I have watched Un-Scripted actors perform in a variety of formats and they have impressed me every time. They are quick-witted, responsive to the audience and have masterful stage presence. Their insightful humor never resorts to punching down. Kudos!

Amazing variety of classes and shows.

I went with some friends last night to see Un-Scripteds current show Swipe Right. To say the cast was creative, humorous, and a delight would be a vast understatement. The show was amazing...funny, inventive, and supremely entertaining. As in all of Un-Scripteds productions, the players were some of the best improvisers Ive seen. Each cast member portrayed several looking-for-love characters, all of whom were unique and engaging. A show not to be missed, and a troupe of improvisers at the top of their game.

Great intimate experience and fun improv performance by students. Entertaining however do not expect quality and performance of broadway plays.

Amazing completely unscripted shows in every genre... super fun for a Friday night. Really great beer too for only five bucks, bonus!

Great show (The Trifecta), though a small crowd. The venue itself, both the theater and the waiting room (which serves beer and wine) are quite charming.

I’ve seen some really great improv shows here. They really take care to craft fun stories!And it’s always a good value. Theater is a little tough to find, so just head upstairs and to your left.

Best theatre in San Francisco for quality improv at a steal.

This is an amazing unscripted theatre. It is small inside yet the act was so real. Popcor(small)n for $1, drinks at low costs, and some other goodies. I love this place, and It makes me rethink about Broadway musical The Company. It sorta like that except these people they performed unplanned and ad audience requested. AMAZING!!!There was 6 ladies as singers and a keyboard player. Definitely, it is worthwhile to check it out.

The Improve Show was wonderful and creative, the theater was cute and they served warm cookies during intermission!

Went to see intimacy Issues.Was supposed to be a funny comedy improve act.Was not, even borderline boring.Hope other shows are better.Actors did put an effort but it was not working out.

Great theater, great cast, great beer. Bring your date and you will impress them with you knowledge of fun local independent theater. Bring your friends and you will impress them with your sophisticated aesthetic sensibilities. Bring your boss and you will earn a promotion no problem.

Psst.... wanna see something nobodys ever seen... and wont ever be seen again? SF has a great Improv scene and Un-Scripted is one of the central theaters that always delivers.

Ive seen their show 3 times in 3 weeks; the only thing that wasnt different about each show was that they were all amazingly inventive and very, very funny.

The improv at this theatre goes way beyond whose line is it anyway. They often perform fully improvised plays and musicals that will reign you in with laughter, bring a tear to your eye, and send you home with joy in your heart. The talent of these improvisors is phenomenal; so worth the price!
