First and last time here. So sad I expected more from how everyone talks so good about this place. Toddler area was nasty. Very dusty and just dirty. The toddler mat is coming apart. The entire floor of the place a so sticky. Literally pulling off my flip flops as I was walking. No soap in the restroom. Visible broken games with parts laying around. My son jumped in the pit with the trampolines. He he hurt his legs because he hit the bottom. Pizza was surprisingly ok.

Just had my sons birthday party here today and Im so glad I chose this place! Im pregnant with twins so anything can become a lot very easily but they really ran it for me. Food was good and came on time. Party room was all set up (but you need to do the decor, they only just set the places and supply table covers) drinks were topped up all the time. Everyone had fun, theres lots to do with different play areas. Some kids even said they want their birthday parties here too! Staff were friendly and helpful as well. No complaints! I would hold another party here!

First time bringing my son here I was disappointed I came a few years back and the place was in decent shape now it seems a bit run down and dirty. The atmosphere of the place is dead felt like a ghost town. Checked out some of the reviews before stopping by there were a few negative ones but I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt. Some of the owners comments back to peoples feedback was VERY negative. Hopefully the new owners can get this place turned around in the near future. But for now I will not be visiting again...

The kids seem to have a lot of fun here, which is the real goal of the place. However, as an adult there are a few worrisome aspects of the operation. The main one being that the entry/exit doesnt have the same level of security as other establishments. The cleanliness of the facility is also not quite where it could be (the place needs a fresh coat of paint) and the food was passable, but the soda machine had half of the options unavailable, not to mention the fact that the person manning the register was missing while I waited 5 minutes to order extra fountain drinks. They do have TVs in the food area (which is also a good size and centrally located) and the staff overall seemed to try and help and were friendly

Dirty throughout the location tons of dust and spider webs throughout the facility. Peeling paint everywhere. Disassembled and discontinued pieces of the attractions throughout the facility and some of the old playscape is blocked off and used as storage now. They have sewer gnats flying around in the food bar area With none of the food or beverage section is stocked. Employees sitting around on their cell phones Or on computers surfing the Web. I turned on the lights in the family waiting area as the lights were off and dark and dim when waiting for your children to play. When the lights were turned on 4 of the 8 bulbs were out on 2 different fixtures. Employees closed One hour early and kicked everyone out stating that they just decided they wanted to close early today. Early closing hours were not posted on website , on the door or expressed by employees when entering the location. They are definitely demonstrating why this is the last jungle island left. This used to be an awesome place to go years ago you can definitely tell that the employees dont care about their jobs or where they work. I bet you that this last location will be closing soon With the state of disrepair that the location is in And the temperament of the people who work there.

Place was under construction with very limited games and attractions. We attended a birthday party and their private party room was fine but the birthday girls mom said she wasnt informed they were under construction or that anything was less than. And the areas that were open were dirty and had ripped flooring etc. Very obvious they needed renovations but they really should tell people when theyre booking their parties because how disappointing. I really hope she gets some kind of refund. Pizza was good.

There is plenty of parking, a big jungle gym play area for 3 and older, a small area for 3 and under, and a trampoline section for kids 44 inches and taller. You are required to have safety socks ($3) which can be purchased there (and are reusable). The foam pit has disintegrating foam pieces that should be replaced. Werdered a pizza at 12:15 and it took an hour to get. The game area is okay but some games seem to be broken. The staff are friendly and helped add credits when some games didnt work. The bathrooms werent horrible but could be cleaner. There is a lot of hand sanitizer around the venue which is nice.

The best place to have a birthday party! I was a little skeptical because some of the reviews but we wanted to try for ourselves and we had soo much fun we booked our daughters 1st birthday same day! Customer service was the best. The manager here Is really great and attentive to everything we needed! The food was amazing! The host was probably the best I’ve ever had! My family that came had the best time and the kids won’t stop talking about how much fun they had! They have NEW MANAGEMENT here so everything is different and way better than how it was ran before! We definitely will be coming back for more fun and booking more parties here for our little ones. Thank you again Jungle Island for such an amazing fun filled day and for making my daughters 1st birthday less stressful! She had the best 1st birthday!

