Experience was great however, We felt a little unsafe because of the lack of social distancing protocol inside.The flight instructors were awesome, fun and very patient. The facility is clean, and the flight suits look like they were cleaned before issuing to the customers.Five stars for the experience, but only three stars for not enforcing social distancing protocol. Final rating is a four.

My family and I went here to the Mission valley location and let me tell ya , the instructors are amazing at what they do. It’s something worth trying out especially if you get the deal thru Costco and you don’t want to spend the funds for jumping out of a perfectly good airplane . Both are expensive but you’ll never get that feeling or experience anywhere else. I’ve done both and Enjoyed them both just wish the indoor flight wasn’t so short.

It was a blast. The people are awesome they are patient and encouraging. I saw a 6 year old fly and then a professional right after and it was amazing asking the way they can accommodate all skill levels. Definately recommend this place. So much fun. Cant wait to go back.

It was great! I was terrified at first, but then when I actually went into the wind tunnel, it wasnt as bad as I thought! 10/10 would recommend, its definitely worth what you pay for. (Tell Fish Cash said hi if you see him :] )

Very nice venue! The womens restroom was surprisingly clean and classy... Though I wish the lighting was a bit brighter. Instructors were fun and very interactive, with the exception of one long black haired female whos tone gave me the impression that she didnt like kids or lacked patience for them when asking my kid to excuse her. Very nice place though and I hope I get the chance to come back for another fly session soon. Definitely recommend this place.

They usually have great deals on Groupon so if you are on a budget go there or look online for deals. I think they have deals on base for military families as well. But it is a great time and very fun. Well worth the money. iFly is awesome!

I’ve been sky diving before, so I was super happy when my friend wanted to do this. The experience was fun and the staff was lovely, but holy cow are they more expensive than other places.

These people were polite, courteous, and helpful. They provide amazing demonstrations and go out of their way to make your visit a rewarding experience. My kids had an absolute blast and will definitely turn!

Amazing experience! It was our first time doing indoor skydiving. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. I believe his name was Logan. He did a great job with my 9 year old and flying with him was so much fun! Truly a unique and exhilarating experience. Would highly recommend this place!

This place is so much fun and so amazing. It’s the closest thing to sky diving you can do without the danger. I love sky diving and will say it does not replace it, it enhances it. I will be coming back! This is something everyone has to do at least once.

We love iFly! We go a few times per year and have always have great experiences. Every team member we have come in contact with has been positive and happy. We have had Luke a few times as an instructor, he is super playful and talented. The last instructor we had was Nolan. He worked with on some more advance maneuvers before we got in the tube. He connected with my daughter and did a fantastic job working with all of us in the tube. Definitely will be going back!!!

Brought my niece River this afternoon. Weve been here several times and have always felt welcome. The entire staff is friendly & helpful. Tessa was amazing, very patient when teaching and made it exciting and fun for River. River is looking forward to her next visit.

She lead with a benefit for my hubby and I to get additional flight time (people typically more comfortable after about 4 min of flight time). The staff members, from counter to trainer, are nice, friendly and accommodating. We walked in without an appointment booked, and they scheduled my husband and soon to be son-in-law with no problem. They were in a training class and flying high in no time. Special thanks to Cody for being a great trainer!

It is a pretty awesome place. Santiago was our instructor. He did his absolute best to accommodate the three different languages being used in the room. I give 4 starts due to the price. It is quite expensive. Around $900 for one hour of flight. This does not take away from the experience though. The senior instructor came in to teach our level 3 guy how to do things. Santiago did his best in helping us stabilize and learn how to not go somewhere we didnt want to in flight.Also, keep in mind that actual skydiving is much more expensive. If you think you might want to try skydiving; Go here first and go through the tunnel a few times. It will make your experience that much more fun.

If it is your first time you will not get to fly. For safety you will be held onto by a worker the entire time. Even if you kick and squirm they will not let go free. You remember when you were little and an adult would spin you around and give you airplane rides. It felt like that. Big waste of money as an adult. They do not tell you going in that someone will be holding onto you the entire time. This was stupid!

We came as part of a STEM Class for our homeschool group. We had classroom time where the kids learned the physics of flight....then pre-flight prep, flight time and a post flight hands on experiment. The instructors were all amazing, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The kids left with take aways and the photos for purchase were very reasonable. It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Ill be honest, at first this does not seem like fun but it actually is. I would highly recommend you go with friends in a group. Also would be great for birthday parties or corporate events.I was in a great group and had a really great couch that was really friendly and very instructive. Over all everyone is really nice and helpful. I would recommend.

Great experience. Went back my second time for 5 2 minute intervals and was taught more maneuvers to balance my self. Friendly staff and experienced fliers taught me in a great way I could understand. Bought 10 more mi utes of flight for my next trip there. REMEMBER to put you earplugs all the way in because the sound is very loud. A++

Had a lot of fun watching my granddaughters fly. One was 11 years and one was 20 years.

A great experience, but the price is unfortunately too high. Each flight is only 1 min. I purchased the 4 flight package for $127 and then was upsold. For $10 more the instructor would assist me in getting up toward the top of the wind tunnel during the last 30 seconds of my flight time. So it really boiled down to me paying $140 for 4 mins of fun. Dont get me wrong, the experience was amazing, but the bang for the buck just doesnt seem to be there.

A great place to pretend skydive and fun place to watch others in the air tube. Instructors are very skilled in helping others learn and advance. For ALL ages. I would so do it, but its so very expensive for a very short time in the air tube. So I enjoyed watching.

This is over of the newer tunnel designs where the entrance and tunnel are both on the first floor. So if youve been to one of these, youll be familiar with where things are at. The staff here was very courteous and helpful. The flight instructor was energetic and did a great job with the first time flyers that were in my group. I always try to get some time in whenever I am in a city with a tunnel. I would highly recommend a visit (and a flight) if you are in the area.

