Great rooms, wonderful themes and challenging! Ive done a bunch of rooms at different places with my siblings and this place had us scratching our heads. Their production value is incredibly engaging and immersive.

You dressed like a Rugrat was a what I had uttered to my friend standing next to me. We had completed the wild west escape room at a blistering 50 minutes and raked an astronomical 60 points to top the global charts in an *partially unassisted speed run* of said escape room. The best part of this, the lovely lady who was our amazing guide to freedom laughed so hard at my poorly dressed friend from my magical comment that a roarous laughter erupted among the crowd and very crown moldings of Valhalla shook from our joy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WITH OR WITHOUT awkwardly dressed friends/family.

I love EtR!! Escape the Room has been a great bonding experience location for my group of friends and I for a few years now. Their puzzles are the perfect amount of challenging and fun!

I just escaped the room! Our team did the Western Bank Heist with 9 people. This was the second time I had completed this experience with the first time being about 2 years ago. I’m glad to see they changed it a bit so that I couldn’t remember everything again but some of it...so that was cool. Cassie was our clue master who was super nice and helpful when we needed hints. This is such an interactive and fun experience. When in doubt, just keep searching the room...move objects, items, etc and you’ll be bound to stumble upon more clues. The puzzles were very clever and cool to see solved. IMO Escape the Room in Scottsdale has the best escape rooms in the entire state. Have fun! :)

We did the Jurassic Room, which was pretty challenging. Luckily we were able to finish just in time! It was a great first experience at escape rooms though and Id definitely come back.

Such a cool and interactive experience! Very involved and creative. No two puzzles were the same. Went with my wife on a date night. They do private bookings and have you do your waiver online before you enter. They were very helpful and followed all social distancing rules. Kay was awesome!! Totally recommend coming here for a family experience or a date night. We did the Jurassic room and loved it! Hot tip - they let you use your phones for light, google, and notes as needed. Dont hesitate to try it!

My husband and I did 3 different rooms. They were all a lot of fun. Kay was there to help us out along the way. The bank heist was probably my favorite. We also did the submarine and Jurassic escape. We had a lot of fun...highly recommended.

We did The Agency, Western Heist, and we are about to do Jurassic. The Agency was such an amazing set and the Western Heist was incredibly clever. We love this place and hope to come back soon!

Lots of fun! I would definitely recommend this place. Our clue master was very attentive and did not give us too much or too little information to complete the room! It was great!

My kids had a great time, one of their favorite spots. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that I was forced to pay for 4 spots for only 2 participants for my sons 18th birthday due to COVID. To confirm a time on Saturday that was our only choice. Any other day you can purchase any amount except Saturday. Even though they dont always sell out. Its a fun time, but double the price is not fun. Also our appointment was for 12:30. The door was locked, no notice, no one answered the phone, felt like no one was there. Finally at 12:30, they called to let us know it was out turn. Thought we got stood up for a minute.

Super FUN! Perfect for a couples. The only thingthat would have made it better, is if we could take pictures and more hands on puzzles.

We played the western heist room. It was fun and challenging. A bit heavy on number/combo puzzles, but overall a good time and great staff! Would recommend for family, freinds, or work event.

Took our 10 year old and his friends for a birthday party in the Jurassic Escape Room...they really enjoyed it....needed lots of clues. Something fun and challenging for all ages.

Great location. We did The Dig! Really great room Kay I believe was our host and she was great and super helpful. Did not manage to escape but it was still a great room very detailed and cool looking and was definitely giving you cave feels! Super fun time here!

I had the opportunity to take my sales team to Escape the Room AZ yesterday for a team builder. We did the Jurassic Escape Room and it was AWESOME! My team and I had so much fun and we solved the room with 17 min to spare! NOT TOO SHABBY!Jordan was our guide through the whole experience and she was super pleasant and patient with us. She also may have helped us out during a few crucial moments!All in all, this was a 10/10 experience and way better than any of us expected. I would highly recommend this place for any large parties looking for something fun do to and/or any team builder!

We had a wonderful time at Escape The Room in Scottsdale. The room was well setup, finding the way out made us think hard but was doable and the staff was very helpful.

Fun place to go with friends. Place was clean and host was welcoming.

