They do a great job with custom framing and mirrors

Very aggressive owner. Ive never shopped here, but Ive interacted with the owner when he tailgated my car, driving about one foot behind my bumper, for a couple of blocks. He could have passed me - we were on a 3 lane street - but instead he stayed on my tail, and at one point, even accelerated so that he got even closer. I know it was the owner because 1) the van had the name The Art Department painted on the side, and he turned onto Thunderbird and 2) I found some social media pictures online of the face that was glaring in my rear view mirror. I guess it makes the owner feel powerful to terrorize a woman by herself in a car. Next time youre going to be hateful to another driver, dont do it while driving a vehicle with your business name on the side.

I am a Memphis-based artist and was in need of a frame shop in Scottsdale that could stretch a canvas for me. This frame shop was nothing but accommodating and patient, even amidst my own urgency to get it stretched in a short amount of time and some shipping hiccups. The guys that work here are professional and kind.

Fully satisfied, I had several of my art framed by them over a year ago and they all look great, I took advantage/chance of their sale where you leave your art with them until they get some good deals and they choose the frames, you dont get to choose, but it worked out great and I saved quite a bit, not sure if they still offer this deal....theyre not busy so you get good personal service.

Horrible , Horrible, Horrible customer service. Uses Racial slurs while berating me with insults because I didnt like the work he did. AVOID this business and the owner John. Terrible work and even worse of a person. I hope this guy realizes that his business is reliant on customers who you should make happy.
