During a recent golf trip to AZ, I scheduled a putter fitting at the Scottsdale store. Bradley was able accommodate my schedule that day by coming in prior to normal business hours to do the fitting. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I also had a new putter grip installed in just a matter of a few minutes. I have seen a huge improvement in my putting since my visit to 2nd Swing. Thank you! This place has virtually every club second hand in great shape. You can also buy new off the site.Travis was extremely accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable.The fitting bays are a bit small and Covid restrictions dont allow you to try out clubs, but 30 day full use warranty is best Ive seen.The site allows you to fully customize clubs incase you are not in their service states.Go to this place...go gooo!

Just got a new putter as a gift so I want to make it work. I picked this place because of all the 5 stars reviews. Walked in off the street w/o an appointment, they were busy but Brad took his time checking, adjusting and readjusting my putter until it rolled straight! That’s the physical side. On the mental side, Brad explained the science behind the fitting with me which explained why I’ve been pulling left. That fixed the space between my ears. Got my confidence back! I recently visited your Scottsdale location. I live in Flagstaff and have limited opportunities to address issues with the clubs in my bag. I needed help Lengthening one shaft and shortening another. In addition I needed to switch out a shaft in my five hybrid. As I explained my needs to Jacob, he listened attentively and then work to address every issue I needed to be solved. It is the reason I have done business with you in the past and will continue to do business with you in the future. This store is the absolute FINEST in the state of Arizona. The manager Ryan is professional, caring and patient. It is reflected in his staff. They are all TOP NOTCH! Trent is one of his employees that goes above and beyond and helped me get what I needed, even following up with me after finding exactly what i was looking for but couldnt find anywhere else via phone (when he didnt have to) and took care of me not just as a professional, but almost like a friend or old golfing buddy. I recently bought a used Taylormade 3 wood at Second Swing in Scottsdale. I needed to return it for exchange of a like club but that was not allowed. Getting the store manager involved and it was quickly resolved and they sent me a similar club via fed ex at their expense. He turned a bad situation into a great experience which is how you win customer loyalty!

Arrived early on Black Friday. Was the second person in the store (though the store did have two other customers who let in an hour early for some reason). Knew what I wanted: Callaway Mavrik driver and matching 4-wood. Found them, was looking around for proper head covers and try out the clubs in swing area. Six employees working, one on the floor, who was doing his best to ask everyone but me if they needed help. Finally got tired of waiting, went to the counter to buy the clubs and told the guy behind the counter I needed to get my trade-ins from my car. He said okay, but as I was about to leave the employee at the door told me I could not return if I left--even though my car was literally 6 feet away in the front parking spot. I told him I was getting my trade-ins, he said Id have to wait in what was now a substantial line. No, I dont, I replied, and got in my car and drove directly to the PGA Store in Chandler near my home. 10 minutes later, I spent $625 at their store for the same clubs (but 100% new). I have one firm rule when it comes to purchases: I never beg people to take my money. You dont want it, someone else does, and even if I paid a few bucks more at the PGA store, at least I was treated like a valued customer, unlike at 2nd Swing. I doubt Ill ever make the drive there again.

The experience I received at this location was beyond my expectations. My club fitter Scott Summers was great. He was patient with all of my issues we were trying to resolve. Also he took the time to adjust all of equipment and make sure any clubs i was planning on purchasing were the right fit for my golfing ability. Overall it was great and well worth my time to work with this business. In addition their selection of clubs and accessories is superb.

I was looking for a single 7-iron to replace an old Ping which just wasn’t worthy of being in my bag any longer. The gang at Second Swing in Scottsdale, AZ were absolutely fantastic to work with on this little journey. I bought a set of clubs last week and learned the next Monday they would not arrive until a month later. They truly want you using clubs that you like, regardless of price. I was going back and forth between a $380 driver and $200 driver and my fitter said go with the $200.

I wanted a set of reasonably priced irons and had done a fitting 3 years ago. I ended up meeting with Mackenzie Gibbs and it went really well. We ended up finding a set that added yards and accuracy. I liked it so much I went back the next week for Driver, 3 wood and utility. Mac is great to work with!

