Maybe short staffed due to COVID? Or perhaps bad management? Not sure, but it was difficult to find someone to help me. Long lines at checkout even though few people were in shopping. But this store is clean and usually well stocked.

Stopped in with a friend. She wanted a small reef. Michaels has several sizes in nice reefs. And, sure enough she found the size she wanted. Lots of Christmas decorations.

Went to purchase a Circuit Explorer 2 color Black according to the display you take the hard copy to counter to get your item as I was at cashier the lady called someone to check if they had it and they didnt. I can understand how little things aint updated or how inventory aint che ked on a regular basis maybe cause of the covid19 . The store was keep very clean hand sanitizer available as you aalk into this business

No line at all. Walked right in. So much to look at. I had to put some items back as I just don’t have the time available to make candles, or chalk paint my furniture. Great rubber stamps, tags, banners, etc.Very helpful and super friendly staff. They were all working hard the day I was there. Thank You Michael’s.

The floor help was fine, she took me right to the item I was looking for. I stood in line for 4-5 minutes before I moved one space on the floor. One then finally another checker, there were 4 people in front of me, and another 4 behind me. Terrible service.

This place is always good place to shop if you need art supplies or random outdoor supply. There are deals all over the place but you got look in the lanes. This place may need a update to bathroom. Yet there are allot good deals. Shop until you drop .

I dont come in here much but I really should!So much inside here that could be used for decorations, holiday or every day!I went in to have a poster framed and they were very helpful, offering suggestions and recommendations.This is a busy shopping center so parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially during this holiday season.

Good ,clean friendly staff

This is a well organized craft store with everything from scrapbooking to painting to decor. I came here to see if they had some fabric and they did. Lots of fabric swatches and solid color fabric bolts. Mostly for small fabric work. Joanns is best for big projects.

I love Michaels. You can find almost everything for your craft needs, and the coupons are amazing. They also accept competitor coupons. I had to take off 1 star because there is a discrepancy in what their website lists as available at a particular store, need not always be there. I made 3 trips to my usual store and one to a far off store and none of them had the product as listed on their website.

Michaels! I love Michaels. It is the best store to buy artist supplies and craft items. There is so much more that just these! In case anyone was wondering, Yes! Some of us like trying out the pens first. Unfortunately, like most other Michaels, they have the markers locked up. Over all, I give Michaels a 4/5 !

They have all sorts of materials for your craft. Definitely a place to visit if youre finding crafting supplies.

Some Michaels are so janky! This one is super clean and always has really good decor. Make sure you get your discounts though, sometimes the staff doesn’t check—so verify that you indeed get money off if you used the coupon.

I was disappointed I couldnt find a good ole fashioned stocking that I could glitter my granddaughters name on. They were all over the top and way to expensive. Michaels use to be the place you could go to pick up inexpensive supplies for kids crafts. What happened?

Besides the dissociated attitude of staff at checkout, the place was just as adequate as every other Michaels.

Too bad there is not more stars to give. If you love fish this place is really good. Very small space but so worth it.

Gotta love Michael’s! This is the best Michael’s in San Jose and in the top 3 in the Bay Area that I’ve been to. It’s pretty spacious and has a helpful staff. Even when this place is really busy it is always well stocked and really clean and organized. I hate going to other Michael’s sometimes and stuff is all over the floor with rude employees. Not this Michael’s, keep up the good work staff and managers!

Friendly service! They didnt rush me out even though it was close to closing.

Had what I needed. I was helped and the checkout line was short. Coupon made prices reasonable. This isnt always the case, at least at other locations, but this time it was actually pleasant.

Perfect place for both kids and adults. They have everything for whether youre doing a small arts and crafts project or in need of new home decor. They have it all.

Large selection of art supplies and decorative products. The halloween section is open already which keeps my wife happy and a good selection of glassware and jars for storage and decoration at a decent price. The staff were friendly and the store was clean.

I really loved this shop. They have so many options for art and craft and for gifting purposes. They had a separate counter for 60-70% off clearance sale and those products were worth buying as those sort of products I was looking for. If you plan to make DIY stuff you can definitely buy products from here. Its a very big shop hopefully everyone would find everything under one roof.

Clean, spacious, friendly, lots of options on arts supplies and crafts.

Decent layout and clean facility, but wow soo much stuff! It is a bit overwhelming how much stuff they manage to put into this store, but you can be assured that you will probably find what you are looking for unless it is really obscure. Apparently I am obscure for wanting sheets of leather for my sword scabbard making (people dont do that around here? Lol), but at least I was able to get the drawing supplies I need. No real fault to the store for this, but the line was ridiculously long. I didnt expect to wait 15 minutes in line when there were 3 clerks working the huge line. I would still come back, just not that the same time/day of the week.

This Michaels has a great selection of items. The store is spacious and the isles are wide. There are plenty of cashiers! The clearance items are many and the prices are great.

The store has an amazing variety of items for all sorts of crafts. In my case, it was for a Valentines day gift. The items are all scratch items that are extremely versatile and leave the creating up to you. Not a craft store that sells pre-made crafts, but one that definitely has the variety of tools and equipment to create your dream craft. Only complaint is that there is sometimes a lack of employees on the floor.

Has all the usual hobby and craft stuff youd expect to find, plus friendly staff. They also have a picture framing service.

Do not do order pickup here. They are really unorganized and rude. I’ve never been told “ID!!” To pick up and item before. I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt for my items (used to pick up in custom frames but nowIt’s in the front) because they don’t know where items are. If you order something big, they will send you to the front then back to the back again. Other stores have the process down but not this store. The cashier that helped me out with my additional purchase was also rude - slammed her register, wouldn’t make eye contact, no hello or goodbye. I’ll stick to shopping at another location where people actually like their jobs. 2 stars because they typically have items in stock that I’m looking for.

After Michaels bought Aaron Brothers, I buy all the frames I need from Michaels. I also buy acrylic paints, canvases, brushes and other art supplies from them. Some of the stuff they sell can be bought online and be picked up from the store.

Large size, very neat & the clearance aisle was cleaned up! Employees arent that helpful though. Other than that Id definitely am going back