Abdulla asked me what I wanted on my birthday, I mention not really being interested in material things - I rather collect life experiences... Then I joked saying I wanted to fly... so he brought me here :)I was really excited, seemed so much fun - which was, but was also tense because I didnt feel like I was in controlling it well- our instructor Marc had a good sense of humor, made jokes and put me at ease, I felt very safe under his guidance, he had great vibes flowing at all times. I recommend this to anyone who wants to fly, lol... its a good first step before you go skydiving in open airs.

Made reservation online without trouble for Costco vouchers. Check-in was really easy. All staff were very nice, very helpful and professional. Loaner gear was clean and fit correctly. Safety briefing was clear, quick and easy. Got into the air quickly and had a blast. Instructor in flight does a great job tailoring the experience to the ability and skill of the flyer. Only knock on the place is the price of flight time, but theyve gotta pay the electric bill somehow for that giant fan.

My boss took us here for a team event. It was fun, but not sure I would come here on my own unless for an event (e.g. birthday, group event). I saw some regulars who booked the tunnel before us, and Im still not really sure why people actually buy their own gear to fly in a giant wind tunnel every week as this is not exactly a cheap activity. To each their own I guess.

Very cool place. Their instructors and equipment really all seem to be exceptional. Everyone seem to have a lot of good fun. Its exhilarating invigorating for sure without the risk of jumping out and 13000 feet. I have done it from an airplane and it was amazing.I would not have a problem letting my son try the iFly or my wife. It was just well designed and managed. Its a bit pricey but its to be expected when you look at the infrastructure of what theyve created.

Your first flights are a little pricey, but it was an experience unlike anything else Ive done. Prices come down for additional air time. Be sure to pay the small amount extra to fly high during your second flight- the instructor takes you to the top of the tube and back while spinning slowly and I thought it was worth it.

This is a very cool experience. The instructions here are highly skilled, very helpful, and incredibly enthusiastic. Its really hard to breathe when youre in the tunnel, and even though youre very safe and secure, it can be a little scary if youre afraid of heights.

The instruction was simple and the flying was wonderful.

It was my first time doing indoor sky diving and it was a lot of fun. The instructors are super nice and everyone carries a really good positive attitude. Only challenge is that videos and pics that they take for you are going to be charged if you want them. It was free before, but not this time. I would have liked them to be free like before or at a more affordable rate considering how much one pays to fly there. Plus, if its free people are going to share those experiences on social media which will encourage more people to try it out. Overall, the experience was pretty good! It was fun!

We went here twice! Cody and John are the best! Definitely pay extra for the high fly add on since its totally worth it and get the return flight package after your first visit. So worth the money. Its a blast!!!! And ask if they have and video vouchers so you can post your video on Facebook!!! Loved it!!!

Worse customer experience Ive ever had. The staff really has issues. Ended up cancelling on site and leaving. Im sure theres places in San Diego that actually do appreciate their customers.

We had a blast sky diving in San Diego. Our instructor was super helpful and patient with her instructions. You would think you could control your movements exactly as she instructs you. Thats not always the case when you are hovering in a tube where there is 100 mph winds

Instructor was great and entertaining. The I-fly experience was also very good however its a little bit pricey. You dont get a whole lot for you money and there is all kinds of upsell. If its your birthday, which you may want to say it is when filling out info at beginning because you get a free high fly upgrade. Otherwise its another 10 dollars. All in all was very good. Instructor also was great with kids.

IFLY was so fun! Our Instructor Jonathon was Awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made my family and I feel very comfortable during our experience and he was an excellent coach! We all improved on our 2nd go round because of his pointers. We were there to celebrate my Birthday and I had a blast! We all did. A side note, There was a little kid there who was kicking his babysitter and Jonathon. The way Jonathon handled that situation with composure and professionalism was nice to see. The entire staff was very friendly and good communicators which I truly appreciate. I left there wishing I worked there too. Thank you Jonathan and all of you at iFLY!

Great first-time experience in an indoor wind tunnel. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The instructors are clearly passionate about indoor flying and are excited about giving patrons an excellent experience for their money. Good value, well worth the time and cost. A day I wont soon forget!

Oh my oh my! What a time we had here. I highly recommend making the trip. Flying here was the same feeling as skydiving with way less worry about your surroundings.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. Overall, we had fun. However, considering how much I paid for this experience, it was not worth it. Our instructor was not very nice, and he just gave us weird vibes overall. The iFly experience is fun, but I definitely don’t think it’s worth the price, especially if your instructor isn’t nice. We probably won’t be coming back

I took my wife indoor sky dividing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The instructors really know what they are doing. They help you have the best experience you can have as a beginner. My wife was having trouble breathing because of the air so she couldnt do it. On the second go they gave her a helmet with a face shield and she was able to enjoy indoor sky diving. Great experience.

Awe, this place is awesome to the 10th power. My daughter was excited before she flew, then when she was finished, she felt like super woman! I highly recommend bringing your kids here...they will love you 20 times more...and wow....making awesome videos through the huge looking glass is fun especially when they do the freestyle show using the professional sky divers...its radical!!!!

Went once. Definitely going back again, to get some more experience. The starter package doesnt offer much flight time, but if youre going just for the experience, that shouldnt affect you. Friendly and helpful instructor who (according to him) had hundreds of hours logged in the wind tunnel, and he certainly knows what hes doing.

First time doing this and wont be the last. Eddie our instructor was amazing. Make sure to do the high flight as its worth it. They teach you everything you need to know and provide all the gear. Just wear comfy clothes and lace up sneakers.