Due to the virus scare you need an appointment. No biggie. I drove down from outside of Flagstaff hoping to trade some clubs. They didnt want me to do anything but take my fitting appointment. Their rules were so over the top that I left without my fitting or buying the set of clubs I wanted. Thank goodness there are other easier to work with companies out there.

Went in for a driver fitting with Mack today at could not be happier with my experience. He was ready to go when I got there and was able to diagnose tendencies in my swing quickly and get me fitted into a driver that produced great results for me. He was very knowledgeable about the clubs and how to best tailor them to get me the best possible results. Best fitting experience I have ever had. Will definitely be returning for future fittings. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I scheduled a fitting with Scott who was amazing. Ive played between 40-60 times in my life but never considered myself a golfer so Im not super well versed in the lingo and have never been fitted. Scott took his time explaining everything to me and even though it was a fitting and not a lesson I took away some tips from this experience that will no doubt affect my game. I told him what I wanted to spend on just a set of irons and rather than steering me into a set that was just at or slightly over my budget he found a set that was under enough for me to pick up a driver as well. He got me outfitted and already feeling more confident of my game.Thank you for all the help Scott and 2nd Swing. Ill be a customer for life.

Had an iron fitting with Dan this morning. What a great experience. He was very good. Very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. The place was very busy and I never felt rushed. This fitting exceeded my expectations to tell you the truth. Due to where I live (ND) I don’t have the opportunity at home to do this. I stopped in today to just look at the irons I felt would suit me best. I tried those and several others with several shaft combinations. Ended up with a different set that performed better for me. Never expected it. Thanks Dan.

Would avoid this store for new equipment. I ordered three new Vokey wedges. 4 weeks later there is no ETA and they are not returning calls. I was told the initial order came in wrong (right handed instead of left) and they would expedite the correction. That was weeks ago and currently in the dark. This place may be ok for a one-off used club, but if you are buying new I suggest stay with PGA Superstore, Vans or Golf Galaxy.

I usually work with Dan and Travis at this store but everyone has always been incredibly nice, never pushy and always putting the customer first. I ordered a driver and a fairway club. Both had a below average quality rating on their site. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and were in excellent condition. Very pleased.

Another great experience. Anthony took care of us in the aisles, gave us some insight and helped me find the clubs I was looking for. He passed us to Scott Summers who had a few minutes before his scheduled fitting appointment, he made some suggestions and had me hitting a different and better club than what I thought I needed. He also made a few tweaks to my swing and had me hitting the ball 20 yards further in about 3 minutes. A+++ always thanks guys.

I recently visited this store to purchase my first full set of clubs. As a new golfer I didnt really know what to look for or how to go about comparing used golf clubs. Shout out to Steve who works at this location. I asked him for his opinion on which set of used irons I should purchase and he took the time and looked through the whole lot to find me the best ones. He then continued to help me find a used drive, 3-wood, and hybrid. He helped me rearrange my purchase to save me money. This all probably took at least 20 minutes and I really appreciate his patience, input, and thorough knowledge of clubs. I was able to walk out the door ready to play golf for $144.00. Thanks Steve! Employees like Steve will really make me want to come back.

My wife and I were fitted for golf clubs today. Scott was a star, very pleasant and he really knew his stuff. He spent an hour and a half making sure my clubs were a perfect fit. When were were leaving we went back and forth about what bags we needed, they showed great patience when we bought/returned, and again we bought/returned our bags before we even left the store.Again Scott Bob and Ryan made a great recommendation that resolved our concerns. I recently stopped into this store with the expectation of a mediocre experience and maybe buy a new club. The experience was anything but and I cant wait to return. Ordered a used Ping G 20 driver from this location and the club head came off the shaft before I had even finished 18! Tried to contact them to give them a chance to rectify the situation...got the cold shoulder. 2nd Swing, you have lost a valued customer.

Mack Gibbs worked with me to find a nice set that fit my game. When he realized that the manufacturer had just reduced the price on a new set, he reduced the price of the used set accordingly. 2nd Swing did not have to do that, since I had already purchased the clubs. Nice to have a company back up its promise of customer satisfaction. They earned a loyal customer.

We have never seen so many clubs in one place. Steve came to our rescue and was extremely helpful. He was bound and determined he was going to find irons for us. He did. I took my 11 year old daughter for a full club fitting. Scott was a complete pro and patiently broke everything down for her and for me. I was very impressed at how well he related. He was very down to earth and patient. A lot of places just want to sell you, but he focused on her Needs, rather than trying to up sell on everything. Very different experience than I have had at PGA store or Vans. I will definitely come back for our next set of clubs. I would highly recommend .

