Mike was professional, knowledgeable and made our tour a great experience. We were impressed by many things he did but when he stopped to ask if someone (not with us) was ok and then offered them water, I knew we had a good guy with us. We felt safe and knew we were in good hands. He was courteous, good natured and accommodating. Made for a great excursion.

Mike and desert monster tours were amazing. I will recommend to my family and friends. During COVID, the machines were clean and well taken care of. Mike did a great job guiding us through the deserts. This was by far the best part of our trip. Thank you for such a great time!!

Dave was so great to work with over the phone and Mike was a fantastic tour guide. We brought our whole family of 9, with kids ranging in age from 21-9. Everyone had a blast!!!The guys cracked open a cooler with cold water and chips half way through the experience. Nice touch. They stopped to show us an incredible Diamond Back rattlesnake too.Their instruments rooms were great and their machines worked really well. They cleaned everything really well before we got in. Very well done. Highly recommend!!!

Mike and Whitney were outstanding. We had a group of 7 people and did a 2 hour tour. They were very accommodating, easy to work with, and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable regardless of their experience level. Everyone had the opportunity to drive and we stopped and saw the Rio Verde and then an amazing sunset. Mike takes a lot of really great pictures and sends them to the group after the event. You will get dusty, so dress accordingly. They provide head sleeves, helmets, goggles and a bandana so your head and face are taken care of. Would highly recommend using them especially for a big group event.

We booked Desert Monsters Tour for my daughters 10th birthday. They were very flexible in changing the time we originally booked so that she could spend some time in the area hiking after the UTV ride. Dave and Mike were very thorough, covered all the safety precautions for Covid, made my daughter feel special and gave an amazing tour! They take pictures throughout the ride and share them with you for a keep sake. We highly recommend Desert Monsters!!!

Best experience we’ve had in Arizona. So much fun and our tour guide was awesome! I believe that safety is there main priority but we had a blast. Equipment and gear is up to par and very clean. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and he went the extra mile for us. We’re from Florida so being in the dessert on this tour is way above our expectations. The most important thing was we felt super safe! I highly recommend this tour and this company for your desert tours desires. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Let me start off by saying that I am a action adventure seeker and this was that and more!WOW!!!!! THIS WAS A TOTAL BLAST. Wife and I decided to do this as part of our honeymoon here in Arizona because its something different from the romantic take.Mad Mike was on time and very professional, and amazing character he made sure to cover all bases and not leave us behind (me not so much but my wife) lol. He gave us some history on the area and made sure to point all sightings of wildlife (seen some red racer snakes and road runners and more)I highly encourage and recommend that you do it! Dont think about it JUST DO IT! Life is too short and I promise you wont regret it.

Had a blast roaming through the desert on this tour. Mike and Dave were really easygoing guides, gave us the expectations, and knew the terrain very well. You will get pretty dusty/dirty, especially if youre the last one of the group. The views were great and overall it was an awesome experience!

It was a great experience traveling through the dessert and seeing different landscapes throughout.Our guide Mike was super friendly and helpful in every situation. He helped us get suited up and made sure everything was comfortable. He made sure we understood everything about the trail before going and checked in on us to see how it was going.We stopped a few times to take pictures which he took for us. He also had water and chips available for us when we stopped and engaged in conversation.It was a great experience all around and I would highly recommend going!!

It was a fantastic 2 1/2 hour ride through the desert on quads. A whole Lotta fun, no problems and a good time was had by all. Mike was great, very friendly and professional.I would recommend it to anyone.

Had a mix up with location and Mike and Dave took care of it and re scheduled us while we were still in town! Me and my husband did a day tour on a 2 seater UTV and loved it. Great riding, fun trails, and nice vehicles. They take pictures along the way of your group for you and make sure everyone is being safe, but still getting in a great ride. Would highly recommend this tour and this company for anyone in the area looking to ride or do something while they’re in the area.

My wife and I took a tour with Mike while on our honeymoon! I got about a good hour of drive time, before stopping at a beautiful river and getting some water and switching drivers. Then my wife got about an hour of drive time.Really fun time and while we have 5 days left on our trip, this is already going to be one of our favorite memories.The views are tremendous. No photo does it justice.Pretty easy to find, just put in the coordinates and follow them. If Desert Monsters had a portable sign they could put out, that might make it easier to find. We didn’t have any trouble, but have heard others took an hour to find it.

