Im tired of majority of soccer clubs in the bay area. Most of them are there to just take your money.This San Jose Surf is one of them, please do not waste your time and money on this place. They charge thousands a year and claiming that they belong to a big franchise SURF academy that send players to colleges and turn them to professional players.The owner and person Jeff Jenkins that runs this soccer club is himself a coach who coached before in the Quakes and in Hispanic leagues, he is very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and criticizes the children and parents. I have seen children cry and parents upset and argue to defend their children.When you register your child he fakes his way to be nice to take your money then when your child begins practices and games you will witness his multiple personalities and cruelty.There are some other good options soccer leagues in the bay area and much cheaper and with better experience such as San Jose, Palo alto, Milpitas, Cupertino, Fremont, and Mountain viewwhere your child will enjoy to learn soccer and practice their skills as well as have fun and be treated with respect..just you need to search and before signing up your son make your homework and ask the other parents experience. or may be ask for a free training sessions to see if our son can fit or not.
