Winkle Farm public park is a wonderful neighborhood place. It is dog friendly with a wonderful grassy area to play on. The play structure is centered in a circular area with a couple benches to sit on while watching the kids play. All in all, a great neighborhood park. Its simple, but a nice quiet place.

Low key neighborhood park. Just wish it was updated. Looks the same from when I was a kid.

Nice park to take the kids. Place structure with large fields to place in as well. Also has horseshoes, picnics tables and a few grills for cooking. Port-a-Potty available if in dire need, but it is well used and the smell sometimes impacts game play on the horseshoe area. Good place for a walk to and through from the neighborhood to Soquel.

Timmys trees. A row of Redwoods where I go think about my cat Timmy who I dont think I fully appreciated and miss him very much now that hes gone. I ask the trees to absorb some of my sorrow and they heartily and lovingly accept. Thanks for the free therapy session.

Cute park, perfect for walking dogs. Just make sure to clean up afterwards with the bags provided!

While the park itself is rather charming, more than adequate for a weekend barbecue, there are numerous issues with City workers and the local populace that need addressing. The lack of permanent facilities and publicly available water are two main problems.

I love this gem of a park! Its great for you and your dog, even though its not a dog park. Picnic tables and BBQs, huge grass fields with lovely trees...and no one is there when I usually go. This park could easily accommodate a few large groups at the same time, but its never crowded. Even on weekends! Play structure appeals to young and older kids, plenty of bike/skate paths too. Outhouse rather than bathrooms, but always clean.

Play structure is good. Lots of open grass. Bathrooms are just a portapotty. Many dog owners dont use a leash even when small kids are present.

I live a block from WFP and my now 15 year old boys played there a lot over the years. Great day family park for small kids. Yes, I did happen to find a needle stashed up in a tree branch. But only because the branch came down in a storm. Other than than it has been clean during daylight hours as far as I have ever known. Also, the needle was not in one of the redwoods (the kids love to climb the one in the Southeast corner). There are lots of trees in the shady area with a couple of shaded picnic tables. No jump houses allowed. Popular for soccer but closed to it during winter. Dog friendly park but one must watch carefully for the Dog Police if you have a Ball Dog.
