Excellent facility, great staff very knowledgeable. The coaches that do the training and lessons are amazing they work well with all ages of kids. They carry everything you need or will get it for you. Excellent customer service

All family member can enjoy batting practice from kids to youth to adult. They are providing rental bats not only for adults but also for kids which are free of charge. The staffs are pretty much accommodating and friendly. I spend 90 min on average with great fun every time I visit here with my kids.

This place is great for fastpitch softball or baseball. Very knowledgeable staff and care about taking your kid to the next level. They also have baseball gear. Fun place to hit more balls!

Ive been going to south bay sports training for a couple of years now and the coaching and staff is unbeilable. They are very friendly and take the time to make sure that you are comfortable and completely settled in. Coin-op batting cages range from 40MPH to 90MPH and are by far the most accurate Ive ever seen. South Bay Sports Training are the best batting cages in the Bay Area!!!

I been in the baseball travel scene with my 3 sons for years. Our family has stuck to the same program strictly because we were scared of change. Coach Tommy, from Southbay/ Kali-Trosky teams reached out to my son and ask him to check their program out. Once we did, we were hooked. We haven’t met a coach there that didn’t bring something positive to the table. These guys are high energy and are on a mission to take their teams to the next level. Our family travels every weekend from Sacramento to San Jose to make sure our family gets the best.

Brought one of my little nephews to this academy to tweak his swing a tad. And this guy named Kevin was perfect for the job analyzing every little movement to structure it properly. Recommended everyone to go

This place is awesome, I have been coming here for 7 years now and it’s a 3 story batting cage with all your need for baseball, fastpitch and slow pitch softball. This place has hitting stations, pitching lanes, batting cages for baseball, fastpitch softball and slow pitch softball. I have bought multiple team jerseys and jackets from here and our league has our rec jerseys made here as well.

I really like the facilities. South Bay is the place I go to when I need to get some swings in. They got a variety of speeds to hit off and a lot of tunnels to rent. The staff are cool people and make the experience that much better.

Came to the batting cages for the first time and had no idea what I was doing, but Kevin came over helped me with my stance and swing. With Kevin’s help I was able to hit the ball a few times and had a blast. Couldn’t be happier with my experience, would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Went to the shop to place an order for basketball jerseys. Was helped by the big man Tony who worked with me to get close to the design that I envisioned, and for a great price! The turnaround on the jerseys was extremely quick as well and they came in well before the deadline I needed! All in all a pleasure to do business with and I recommend 100%.

Great staff and coaches - frequently visited the facility for years. Unfortunately, as a retired college coach, grandparent and spectator, I have watched the owner berate, belittle and bully too many individual KALI players in a public setting for trying to make a good play. The KALI travel baseball program out of SBTC has some great positive and instructional coaches, but the owner has a temper your child should never have to experience. Be informed on who will coach you child or grandchild.

Love going to this place whenever I want to get some work in. They have all types of different speeds for hitting for all age groups. Staff there is very friendly and helpful. Told the staff there that if I hit a dinger in my next game I’d write them a review.Visited the place on a Tuesday. Friendly and accommodating dudes showed me the cages that I had all to my own. Paid $17 total to hack myself silly.Hit a dinger five days later in my adult league playoff game.‘Nuff said. Well worth the drive.

Best Baseball Facility I’ve ever been to. The machines are arm action batting cages machines not the regular wheels that spin and spit the ball out. I’m definitely coming back customer for life.

My kids loved this place, we were here for about 2 hours. This is the premier batting cage in the area. I would recommend this place to any level baseball player. They have something for everybody. 40,50,70,80 and 90 along with a slow pitch softball machine for the youngsters. Thy even have a softball fastpitch machine. Truly a one of a kind facility!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site to ensure a great visit. Well kept batting machine cages for all ages ranging from 50 mph to 90 mph for baseball as well as a slow pitch softball machine and a fast pitch softball machine. Additional cages for front toss and tee work are also available. A pitching tunnel is also available to get your bullpen session in which is extremely useful especially on rainy days! I will definetly be back!

The coin-up cages are brand new, in big tunnels and throw accurately. This is a nice change from other places weve been to.Better than that though are there coaching/training staff. Weve never run into one we dont like. They are great with young players, focusing only on a few things as a time so as not to overwhelm them.The South Bay Staff has also been out to our fields for on field training as well, which is a great venue for team training.All in all, South Bay Sports Training runs a great program through and through. They have an excellent facility and solid personnel for training at all levels.

Southbay is the best baseball facility in San Jose when it comes to the size of the place, coaches, and brand new equipment like the HitTrax. They even have a retail shop with all the top brands and products any baseball player wants to have. I will be back again very soon to visit and hit!

The best baseball training facility i’ve been too. i recommend coach simon or coach chavez because they are amazing. the hit the hit track is the coolest and best offseason and in season training as it gives you results inside. definitely would come ere every day during summer

Nice Facility and Friendly Staff

Old building, scary location. They do offer travel teams. The staff will do nothing to advocate for your kid playing at the next level. If you expect the staff to make calls to colleges or talk to coaches at the next level I will say from experience this does not happen no matter how well your kid plays. The Kali team is the money maker and made up of the players that dont make the Trosky team.

Great facility, excellent staff, machines in perfect working condition. Live batting is a real ace in the hole for me. I can tune up my work in the batters box quickly and accurately with live pitching.The batting instruction is great too, very skilled instructors.