I like the idea of this place and fun stuff they offer for kids. However, this place lost all stars for cleanliness. The equipment is falling apart and dirt and trash lines the edges of all areas, even in the toddler area. My son picked up a discarded lollypop stick off the floor in the toddler area and we were there shortly after opening. Lastly, the place has a dark warehouse feel to it. Needs way more lights to brighten up the place but then you will see all the dirt. I gave extra star cause my son had a lot of fun.

Update : They recently added a trampoline area which many kids really enjoyed, but set the minimum height at 44. This means my 3 year old cant go, but my 6 year old can. That caused an issue, so Ill likely opt not to bring them here for a long time.Old review : My kids love this place, often preferring to come here over Bizy Beez, and it is less expensive. They also recently renovated their toddler section. Unfortunately it can be quite dirty, especially in the older sections.

My kids still enjoy coming here even though they’re getting to the upper end of the target demographic (8&12). The recent remodel & face lift (maybe 2 years ago?) is a welcome improvement. This is a big facility with a lot of different activities. There’s a separate mini-activity area with scaled-down climbing & bouncing for toddlers. There is a trampoline room with foam pit & climbing wall. There is a bouncy house. There is a large climbing maze / tunnel structure that’s like a hamster habitrail for kids, about 80x25 feet in size and going 40ft up to the rafters. The kids just disappear into that thing. There’s an arcade area, a pizza concession stand, and large seating area in the middle for parents to wait, and to eat the pizza at. There are of course a few party rooms to book birthdays in too. Best thing is, it’s never crowded.Basically if you like Rockin’ Jump but hate the crowds and your kids want more than just jumping, come here.

Admission is very affordable and they don’t have a time limit so you can stay for hours. They are under new management and are making improvements. Its hard to find indoor play spaces for kids to let loose and release energy. I like that there is a variety of things for the kids to do, from arcade area, trampoline to crawl spaces. There is also a toddler area, if you have little ones. They do not allow outside food as they do sell food inside.Like most kid spaces that also host birthday parties, the floors are sticky! But I was really shocked by the condition of the womens restroom. It was obvious it had not been cleaned or restocked since the previous day, at the least! Stalls were out of toilet paper and seat covers and the sanitary pad trash was overflowing in each of the stalls.

It was good, if not linty and full of sugar-crazed children. It is hot inside the tubes, the air holes are blocked off by filth, and candy wrappers were pushed into little piles in random places in the jungle. Sugar is scattered on the ground. The arcade had many games that were out of order, and one needs to be careful because if you swipe multiple times without pressing the start button, it still charges. (I admit that this was probably my fault, but it hardly signaled me.) All in all, it was mediocre.

When we were finally able to find a staff member they said there was nothing they could do about it, they were short staffed. When we took a break at 11:30am for lunch we were told they had no more pizza. About 1/2 of the video games were off/broken. Many climbing structures appeared to be coming apart.

When we got home we noticed a couple of odd spots and by the next day her body was covered in hives. The toddler area was cute and she liked it, but the floor is held together by duct tape and a lot of the balls in the pit are smashed and broken too.Overall it could be cleaned and taken better care of.And I know it had to be from here because there was not a single thing that we had changed or introduced to her, other than The Jungle last week. We even took her to the doctor and he told me it was from coming in contact with something, before I had even mentioned the new play place we visited.

The corner for toddlers has the same 4 bumpy slides, not sure how can a child enjoy something like that, my kids didnt...also not enough space for the landing under the slides in my opinion. The climbing space is pretty good for older kids. Adults are not allowed to join jumping on trampolines...not sure why...I weigh less than most of teenagers but I went on trampolines without noticing, nobody was paying attention to it, so cant complain. I came ready for air-conditioning space, which usually keeps me cold...not in here, not sure if they have air-conditioning but it was definitely not working. I also found that this place is not very clean. We stayed (4 of us) probably 30-40 minutes... quite expensive $14.95 per child plus obligatory socks for $3 per child. Based on our experience, we would not visit this place again.

