Nice spacious venue for skating. You can tell it was converted from retail space, but that just adds to the charm. The rink itself is nice and smooth, and the added theming is a fun touch. My wife is slowly teaching me to skate and its always a good time at Aloha.

A really nice roller rink. Nice and smooth cement floor. Great place to learn and or practice. Not big enough for speed skating though. $13 per person with your own skates, $15 included Roller skates, and $19 included Inline skates. Does not have a foods court.

Lets start with the good. This is a great little roller rink with decent prices. There is a decent amount of chairs and tables for when you need a break, but most of the space is dedicated to the actual roller rink, as it should. The building has 3 pillars in the location where the rink is, which I found odd, but the Aloha team has put up lights and inflated colorful swimming tubes on the pillars. This has made it so that running into a pillar does not hurt, thanks to the swimming tube, but also the pillars look really cool with the lights shining through the multi-colors swimming tubes! Great idea! Also I really appreciated the fact that there was an Aloha staff member skating in the rink at just about all times. I could see she was keeping it *mostly* safe.Only reason this is not giving a 4-5 star review is that, while there is staff working on trying to keep people safe, it doesnt seem enough. As I sat and watched some friends skate around, there were plenty of instances of 7-10 year old kids deciding to play *bumper cars* with the stability devices and often times skating the wrong way to do it and wiping out when they did. They are kids, so this is expected to some degree, but the fact it was soo prevalent was concerning, and for good reason. One of the people I know was tripped by a kid playing bumper cars, who wiped out and then the kids leg tripped my friend, wiping him out. I dont know about you, but as an adult, I dont recover quite as easily as little kids when hitting pavement. It made me glad I was not skating that night or I might have been nursing some bruised knees and palms from being tripped.

By chance i stumbled upon Aloha roller rink. By the end of the night my skating muscle memory had returned and i was back in the 1980s again. If i had any stress at all it was gone after 3 hours of skating. I bought a membership and will make this a regular thing. The gym canf touch roller skating. $15 charge to get in but i ended up buying a season all pass for $99. The skates are good quslity for a roller rink. I will definitely invest in some new quads though. The DJ was great. The people and staff really friendly. So glad they opened this place. I will be back for a session with my family! Really reccomend Aloha roller skate rink!!

Took my boys of summer here yesterday and it was a welcome respite from the 90+ heat. Cool a/c, skates, and a water fountain is really all we need ;) I love the way they have the training pvc with wheels. Back in the day you just busted your can, hoped only a few saw it, and hoped not to wipe others out. With the trainer they quickly started skating round. Trainer costs $4 for rental and a shoe. You get the shoe back when you take the trainer back. They do have vending machines so bring some $. The music is a varied mix of old school disco roll and current music. Now to get those boys dancing on skates!

Fun place to take the kids to hang out on Fri or Sat night, good dj and music. Prices are affordable. $13 to get in and $2 for quad skates rental. Non skaters gotta pay $2 to get in. Tip: bring your own water bottle cuz you’ll get thirsty for sure.

I always have a good time when I come here. I take my daughter and her grandparents join us sometimes. We went to their NYE party and had a blast. My only complaints are that the skates are pretty worn out, but it looks like they are slowly getting new ones. Also some of the adults are not as well behaved as most of the children. I was there last night with my daughter and a group of adults were chasing each other and trying to trip each other (a few didnt have skates on). They ran into people and kids and just laughed. Other than that this is a great place to bring family and friends.

Beware of the rental skates that look like sneakers and do not support the ankles. Make sure the skates go up the ankle for added support. Our friend broke her ankle in 2 places last weekend. She had skates with 0 ankle support.

For the waiver, require too much of your personal info. It should just be your terms, sign & date, Done. How do I I know theyre not selling my data for profit. Gonna think twice about returning....plus I came on a Tuesday and the 2-for-1 wasnt even honored.

Skated for an hour or so Saturday night and had a blast on the rink and enjoyed the music, though I was really liking the mix earlier in the night. It was mostly rap by 8:30pm, and it would have been nice to have an occasional love song to skate with my sweetie. The line to get in can take a few minutes--you must register and sign a medical waiver before you go so I recommend doing that online or youll be off in a corner while other guests pass you by. Its kind of annoying but it makes sense. Nobody wants to fill out a paper one and do data entry. After you sign in and pay you go pick up your skates, choosing between quads and rollerblades. I went with the traditional quads for a couple dollars less, but as another reviewer mentioned, these are Derby style skates and dont have any ankle support. After going around and around the same way for an hour youll miss the higher lace ups. there are no lockers here so youll have to pay a couple dollars to bag check your items at the rental counter if you dont want to skate with them or leave them in a shoe cubby.one nice thing about this rink is that there is a small practice floor to one side of the rink so that those who are learning can do so without getting into the main traffic stream.I think the biggest disappointment is that there are no snacks beyond a couple simple vending machines. if you are the owner and you happen to read this please consider partnering with someone who already has a food service license and have some simple snacks like pretzels, nachos etc. I feel like there is enough room in there for a snack counter over by the painted mural. OR allow some kind of reentry band even if you have to charge an extra dollar or something. This is just preference, but I like a skating rink that changes skating directions every once in a while. I also like a rink that plays a game every now and then again. Maybe I just missed it but it didnt happen for the time I was there Saturday night. I did like the DJ, again, but some interaction is super fun.All in all it was an enjoyable date. Ill probably come back a couple times a year but would come more frequently if there were snacks.

