Get to see some artist perform live on stage. Feels like a private venue. Got to see a few reggaeton artist perform live.

I love this place because when I attend or help with events all the staff members are really great and helpful to me.

The womans bathroom was disgusting, no seat covers and the toilet paper was on the floor, so unsanitary. The drinks are over priced and even though doors opened at 9, the band didnt play until almost 12AM. The music was awesome, but should have started at 10, 10:30 at the latest. The last time I went wasnt like this, maybe new management?Its been 2 years, the band played at midnight(they had just come from a show in Anaheim) like last time. They were awesome, like last time, but like last time, they didnt play Un Dia Mas Un Dia MenosThey must have hired a new cleaning crew, the ladies bathroom looks 100% better, thank you.Looking forward to the next time Rata Blanca comes to town

Such poor quality of sound. Its just unbearable loudness instead of enjoyment of quality music. My ears hurt even the next day. Never ever going there, even with the best bands.

I love this place! Its a conjunction of Latin communities all over the bay area...Latin Bands come here and the music is just great.I would love for the place to improve on the sound. Even though bands sound great, when they are gone, or before they start the acustic is not that great at all.

Awesome staff, just need to adjust the sound system. The bass was too loud in comparison to the singers vocals.

A couple times a year an important Cuban band will play at Roccopulco, and we usually manage to have a good time in spite of the sticky floor, weak AC, no ins and outs, and other shortcomings of the venue. So, on the one hand, Im grateful, but I really wish it would be better.

Rocapulco its the best place to be in the entire bay area great music and great staff...peoples always great and happy...good drinks!!! Good music!!!

Sound was just loud and after purchasing mezzanine tickets we were told we had to stay on the floor. The DJ seemed as if they just got behind the tables. This is beyond stupid and I for one will never go back.

This club is ok. They have awesome groups that come play. Beware... there is NO VENTILATION! If its a popular artist coming to play, it will be packed! People were passing out from the heat. They dont have many bathroom stalls and they are not the cleanest. Prices can be ridiculously expensive also. It will be doubled at the door of you dont purchase it before hand.

They need to upgrade the restrooms downstairs, only one toilet for hundreds of people. They had only one barman in the corner next to the stage, had to be in line for 30 minutes to buy a beer. Vilma Palma was great.

The most fascist night club in San Francisco. After being molested they confiscated my prescribed and thoroughly legal medication. Said they were worried about their liquor license? Whatever. Went to the bar and ordered a tequila grapefruit and a white wine spritzer for my friend. They didnt have grapefruit and didnt know what a spritzer was. For nine dollars a drink please get me some grapefruit and learn what a spritzer is. Never ever go here.

Mediocre venue.Outdated and worn out seating. Dirty. Expensive drinks served in cheap plastic cups. Poorly organized entrance experience for events.

Horrible concert. They made us wait for 4 full hours for a concert listening to undesired random bands (and genres), the sound was terrible, and at the end they kicked out the main band early

I tried to do salsa dancing here. It was terrible, lots of gangster rap. 20 dollars cover is cheap too.
