This place is fantastic. Has a community of regulars who welcome newcomers into the fold quickly. Great coaching available and a very homey feel. Lots of cool programs too.

Friendly staff, easy parking. Cant beat the price. Hope the city can be convinced to keep it open.

Love this 5-lane small indoor range and club for multiple reasons: (1) Wonderful junior rifle program for age 10 to 17 guided by super nice coaches, children practise every Saturday here, sometimes on Sunday at Metcalf outdoor range, with FIRST Steps class monthly; (2) Perfect public outreach program coached by warm-hearted volunteers on every second Saturday afternoon monthly; (3) Great action pistol club events open to public on the first and third Saturday evenings in each month; (4) Low cost range time open to public. Sorry for missing other good events happening here.

This is a great little shooting range.It has lots of parking, and there are 6 lanes to shoot. The range guys (Terry, Dan and Mike) are super knowledgeable and hilarious too! The range is family friendly as well, it is a great place for junior begginers to come learn.

The small humble bldg next to a gargantuan bowling alley belies SCVRCs extraordinary mix of hospitality, quality & safety for firearms training. Everyone I met, whether trainers, range safety officers or patrons were very friendly & welcoming. Ive had a fair amount of experience elsewhere but was amazed by how much better the training was at SCVRC. The focus on fundamentals, safety, personal attention & fun is palpable. Their schedule on weeknights & weekends is very convenient & whether youre a beginner, expert or looking for community SCVRC is a gem. Check them out ASAP .

Do not want to leave glowing review, so it does not become too popular.However, it is one of my favorite hand gun range to go to. They are extra safety cautious. This give me more confidence that those in the other lanes will not be doing something stupid, or accidental that gets others hurt. I am a beginner hand gun user, and the friendly staff helped me with my new gun, by suggesting how to improve my aim and gun safety. He showed me how to use a bench rest to determine that the gun sight was miss adjusted a lot. After we confirmed the sights were off, I adjusted the sights and was able to hit a much better grouping and on target.They are open weeknights, which helps for getting in some practice after work.

Everyone is very nice, very helpful, full of knowledge and best of all.... the prices are very reasonable and there is always a trained coach ready and willing to assist you. 1st time shooter/Expert? No problem.... they got you covered!

Went for a club event. Coaches were very helpful, fun, and really implemented safety.

A great place to shoot up to 50 feet. Bring your own gear. No ammo sales or gun rentals. Somewhat small. Only five lanes. Staffed by very friendly volunteers. Reasonable hourly rates. Ears, eyes and targets are complimentary but donations are accepted.

Went on a Wednesday night, the range was not busy. The two guys I met were really friendly. One of them helped me sight in my carbine, the other let me shoot his 45. Highly recommend.

Best indoor shooting range in the South Bay. Please note: It has limited hours, they dont sell ammo, the dont rent any gear, and it is bare bones. All that said, they barely charge you and you can use steel cased ammo. They provide cardboard and targets which is great. Going shooting should be fun, not expensive.

Well knowledged and nice stuff. Great club programs. There are adjustable target which is better than fix distance target in some other ranges.

Great place to go very affordable. Brian is awesome and makes it fun for the beginner to expert level. I wish they were open every day and S little earlier too.

Great Indoor Range the range officers there are friendly and very knowledgeable.

It is a very small facility. But the volunteers there are very helpful and enthusiastic. Great place to shoot handgun and .22lr

Club keeps range open every 2d Saturday of the month until 9 pm for community outreach, despite Googles result that range is closed. If you want an introduction, show up. Club will provide everything you need.

Place is super basic. Shooting range is small. I went in for a beginners shooting lesson and I did learn some of the basics in safety, but my trainer was not very helpful, impatient and semi-racist. Dont think Ill be going back.

I have a great time ,the staff is very helpful safety awareness is awesome great for beginners and somewhat experience, met some new ppl,great price on using the range with ear plug and target for free I just wish I could shoot my magnum but hey cant beat the price and friendly staff...
