This is my favorite place to go with the kids, no lines, great water park for the whole family, kids can be playing all day long in the water, there are people that control that the children play in a safe environment.There is a good place inside the pool area so you can stay the whole day in the water.

Brought my team and had a great time here. Loved the theme which is visible everywhere, and great integration of tech!

We had a wonderful time at Startup Escape. The puzzles were very clever and the room had more than plenty to keep us busy. The designers clearly spent a lot of time thinking up the puzzles, the materials and the set. We were a team of 4 and we were very lucky there was no one signed up right behind us. Our guide gave us extra time so we could solve the remaining puzzles and start our company (even though we were late to market, which felt somewhat authentic). I would highly recommend this. It was our first escape room and we needed some hints which were made available when we requested them.

Drove all the way from San Jose with a group of 9 people. The reservation was made 4 days in advance for a special occasion and nobody from the Startup Escape team showed up to the venue. It was locked. We waited and waited for 30 mins past our booking time but our emails remained unanswered. There is no phone number to contact. Absolutely terrible experience. To anyone booking again, this has happened before to someone and happened to us. No contact and no communication from their side. Very unprofessional conduct.

I had soooo many issues there! I don’t recommend that room to anyone.To start, the first room had a bugus puzzle. There’s also no way to get a tip at this part, so after 20 minutes trying to figure out what to do, we went outside and confirmed that it was impossible to solve with what we had, because there was a broken element that was misleading us. After being aware of that, we were able to get to the other room. The first step to solve the other room makes use of an electronic equipment, but it wasn’t plugged in, therefore we didn’t think we should make any use of it. After going around the room, we pushed a button that was on the wall and it opened the room for us! it was the final door that allows us to escape! The escape employee went inside and said that we weren’t supposed to open that door yet, and he didn’t know why we were able to do it. He closed it, and on his way back out of the room he saw that the electronic device wasn’t on and he plugged in. So, for more than 10 min, we didn’t know what to do because the room wasn’t prepared for us, this device was the first step! And even though he plugged it in, he didn’t let us know, but I saw that he was around there and went back to check after he left. Suddenly, the device was working and we weren’t informed! Ridiculous!Okay, after resolving the first step, we saw some writings on the board from, possibly, the crew that was there before us. They didn’t erase it and we could see the answer to one of the puzzles we had to solve, which was pretty disappointing for us.In addition to all that, there’s no noise to indicate that a door or drawer opened, so it took us a while to realized that we’ve solved some of the puzzles as well.The guy there gave us some more minutes because of these issues, but we still had a terrible experience there.And, oh boy, there are so many other bogus parts that I’m not saying here not to spoil the experience of other clients...Summarizing, the escape room is disorganized , not well planned and not prepared/cleaned/checked for the crew that’s about to get in.Don’t waste your time.

The escape room was brilliantly designed! There were so many expertly designed and interactive challenges and puzzles that were very creative and super engaging. The theme was very quirky and fun.

Update:No one reached out to anyone in our group about what happened even though multiple people have tried to contact them through email since theres no phone number to call. Comment from the business is completely false no one tried to contact us or make any attempt to resolve this.Showed up for a reservation at 5pm on a Sunday but no one was there and they refunded our invoice with no notification.

Ive done around 140 escape rooms, and Id happily recommend Startup Escape as a game (I cant say much about the service--our group didnt have any problems, but other groups seem to have had issues). Startup Escape was hilariously on point with its tech memes, and the puzzles were actually good. There was a mix of difficulty levels of the puzzles, with some of them being standard puzzles with a startup twist, and others having unique tech/mechanics that again fit very well with the theme. The puzzles in this room are easily parallelizable, so everyone can have something to do. One caveat is that my group of 11 enthusiasts finished the room in 26 minutes, so Id advise a group of 6 or less for experienced groups. The story was light but amusing. The set was the weakest part of the room, since the decorations were pretty sparse, but still the theming gives this room a special place in my heart. On my escape room rankings, this room gets a 4 out of 5 because the theme is just so memorable, and permeates throughout the rooms solid puzzles.

It was a really fun experience, I highly recommend it. Amazingly engineered puzzles. Overall had a great time.

A group of 6 of us had a BLAST in the prison room. The staff was helpful, fun and great! Thanks for such a good experience!

When our team arrived, one of the programs for the room wasnt working properly and some guys were trying to fix it.The guy in the lobby made us wait a while till we just decided to get a full refund.Tried to email one of the guys to get more clarification to see if our team could book a session for free after planning to attend this as a team two weeks prior.Didnt hear back.Big let down overall because we were excited to try it out but we did get fully refunded.

Completely unique, tons of fun, and an awesome team building experience. Weve done a ton of escape rooms (50+) and this one has an incredibly unique theme and puzzles.Especially for the area and the startup culture, this escape room is a perfect place for company team building events or a fun group gathering!
