TERRIBLE ASSISTANT. I call this number that I was given to offer my services to, and the lady rudely inturpted me and stated “This is not the number..” and hanged up on me.

Our design person was very nice, but Toll Brothers is a wholly unethical company. No one should do business with them. Our sales person (Terry Finch) lied to use to get us into contract, then repeatedly lied to us and would not allow us to got to the design center for 5 months. When we finally made it to the design center, we found out everything that we were told was included is an upgrade. That must have been my confusion, is all we heard in response. Then Toll subcontracts all of the construction out to to lowest bidder, doing the crappiest job so they can make a killing on building your Nightmare home. If i wanted an Ajay Sanchez home, I would pay them next to nothing directly. Instead of paying Toll 4x+ for a soddy, over inflated home.What this company does is illegal, immoral and unethical, but they dont want anyone to know. So they can keep there image up and their bank account full of your had earned cash that they only had to lie to you to get.

We bought our Toll Brothers home in 2004 in Power Ranch, Gilbert, Az. The master bedroom bath has a large window that has trim pieces inside the double pane glass that has fallen apart. When we called to fix the problem we were told by Home Depot window was $2500. Wow. We called Richard Carrol at Tpll Brothers. What a terrific guy. He admitted that window was not a open and close type of window so the moldings should not have fallen apart. He called the manufacturer who said window only came with a 5 yr. warranty. Richard then called the Toll Brothers glass company and they at no charge came out to our home and then gave us an estimate for fixing the problem, $655. Richard said Toll Brothers would pay half. This service to my wife and I was outstanding. We love Toll Brothers. We love our home.