I had a iron fitting done with Chris Curley and from start to finish it was amazing. I’ve had a fitting done elsewhere in the past but the one with Chris was far more in depth and much more helpful. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and really was able to help me customize my set and dial in my new clubs. When I’m ready for a new driver, I will surely get another fitting with him.

Golfers paradise if you’re looking for used clubs, but the customer service is questionable. Been in the store twice for nearly an hour both times. Never had someone ask me if I needed help and the only time I was addressed by an employee was when he told me I couldn’t use an open hitting bay to test a club(which I ended up buying anyways). Next time I went in I got yelled at by an employee for pulling up my shot stats on the simulator and he threatened to ban me from the store

Pete did a great job of finding the right set of Irons for my 25 year old son. He did not pressure for new, he just made sure the clubs fit his swing and experience. I highly recommend going there to get fitted for the right used or new clubs.

Every time I come down to Phoenix, I make sure to make a trip to 2nd swing. Always terrific service, excellent selection. And the manager Bob is always great and even remembered who we were. So if you’re looking for well priced quality clubs this is the place to go!

I’m still a beginner to golfing - been playing for 2 years. This is the only place I purchase clubs from. My husband and I visit Mac about twice a year for club consults. I always end up with a quality club aligned to my price point and swing style. Great value and service all around. Highly recommend for those still getting acclimated to the sport that need personalized recommendations, expert advice/honest opinions, and quality equipment without breaking the bank! Steve was very helpful with fairway woods and hybrid clubs I was looking to purchase. I shared info about my game and he recommended a couple brands of clubs to try hitting in the video cubicles. I purchased 3 clubs to complete my set.

Came in today to purchase my first set of golf clubs . The experience was fantastic and I was lucky enough to be helped out from start to finish by Anthony. I appreciated all the tips he had for me he was honest about what was best for me and never felt like he was up-selling me on something I didn’t need.

Bradley was awesome. I went into store ready to be fitted for a new putter. I have a perfectly good Ping Scottsdale putter but felt it was outdated. He had me make several putts with my putter for analysis, then made an adjustment in loft which had me making putt after putt. When asked how much, he said no charge. I highly recommend the store and Bradley.

Mackenzie did an awesome job fitting irons for me. I ended up going back and fitting a driver cause I found it so beneficial. It is very laid back (which is not always the case for golf stores) and will always go back there.

We stopped by a couple of weekends ago to get my fifteen-year-old a set of golf clubs. Dan was very helpful and spent time with us searching for clubs for a beginner set. My fitting experience with Chris was great! I have been fitted for clubs in the past, but process with 2nd Swing golf was a much better process. I tested different iron heads and the Chris was able to show me which club head was a better fit for me based on my swing. Their technology shows you how you hit each club and makes the process of narrowing down the right shaft and head combination. Many of the manufacturers have several different no charge shafts available. Other club fitters push after market shafts that can add $40-$50 + per club. Chris showed me several shafts that were included at no charge. This was a great experience and I will definitely go back in the future for other club purchases!

WOW! WOW! WOW! What else can I say but WOW. The customer service in this business is beyond outstanding. My husband and I came here with our 3 year old, which can be a task in itself when theres so many awesome things to look at and touch. The staff was so wonderful to us and our little guy. Went to 2nd swing the other day to get a couple of sets of golf clubs for my husband and myself. We were immediately greeted and helped by staff who were able to make some helpful suggestions based on our experience and price range. There was a ton of selection in various price ranges. After discussing options with Bradley, he offered a few suggestions, finally settling on a used Ping for 1/2 of what I thought I was going to have to spend. Bradley was extremely helpful and did a great job fitting my new putter, he provided excellent service and support.

I have nothing but great things to say about this store! Every time I have been there, I have had a great experience. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could give 10 stars. The ONLY downside to the store is that they could use more space! Keep up the great work 2nd Swing!

Bought two sets of jr Ping clubs with bags for two grandsons. They fit them both. Kids loved them. Hit them great. Boys 12-13 yrs. Steve Trivert was great. Would do again.