Pros and cons but it’s definitely my pick over Chuck E Cheese : My thoughts - I’ve been coming to the Jungle for almost 14 years (since my 17 year old was turning 4) and have seen many changes.Pros: It was quiet for a Friday evening. We arrived at 645pm and it a perfect crowd in my book. Staff was smiling, helpful, courteous and kind to my kids and me. The trampoline is a great addition! The toddler area was improved from the last time I came and I was impressed with what they were able to do with the limited space. The games that worked (which will be one of my cons) were fun and updated, not some cheap old Cracker Jack stuff. Technology was clearly new and the kids enjoyed them. Air hockey was a great idea. So glad they kept the laser tag. Love love the socks!Cons: it’s always been a little on the pricey side here, but for not being fully operational it was a little ridiculous. We paid over $100 for 2 - 10 yr olds and a toddler admission, socks, one round of laser tag for the 10 year olds, $20 in games, one soda to share, chicken tenders and cheesy bread. The food was good, but their menu could be expanded and they should bring back the beer and wine for parents. Half or more of the games were non operational. For a kid who can’t tell it was discouraging for them to go to game after game and hearing mom say “sorry that ones broken too”. And I’m sorry but for the $20 that we paid for games we got about 14-15 games and that was it. Many of which were not ticket earning games. That’s a bit excessive cost wise. As a parent I’m not going to pay $10 for 5-6 games. With all of that said. My son is autistic. And he did amazing here because of the small crowds and large play structures. I don’t care about any of the cons, they are all worth it for the amazing time he had. We spent about two hours here and as I said before. It’s definitely my top pick over places like Chuck E Cheese. Btw: owner did say they were remodeling and updating so I’ll be anxious to see how and what other changes are coming.

I usually dont write reviews, but after todays experience at the Jungle Island, I thought to share it with you. We booked this place for 25 kids, plus adults to celebrate my sons 5th birthday, at 05-18-19, 11 am. All was well, till was the time we where asked to go to dinning area for food. Kids age 4-6, sat by empty tables and waited for a while before pizza came. Only one stuff person assigned for all 25 kids plus adults, and not a twitch of welcoming smile. Grumpy attitude and annoyed look from this stuff member, she was slow, disinterested and unpleasant. My husband and I ended up pouring drinks in plastic glasses for or everyone and instead of taking pictures or making video of my sons big day, we were busy holding a cake for my son to make a wish, then cutting it ourselfs the cake and serving it to all. Kids were inpatient at this age and they were hungry , thirsty. No one was there to sing with us a birthday song, fill up the water jags or clear the tables for cake. Honestly, I am first time seeing such disorganized, slow, annoyed and lazy stuff, that felt very unwelcoming, and award. If package includes this service, then please do what you promised, we where literally abandoned once we stepped in that tiny sitting room, with bare , blue walls not a single balloon or banner. For this reason I am give a 1 star, and would not recommend do spend more money than only entrance ticket to the games and bouncing. My question is. Why do the job, if you hate it so much?

For the price I paid for each kid, I got a pizza slice for each kid and 2 soda pitchers. The only free space is the limited play area. Leaving about what I get, the room for the cake cutting was like a dungeon. There is no way for any kind of air circulation and surprisingly there is no AC as well. None of my guests like to stay in that dungeon for more than 15 minutes. Everyone were sweating like hell and no one enjoyed the party. They are obviously understaffed that I have to go out and call for the help almost every single time. Food was average.Too expensive for what they have. Very little space. He has a genuine concern to do better and to make sure he is providing a superior product and environment for the entire family!! They have several staff members walking the floor and assisting at the door and at the prize booth. The video games were a nice variety and most were operational. The trampoline park was a huge winner for most of our kids as they have basketball hoops and balls to play with along with the foam block pit!! The Bazooka Ball and Laser Tag was AWESOME!! Equipment worked and kids as well as adults had a great time!! A true opportunity to bond with your family and friends while sharing a few laughs!! 2 stars for great bang for your buck for indoor play and that the kids had a fine time. But DIRTY with a broke down vibe! I was cringing!

