Nice park for kids at all ages and families for almost half day! Two playgrounds, one for bigger kids, the other for little kids. There are basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, and football field. Besides the three biking tracks are for kids with different levels. Better park your car along the street if you target the biking tracks, it will be closer to get there. The library is nearby the park. Great fun in this park! Not crowded even at weekend!

Nice big park with lots of space (and lights until 10pm) a couple of play structures, tennis courts, 2 bike parks with jumps, baseball field, 1 full court and 1 1/2 court basketball hoops. Great park to bring family and kids for some time outside. Tennis courts are usually busy and pick up basketball players go mostly in the evenings during the week (youger players) and early mornings on weekends (older players).

This one the best parks, it has something to do for everyone. Specially bike track for all ages, everyone can enjoy biking. Tennis courts, basket ball court, base ball, rock climbing, dog park, slides and all, talking trail, picnic area, ample parking along side road.. just beautiful green park. Must visit family.

Fantastic park for dirt bikes...young kids have their own track. More experienced riders have many choices. And there always seems to be someone around who knows a lot and is happy to help your rider improve.

This park has a nice walking trail and a bmx bike area. Its so fun to watch the people in that area riding and doing cool things.

Great views, relaxing atmosphere great shady patches in the grass under old growth trees, and fun looking bike park nice tennis courts, also very clean and tidy restroom facilities. Wonderful experience there this afternoon.

Great park for jogging, small picnic and fun activities. Big play area for kids and toddlers, have rope and rock climbing as well . Have courts but were busy. Some place in field looked uneven. Great for BMX lovers.

This park has a nice playground area with a climbing rock at one corner. Theres a playground for older kids and younger kids. Whats more, theres a bmx bike route for the more daring type. Great park!

Great play structures, three areas (one for somewhat older kids, another for 2-5yr old and a third with fake rocks/tunnels). Also a box bike park, tennis courts, bbq areas and a sand volleyball pit. Well maintained and family friendly. My kids love this park.

Great place for young and old, basketball courts stay lit until 9, three large play areas, plus a ton of grass. If youre a Pokemon go fan, there are several pokestops and 2 gyms within walking distance.

Great park, clean, plenty of open space as well trees & shade. Plenty of amenities to enjoy: basketball courts, baseball diamonds, open grass fields, sand pit area, horse shoe pits, playground, BBQ areas, & seasonal BMX bike course sufficient for beginners to experienced. Good location for land & air RC hobbyists, with awesome bashing when BMX area is opened.

Large park! It has everything there: tennis court, 2 playgrounds, trial to walk around the park, bike park (my sons favorite spot) that is amazing for all levels, and the library is right across the street. We dont live close by but it is worth the drive for us.

Good park for those who want to come and enjoy the community. Many groups of people come to play basketball in the afternoon and evenings frequently. The library across the street is good if you want to get some books for the kids, as it is a smaller library that is part of the SJ library system. Bathroom is on the smaller end but is fine. Good place if you want to get a job in too.

Overall this park is not very well maintained even though there are a lot of people that come hare for a multitude of reasons. First of all, the parks bathrooms are disgusting and the grass is always overgrown and rarely cut. The bike park has been neglected for too long by the city, once in a while they might come and clean out the all the overgrown grass and attempt to fix the jumps. However, their efforts do not last very long, give it a month and the jumps are back to their original run down state. If you are looking for a good bike park in San Jose head over to Lake Cunningham, they have well maintained jumps however admission is an astounding 10$.

Tennis and basketball courts and playground may be crowded with kids and grandparents at times but you get to meet people and the BMX park is my then and now my kids favorite spot, for 20+ years, although its golden era has passed when we got to dig and build our own jumps and call in the nearby emergency crew! Calabazas Cyclery is the last good memory of it.

Loved it! +30 years since I rode BMX. Glad I did it, really friendly set of jumps and woops for all levels.

The park is fairly well maintained, easy to find parking, it has a good playground and basketball court, tennis court and BBQ area.

No drinking water, Rest room not maintained properly, except these, OK. If these are provided, I will give 4 1/2. Thanking you. Visitor.

Grew up riding bikes here, looks pretty much the same.

This is a sizeable park for the City of San Jose. I havent seen it all, just the field and ball field side and its parking area. Very nice park, popular with walkers and dog walkers.It is in a nice residential area that has plenty of street parking.If here in the early morning hours, you might catch (or be caught in) the sprinklers.

Very nice creek running on the outskirts of the park. The running and walking space is huge, and the fields are giant. In addition to great space, the park has a baseball field, tennis courts, a huge playground area, and basketball courts. During the evening, people play organized games on the courts. There is also a giant BMX course which is always being utilized my various families. Many weekends, there is football games, cricket games, soccer tournaments, and basketball games. I rate it 5/5.

This place really needs to stay maintained. The city got my hopes up when they resurfaced it but honestly its already falling appart and they wont spend on maintaining it .

The place is great and you can play all types of sports there. The disadvantage is that the place is always filled with people and is never empty in the weekend. I still love the place.

One of the best neighborhood parks around. Every evening, local dog owners bring their dogs to socialize around the large grassy area adjacent to the baseball fields.The two large playground areas are typically filled with children-at-play in the early evening. Basketball and tennis courts provide ample recreation for teenagers and adults. On the other side of the park is a dirt bmx bike area complete with hills and curves for practicing jumps and tricks.For those who simply want a nice stroll, Calabazas Park offers several walking paths through the park. The park is directly across the street from a fire station and the City of San Jose Public Library, Calabazas Branch.

I have been using this park for years. The park has a nice picnic area. The tennis courts are great too. Located in a nice neighborhood you will see many families on bikes or just out for a stroll.