It was a awesome time and the hour went by quickly. If you like fun challenges this is a must. Cassy was extremely helpful and explained to us in detail what our challenge was and what would happen. I would highly recommend Escape The Room AZ!I was totally apprehensive on being in an escape room. Our group chose The Bank Heist, Jordan, our Game Hostess and was absolutely fantastic!!! She explained the rules quite thoroughly and gave fantastic guidance, it was an amazing experience. Definitely will return with another group. This is great as a team building function or even just for fun with a group of friends. Escape The Room AZ has made me a Escape Room Fan.

Jurassic Escape was awesome. Lots of engaging puzzles. Really good theme and special effects. Complex but fun. Wanted to just spend extra time in the room looking at all the decor and puzzles. Escape the Room mazes are the best in Phoenix. Well worth it.

I went for my birthday and it was awesome! The clue master (Danielle) made it fun and interactive! Loved every minute and felt comfortable with the COVID restrictionist :) definitely recommend!

Kiana was an amazing clue master! We had so much fun playing Jurassic and it she did so well giving us clues but still letting us figure it out. We will definitely be back to play the bank heist room or the dig!

We absolutely enjoyed our time with the escape room in AZ with Patrick! He was very nice, fun and helpful. Made our experience extremely pleasant. He was patient and is definitely an asset to the company! We’ve had bad experiences before but Patrick has helped redeem that with the Escape Room.

What a joyous occasion! My dad and I attempted a 12 person room by ourselves and got out with 30 seconds to spare! We did the Wild West themed one. SO MUCH FUN! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Doug was our clue master and was amazing. He was very instinctive about when to give clues and when to allow us to figure it out ;) Thank you Doug for the awesome experience!

This was my first escape room as well as multiple others in our group. We did the dig and it was so awesome and detailed! Cassie, our game master, was so helpful and she made the experience perfect! Amazing experience for the first time. 100% will be back in the future!

We participated in the Jurassic room...really fun and more challenging than we expected. This was the first trip to an escape room for my husband and myself. We did make it out though! It was a great way to celebrate our boys birthdays.

This had the most fun room Ive ever done. The Jurassic room was amazing. If we had been in town for longer, I would have done more rooms. Absolutely excellent! The staff was very courteous, and a little more than helpful. Still, it was my favorite escape room so far.

(This review pertains to the submarine room specifically)I want to start off by saying that this company makes the most immersive escape room experiences. I am very impressed with the attention to detail that goes into making these rooms look awesome. Definitely the best looking sets of all the escape rooms I’ve been to.Now I’m going to tell you why I rated this room with 4 stars and not 5.FIRST:There were several puzzles that were unsolvable without the aid of clues. There were at least three instances during the game where we would not have progressed without a clue/hint from the game master. Typically, clues just help to move you along faster when a puzzle is taking longer to solve. In this case, the clues brought new information to light that was needed in order to solve the riddle at all. This gave me less of a sense of accomplishment since I wouldn’t have been able to solve the puzzle on my own.SECOND:Most escape rooms I’ve done have had three rooms. This one only had two. To make matters worse, in the second room there is a third door, but it’s essentially a wall; you never go through it. This felt like a huge tease and what’s worse is that you exit through the same door you entered through, which is a lot less exciting.I do want to give a shout out to Katie who was our game master tonight. She was very friendly and helpful and just made the whole experience fun :)

This place rates among the best escape rooms Ive done. We did Jurassic Escape with just 2, billed as the hardest room, and solved with seconds to spare. The theming was really probably the strongest Ive seen with high production value; the puzzles were challenging yet fair while also being unique; and the game host was exceptional at staying in character and being helpful. Id recommend this place to anyone. Jurassic escape might be a little scary for younger children.

Wow! What a blast! We did it! We escaped from the Jurassic room... with 3 minutes to spare! Patrick was a great host- my husband, myself and 6 of our kids were seriously challenged, had a really good time, and enjoyed hanging out together!Can’t wait to do the James Bond room!

Honestly was so much fun. Me and my boyfriend went for Valentine’s Day and almost completed one on our own!! Kiana was a huge help when we were getting stuck so shout out to her. Amazing place and lots of fun with a great location.