This place is a sham! The only reason people are giving it stars is because it’s the only roller blading rink now. I can assure you they won’t have your size. They don’t even have paper waivers for you to sign . It looks almost like an abandoned ware house. Don’t expect quality if the people who opened it up didn’t even expect much from it. And yes you can tell once you walk in there.

I’ve been wanting to go here since they first opened up! And finally got a chance to check it out!First time going here, and definitely not the last! So, on our way over, we looked up some reviews and noticed all the images of the rental skates they had, and we decided to take our own. We couldn’t believe that’s what we were going to be wearing!Once we got there, we saw the actual rentals and they weren’t horrific like in the pictures.HOWEVER, I DO RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR OWN.Inside, they have a little snack shop, nothing major, so make sure you have a meal before or after. For beginners, they have a small section you can practice at.They also rent out supporters for $4.There’s a few arcade games and 2 air hockey tables, not much of a seating place.most of the area is open space.Towards the back, they have cubbies for your shoes. They don’t allow in and outs so once you’re in, that’s it. (Made no sense to stamp my hand)**I’m just glad to reminisce my Cal-skate days!!2 for 1 admission Tuesday 6pm-10pm was totally worth it, best part it wasn’t packed! Will definitely be going more often.

Great place to go Roller Skating, but I say they place an age limit of 6 or 7.There was a birthday party for like a 4 year old, and the kids were falling, and causing other people too fall(Including me). They have a smaller rink for beginners, and I think they should make it more obvious if they have people that young. Staff were great, and helpful. I was there with friends and had a blast, it was also entertaining to watch the more skillful skaters to tricks, and dances.

Costs: $15 no ins and outs....in my opinion it’s ok since there’s no time limit on how long you stay. And music is cool. Bad part is the support stand costs another $2-$4.Skate rentals: terrible. You have to know your size since they don’t size it for you. Old brown looking skates are mostly worn out and laces are hard to do since tips are always bad.Birthday room rental is plain and good for small size group. Good part is that you can host it in open space area in lobby on 1st come 1st serve - which are available most of the time since not many people wants to do a birthday party here.Concession food for sale is expensive..$2 for water bottle, $2 for small bag of chips, etc...good part is you can bring in your own food.

This morning we visited Aloha Skate Rink for their younger kids skate time. We brought our two year old and four year old. This place is in no way set up for small kids skating. The small kids skates are really old, heavy and desperately in need of replacement. The skates are torn up so badly that they won’t even stay on feet. Once we finally got onto the skate rink we were informed that we were not allowed to lift our children at anytime. The teenager that was shouting at me yelled a few other violation that we had made but I didn’t hear them because I was already over this skate experience. Please save yourself the $44(!!) and this awful experience with your children. Also, setting aside our experience here, this isn’t anything more than a concrete floor with weird walls covered in industrial carpet. If you really rolled into them, they would likely fall over. And the decorations are complete junk that looks like a five year old set it up.

Overall a nice rink. Slightly dark which is dont like because you had to concentrate on where you were going. I left when it started to get busy because I was having to dodge people who werent going with the flow and would either skate the wrong way or stop suddenly in the middle. I also was disappointed with the answer I got about skate lessons. It was check our website, they dont give us any info on that. You can also call the number and get more info I had checked their website and they didnt have much info on lessons, their current class was ending and they had no new events for another. I was surprised that they said they knee nothing. Also slightly expensive at $13 a person plus skate rental if you need it.

Lots of space to skate, nice heated carpeted interior. There are plenty of employees but no one assigned to watch the floor and make sure a few rowdy skaters don’t apoil it for everyone. I would give 5 stars with even an occasional floor guard. It’s a wonderful asset for the community and we will return.

This is a great outdoor roller rink which rents both regular and in-line skates. On Sunday nights there are theme nights. The staff is friendly and they have a pretty good sound system. Skating starts at six p.m. And because of where the park is, its not too hot even though there is still a bit of sun. There is always a fun, laid back vibe here.

Great rink! Cement Floors for the smoothest gliding possible, good sound system, awesome lights. Great for beginners as they have pvc pipe skate trainers to help you get your balance. Staff takes care of the floor at this location. Organized layout and friendly staff. Music changes daily unlike other rinks with the same old playlist. Open LATE!! Start times of sessions make sense for the Silicon Valley professional. Right near the Round 1 Bowling alley and AMC theater. Bathrooms are clean, rental counter helpful. They have reasonably priced drinks and snacks. They have programs for kids also. As with any business they had a few issues like they could use some fans in the rink area it gets a bit hot sometimes. They do not serve alcohol which is good considering there are children there most times. There is an Adult Skate on Fridays where you wont have to worry about dodging kids who crash in front of you and you cant see them and run over them. Official floor guards would be helpful, but when I spoke to the owner she is working on getting that resolved. Skate Safe!!
