Great views and an easy hike

This is one of those great places in Golden Gate park that people tend to overlook. If you the opportunity and are feeling up to a nice hike, check it out.Nice paths and lots of locals to find. Enjoy the beauty in the middle of the city.

Beautiful and peaceful park lots of water birds, a small waterfall, boat rental and trail that goes to the top of the hill with great views of the city. If sunny, you can see the Golden Gate. If you have small kids, you should have a baby carrier or trail strollers. Lightweight urban strollers can probably handle it but not convenient because the trail is not paved.

Great space to walk and picnic for hours. Huge park for San Francisco... didnt quite expect what I wondered into. The waterfall area can get pretty crowded just fyi

Beautiful and peaceful hideaway spot in san francisco. so nice to take a breath of fresh air, take a walk, watch the paddleboats, etc. be sure to wear a mask and social distance! be respectful of others around you :)

Had a wonderful afternoon in the Golden Gate Park, some lovely trails to walk, and some fantastic wildlife, even saw a Hummingbird around the lake. There are Turtles in the lake and some were on a branch sunning themselves, we also saw a bird of prey but was not able to identify the species. Lovely day out.

My favorite place in Golden Gate Park. There’s a gazebo and a small waterfall definitely check it out when you’re there!
