Calm place with less crowded! We were not sure if this is opened for public. We visited this place with uncertainty and there were not many people around. But very well maintained place!

The Mission Gardens has beautiful rose bushes and lush green grass ...For many generations it had been a great place for Broncos to meet, study or sun bathe...

Its a very beautiful place with lush green gardens. The birds can be heard chirping. The flowers were blooming, the air seem to be so fresh. One can feel peace. After walking a bit I realized there is a church, museum and a theatre as well. The garden is otherwise huge and can be perfect to spend a sunny day.

Beautiful place to visit! Went here for their first annual Pow-wow in May 2019 and was amazed at how wonderful and relaxing the grounds are. Meticulously maintained giant rose topiaries everywhere and the refreshing walkway under the massive and fragrant wisteria was amazing.Theres also art pieces, some of which are interactive, tucked into various areas around the campus. Definitely worth a visit!

The University of Santa Clara has a unique campus combining early California (1800s) architecture with contemporary. Mission Garden is part of the beauty of this campus and has many varieties of roses that are even in bloom this winter.

A quiet and tranquil place to just relax in the lawn

The Mission Rose Garden, on the Santa Clara University Campus. Well kept and beautiful, although many students use it to sunbathe during the spring. Also, the University prefers to avoid large outside groups using it for social occasions. Wedding groups from the Mission often take photographs in the garden.
