Ive seen it a few times in past years, tried to board it ones but was too rough too get that close with the boat, but loved watch her at night blinking 1-4-3

Even just to see it from shore is amazing, but if youre lucky enough to see it when the ocean is angry you get a pretty good show. Amazing engineering accomplishment to build something rugged enough to survive centuries of New England winters sitting in the ocean.

Beautiful! I have family right by Cohasset Harbor and I grew up boating in the area. 12/10 would recommend jumping off if you’re a daredevil like me, just be careful.

Minots Ledge Light is a welcome sight when sailing up the coast, passing about a1000 feet East of the lighthouse gives a great view.Be on the lookout for divers in the area and consult the local charts to plot a safe course for your vessel.

Ive been to see it from shore a couple of times. My Dad was a keeper there after ww2 he had some stories to tell..

As a Scituate native, I can say that you simply must experience this by boat. Either romantic night, or daredevil jump. Its a sight to behold.
