Incredible that Scituate High School has such a wonderful auditorium! Any parent of high school kids that complains about the w-fancy auditorium doesnt realize the gift this gives our community. Like other towns, we now have a hall suitable for other concerts.

We love a new auditorium

The Scituate Center for the Performing Arts has recently been renovated to become a showpiece venue for the High School, the Town of Scituate, residents and guests attending for all mannor of Music, Song, Drama,  Stand up comedy, Concerts and various other events. In 2019 the Center was honored as the host location for the Annual SEMSBA Festival which featured HS Jazz Bands, the Chorus, the Orchestra which comprised of more than 300 HS students from over 30 communities from across Ma. In addition there have been multiple performances from the HSchool Drama Club and School Bands playing to Standing Room only audiences. Recently in 2019, the school was selected as host for The Pilgram Festival Chorus and Professional Orchestra. Under the direction of William Richter. The Performance was a two-decade anniversary celebration featuring a choral masterwork, the Mozart Requiem Concert delivered to a sold out audience. The seating is comfortable,  the acoustics spot on. If you ever have the chance to attend a show here, Take it. Youll be in for a great event.