We had the absolute best time during our ATV experience with desert monster tours. We did the 2 hour sunset tour with tour guide Mike. Mike was completely professional, friendly, and made us feel very safe. He was extremely knowledgeable about the machinery and the surroundings, it was fun to learn about the National Forest and the classic landmarks. He also took really inventive and high quality pictures of us that we are going to keep for a lifetime. The experience was so fun that we even considered booking a second one the following day. Booked a 2 hour utv desert guided tour of the Sonoran desert. This was our first utv/atv experience. Mike was our tour guide, he was awesome. Our 16 year old son got to drive, and Mike really took the time to make the experience really comfortable and exciting for our family. He was very knowledgeable about the whole ecology of the desert plants, water conservation and the whole trail system. We had a great time and will definitely do it again next time we visit Arizona

Just did the sunset tour on Monday. We lucked out as it was a little chilly and we were the only ones there. Mike was an awesome guide and extremely friendly and helpful. My wife and I had a blast criss-crossing over 30 miles of the desert and seeing some of the most beautiful terrain and sunsets you will ever see. Everything here is top-notch and well maintained, you will have a great time with Mike! Do it!

Mike was our tour guide and he was very friendly! We came without knowing what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. It was worth it! Great views, nice small lake and beautiful pictures. I do recommend wearing long sleeves and long thin pants , you will be covered in dust by the time your done but it was extremely fun, we will do this again!

Absolutely hands down coolest thing weve done as a family since we did a helicopter tour in Vegas. These guys were the best very professional made sure we were all having a great time provided watermelon and snacks their machines are top-notch both owner Dave and trail guide guy Mike were absolutely awesome worth every penny highly recommend.

First off, our plan landed at 10 and were not able to go until 2p, but a day or two in advance Dave called and asked if we wanted to do the 6p due to the 110 degree heat. We of course said yes. When we arrived, Jess had everything all prepared, gave us instructions and took us on an adventure that i will never forget! The scenery and weather were amazing. Jess knew the area and would stop and check on us from time to time. She took pictures and texted them to us promptly that evening and they were amazing. I would do it all over again and would highly recommend Jess when booking your next adventure!

What a fantastic experience! Looked at several places to do tours out in the desert and desert monsters is by far worth every penny. Was able to go on a tour with a small group (7 people total) instead of the massive tours with +25 people which made the experience much more intimate. The views are incredible and the equipment (vehicle included) is too notch and safe. Mike was our tour guide and he was great. Super knowledgeable and made the experience worth while. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Its a must see when you are out in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

I was worried this would be one of those boring tours with slow driving and a lot of boring talking, but i was very wrong. The experience was AWESOME and well worth the money. Fun and thrilling trail riding with the most beautiful of scenery. We were given everything we may need to make it comfortable from extra jackets for when it got cooler to water when it was warmer. Mike, our guide was very nice and took amazing pictures of us along the way. Highly recommend!!

We did a tour this past weekend for a bachelorette party and it was sooo much fun! Perfect activity if your looking for something to do that outdoorsy and socially distanced! It was well worth the price, but def be prepared to get dirty! Mike and Dave took our group out and they were sooo great!

This was the best activity we did during my 10 day trip! It was me, my husband, and our 22 and 19 yr old sons. Fun and beautiful! The cacti against the mountains was breathtaking and can’t be seen from the highway. We also saw the beautiful colors of sunset. Everyone enjoyed driving the UTVs. I felt young again! You will get dusty but that’s part of the fun. Mike was a great guide and took the best pictures which he then sent to us. Thanks Mike!

I could not recommend this ATV excursion enough. We had a group of 8 girls in their 30’s in town for a bachelorette party. Mike and Dave made this experience fun, safe, and memorable. They picked us up in 2 cars, transported us to the site, and went over safety guidelines in detail. We were all pleased with how they put our safety at #1 priority. They even took some amazing pictures of our group realizing how important this is to a bachelorette party haha I would definitely choose this company if you’re in the area. Very impressed by the whole experience!

My friend and I decided last minute to sign up for the sunset tour to close out our boys weekend in Arizona. This was the highlight of our trip, hands down. Beyond just the amazing, scenic views (trust me these are some of the best in Arizona), our tour guide Mike made the trip. Mike is an absolute legend, the peak of professionalism and just an awesome dude to hang out with for a few hours. Mike was great at assessing our skill level and tailoring the tour to our skills. I cannot recommend these fine folks enough, this is a must do and gives you some of the best views and coolest tours without going all the way up to Sedona!

The best way to experience the desert, have some fun, try something new! We didn’t just walk or drive our car through the paved roads of some little park. Our guide, Mike gave us the best first time in the desert and on ATVs. During the stops we learned more about the desert, the wildlife and the water.Clear directions from Mike made this high anxiety girl comfortable enough to have so much fun! My husband and I switched off driving so I could check out beautiful Tonto National Forest, taking pictures and videos.We are both sorry we didn’t have just one more day. We would have jumped in for a sunset ride.Best money we’ve ever spent on an excursion!

When it started raining, he made sure we stayed dry if we wanted to, but we opted for the mud instead. We traveled to AZ with five teenagers, and I was hoping to find an activity they’d remember for a lifetime. Desert Monsters Tours hit the mark!