Checked website before going to make sure child could enjoy everything!! But was disappointed once I arrived as rules are different as they go by height not by age . Management didn’t care to speak with me.Thankfully my daughter was understanding!!!!

Went here with group of moms. Opened 30 mins late due to construction (no note on window/update online). Allowed us in to use toddler area... it was super gross! Two of the three toy cars were broken and there was dirt/dust/trash on the floor and toys. We left after 5 mins. Tried to give us a rain check. Declined and asked for cash refund, which she gave grudgingly after saying she couldn’t do refunds. Then tried to keep the $3 for socks (which they require you to purchase regardless of if you have socks or not meaning entry is $11 in total). After some back and forth she gave full refunds but made it very clear she wasn’t happy with the attitude she gave. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 as I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope the mess was due to construction. May go back once construction has finished to see if it’s different but unlikely.

The place is fun for kids but staff are not so friendly. They make you buy socks from them. I bought bottled water and drinks but they did nit give us cups!!! It is their POLICY, so they said!!!

Toddler zone closed even though we called and were told it was open. Admission was free for our 2 yr old. He still had a great time playing in the ball pit. Place was fairly clean. Some of the games dont work and will eat your coins.

My kids had fun because theyre kids, but very dirty, run down. Nothing like the way it is advertised on the website. This was somewhere we chose to visit during an out of town trip, very disappointed.

Great place to bring the kids on a hot day. They can play in the climbing areas and burn some energy without getting overheated!! A new trampoline section is coming soon...

I am giving this place a one star for the following! The place is extermly dirty and unsanitary! when we 1st arrived and walked in (30 mins after opening) appeared ok but dirty. Once we entered and the kids got ready to play, I began to look at the equipment and there is black grim, dust, hair ball, and trash everywhere. I wanted leave but did not want to disappoint my 5 year, as we had a special day planned., so we stayed. I then had to use the restroom and there was no soap ,toilet paper everywhere and water coming out of the main drain. Then took my 1 year old to the toddler area, that was gross. the floor and play equipment had tons of grim on and the floor was held together with duct tape. Honestly have no idea how they have past any inspection to be in busines. We decide to try the games (before checking them out ...my stupidity) we put 60 dollar towards games. more then 70% of them are broken and the 30 % worked ok. my 5 year had a decent time . I am so glad the cost to enter wasnt bad. Will I be back absoulty NO, will I tell friends NO, i am going to go home and bath my children YES!!!!I did hear that they are under new ownership and that is great and hopefully it does improve. I feel maybe the new owner should close down for a couple weeks and do some deep cleaning to the whole building and equipment and repairs. Also I was speaking to a employee who informed me about the new ownership and she sounded hopefull for the future. although did inform that the same manager from the previous owner is still the manager and that she does nothing improve. sounds like some new management, deep deep cleaning and restoration this place may live to see another day.

Its a great spot for kids. There are two separate play areas, one for toddlers and 1 for older kids. The jungle gym is massive with more than 3 big slides for kids to choose from plus a jumper, not to mention the glow in the dark laser tag and bumper cars. There is also a play area outside. A perk for the parents, they serve beer!

A total rip off! Animals looked neglected. Its expensive to get in then you pay an expensive upcharge to do any of the attractions. Also, The Escape Room was terrible!

The trampoline area was just chaos. Apparently there are no rule kids thtowi g another into the foam pit landing on other kids. No one who worked there said anything they just let the kids wrestle around, there is also the a wall climbing area by the foam pit that said dont climb it is not safe. But yet kids were climbing. TAKE THE WALL DOWN, if it is not safe.

I am surprised that they are still in business. Very rude. Would not recommend. Especially if you deal with a gentleman named PAUL. There is so many other better places to take your child.

A member of our group is on the Autism Spectrum and the owner found that out and gave us a discount. So nice of them! All the kids had a great time with laser tag and playing in the play structures. We took home tired happy kids. A real win!
