100% better!! Our guide did not have to wait for the group to catch up and we did not miss any of his narrative. Absolutely recommend this company.

Tons of fun and very informative. A group of 4 took the Old Scottsdale tour on a Saturday morning and we couldnt have had more fun. The guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor. Once you get on a Segway you wont want to get off. Once you take a tour with these guys, youll want to find more of their tours to go on.

We took this tour while I was visiting family in AZ. It was SO much fun! Our group of 10 all loved it, even the ones who were skeptical. If you get a chance to do this, DO NOT hesitate. It is a great experience and if I can do it, so can you! Tip: wear really good thick soled shoes. The only complaint is our feet hurt during and afterwards. Wearing supportive, COMFORTABLE shoes will make your experience even better. I ended up taking my shoes off and rode it barefoot which I dont necessarily recommend but I did not wear the right shoes. I would 100% do it again in a heartbeat and will be looking for other Segway tours where I live and in our travels. Groupon made it super affordable! Do this! You wont regret it. I say, you only live once. Go, see, do; life is too short not to!!

Segway is the way to go! It is so easy to ride. We had young and old on the tour and we learned to balance in less than a minute. The tour guide was very nice & informative. You will love it!

We took the electric bike tour-those bikes are easy to ride and a great way to tool around town. Only 4 of us in our tour (all over 60 years old). And we all did fine! If you can ride a bike, this is a no-brainer! See the beautiful town up close!

This was an experience. It was a rainy day and it did get kind of miserable but that had nothing to do with the company or the tour. It was still fun and they were great to ride. Our family consisted of myself (50), my daughter (15)and my father in law(70) so this shows that it was great for all ages. They did provide ponchos and water so even though it was raining they were looking to help make us comfortable. I would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Hunter was an awesome guide. We went on theTour of lights in downtown Scottsdale. The segways were decorated with lights and our helmets were adorned with reindeer antlers. Was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it. Will definitely do a Segway tour again when we are in Scottsdale.

Riding an e-bike is so much fun. You can cover a lot of ground quickly. Jason was a great guide who highlighted interesting facts and made the tour fun.

We brought a group of six, two with experience on Segways four inexperienced. All had a great time. The ride was a perfect length with two stops to stretch our legs. Juan, our guide was knowledgeable of the area, and very personable. We were able to see parts of Scottsdale that we hadn’t seen on previous trips to the area.

What a great way to hit the high points of historic downtown Scottsdale. We never would have been able to cover that much territory walking. After the tour we went back to the places that interested us most and made a day of it. Saved our feet and gave us great insights to the area.

This was a great way to experience Scottsdazzle (holiday lights) at night! Our group was a mix of experienced and total beginners but all quickly adapted and we thoroughly enjoyed the activity. The segways were actually fairly easy to get comfortable with. Our tour guides (they gave us a guide for each set of 6 riders) were very knowledgeable about the history and local points of interest. They expertly helped to navigate our group of inexperienced rides through some tight maneuvers and even let us loose to test out the devices power on roads that were safe to do so. Great experience and all rides commented that they would enjoy doing it again!

Great way to tour Scottsdale. Tour guides were very nice and informative. They made sure everyone knew how to ride a Segway and I felt very safe.

We got a late start, waiting for people who never showed. Then we spent more than ½ hour getting instructions and then practicing. Actual riding, and tour, was not extended so ended up very short. I had taken Segway tours in other places.My expectations were not fulfilled. I suggest a different tour company. You can cover the same territory on a scooter for $3 or the Trolley, for free.

I should say I was really afraid to go on this tour. But the tour guide held on to my handle as we weaves thru the city. It was a wonderful experience!! My daughter enjoyed the ride as well. She had no problem operating her Segway.

My 2 sisters and I had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour. We learned so much history about Scottsdale, the flora and fauna andimportant building and architecture. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you don’t already have a complex, you will after being gawked at in these goofy helmets in a town that doesn’t require Segways. This is not a town Segway tour but a food review tour with none of the tasting. Our tour guide seemed to have tried every restaurant and is extremely “honest” about it as every restaurant is one of the best he’s had, including but not limited to Taco Bell. The Segway was extremely interesting and fun to use, however Scottsdale is a town that is not conducive to this tour. The overwhelming description of restaurants without the opportunity to try them makes this tour misleading in its description. Equipment is in good shape and guides are helpful to those needing assistance. Suggest you save your money and try the restaurants instead.

Loved all the cites, time span; good orientation. Friendly knowledgeable guide. Audio boxes/earpieces didn’t work in wind. Had to remind guide to talk “to” us. But still loved it.

Segway of Scottsdale split us into two smaller groups of 4 and 6. We saw a group from another company with a much larger group of riders and it would have been too cumbersome and not as much fun. Our guide, Hunter, was engaging and shared lots of interesting tidbits about the area in addition to teaching us all how to ride the segways safely. We had a great time! Thanks Hunter!

This was the first Segway tour I have ever taken. We had a blast. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and, at the same time, fun. I didnt think Id be able to get the hang of it but it was pretty easy. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

We loved that we had an ear bud and receiver so we could hear our leader perfectly. We loved the tour and you can see and learn about SO much more than if you had to be on foot!