Went with my wife and my 6 year old. Jordan was our guide. We had a great time in the western cape escape. Lots of fun puzzles and challenges. All three of us solved things and found clues - - everybody was involved. The 6 year old wants to do it again next weekend.

This was our second time doing one of their rooms. Both rooms were really well put together and a lot of fun to solve. Our clue master, Katie, was very helpful. Definitely would suggest to anyone who is thinking about doing one of their rooms.

Ive never been to an escape room, but all I can say is that this was a lot of fun and in our group of ten, it seemed like everyone had a moment to shine with a particular skill. Nice team building fun! Love the gentle tips we got, too. Though we did kill it and got out with time to spare.

Came here for a company team-building event and had a great time! The room theme was bank robbery, and it had just the right amount of difficulty. Our host, Kate, was fantastic. Her instructions were clear, and she made sure we maximized our experience. Suggestions for improvement: There is an overall funky smell when entering the building and the music in the room is a bit loud, making it difficult for larger groups to hear each other.

Super fun place to spend an hour, hour and a half at with friends or family. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are super fun and not extremely difficult. Had lots of fun and will definitely be returning here again.

I went in and did the submarine experience. The room was extremely well laid out, the clues and actual answers for most of the parts were extremely satisfying and had wonderful feedback. Alex our cluemaster did a wonderful job spacing out the clues and timing so that we had no hand holding but no real long downtime in figuring out what a clue or our next step should be. We managed to finish with 4 minutes to go. I may be visiting from out of state but I will be doing my best to come back and try some of the other rooms.

The submarine Room was super difficult but our game master Danielle was awesome! She showed us why we failed and took time to explain everything. She was very friendly and kind. Would recommend this place !!!

Fun spot! My group did The Dig because nobody else was signed up for it. Good choice! The Room was ours!Im a big Indiana Jones fan so I wore my official Jones hat for the event. Had a little trouble with the parking because its Main Street Scottsdale and it was a Friday night but we got to our Room on time. Our host was nice and welcoming, but apparently not used to public speaking as they had trouble getting through the intro they should have memorized.Once we got started, the Room was a lot of fun. I wont tell you what we did...if you want to know, you should check it out yourself. I will tell you that my team managed to get out alive, in record time!You can call me Jones. Cyndiana Jones.

The room was thematically well done. However some clues were a bit obtuse, and the execution of the objects varied from outstanding, to below part. I certainly would not recommend it for those just starting out with Escape Rooms, but believe that the range of devices would be worth the time of those with previous experience.

My girlfriend and I had a blast in the Jurassic escape room. Patrick was also a great host/guide. It was my girlfriends first time doing an escape room and he was very helpful!

An excellent place to take a small party. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made sure we understood what it would be like, and the room was challenging, but not difficult to the point of frustration. A well timed series of hints from the host was all we needed to make it out of the Submarine with only three people.If youve got the money, and want to be mentally stimulated, a wonderful choice.

Amazing rooms. Stunning decor. Wonderful themes. I absolutely recommend trying this place out if you havent. Do not let the simplicity of the entrances fool you, once you turn the corner you are somewhere else with every room.

The Submarine Room was one of the more challenging rooms weve done (I think there was a 25% success rate?) but very fun! The challenges are pretty linear and follow a flow.Our room master was Danielle but weve also been greeted by Kiana, who is also very cool and friendly

What a great experience from start to finish! The staff was very helpful and they explain all the details that we needed to help us. The actual escape room was really cool and the challenge it presented was super fun. I would recommend go there for a group or 1 or 2 people activity and you wont be disappointed.

Went with a group of 10 from our alumni reunion.Did the western bank heist. The puzzles were inventive and some were difficult but overall was fair.Madison was our room coordinater and did a great job guiding us when we were stuck.Great activity and very enjoyable.Highly recommended.

My husband and I did this for date night and had a blast. Dustin led us to our room: the Agency to explain our mission and was a fantastic help! We were so close to figuring things out before time ran out, but it was absolutely worth it and we cant wait to try out the rest of the rooms!! This was just as fun as it might have been with a large group, but a little harder with less people. We plan on doing another one soon for date night!
