Our first soccer team, and love it so far! My son is pushed beyond his limits and has so much encouragement. He’s learning his skills on and off the field, by his amazing coaches.

This team is going places, I’ve watched this team since day 1. Really good program, coaches and parents. Not like any other youth soccer team I’ve seen, these youngsters have heart and are brilliant on the pitch! Every single player has improved in every aspect of the game and that’s the whole point. This isn’t an average youth soccer club, they put in a lot of work, behind a group of determined coaches that don’t expect anything but their best. I highly recommend this organization and their efforts to become the best.

My son has been with this club for almost 3 years and it has been a blessing! We went from being last in every league and tournament, to reaching the finals and winning Championships! The coaches are extremely focused on player development and fun! We have transformed into a family! Great place to get your son or daughter in a competitive and exciting environment!

My daughter has been with Rogue for two years and has grown so much as a player since she started playing soccer. The coaching staff is great! They do have high expectations of the kids but we’re a competitive soccer club so that’s to be expected. The kids play with a lot of heart and have come so far from when the club started two years ago. It’s been a pleasure to see their growth. Aside from growing as a soccer player, my daughter has developed some great friendships with her teammates and created memories that will last forever.

My daughter has found her love for soccer again. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the amazing coaching staff that has helped my daughter along the way. Not only has she been given basic knowledge of the game, but at just 6 years old she is pushed to compete at her very best. I love seeing her challenged and having the opportunity to work with not only her coaches but other players who are older and more experienced. She recently won her first game, and scored 3 goals.None of that would have been possible for her without the guidance she’s been given.

For us, the most important consideration for remaining on a team is whether our son enjoys himself while training and playing on the field. He LOVES it!! (1 year down, more to go.) The coaches are very well trained, easy to communicate with, and truly dedicate themselves to effectively coaching the team. Our son continues growing his soccer skills and we are so grateful to be a part of Rogue San Antonio!!

My sons team has played against Rogue for a few years now and although they are competitors on the field, Rogue is a first class organization. The coaches are friendly and professional and their teams are always tough. If they didnt practice so far from where i live, id definitely be part of their team!

My experience with Rogue has been nothing but positive. At times, the cost and atmosphere of club soccer can feel like that of a country club but this program does a great job of creating a welcoming and family friendly environment. It is very rare to be able to keep players together for more than one season but the fact that a large majority of our group has been here for 2+ years is a testament to the dedication of the coaches and staff. Not to mention that the teams themselves are very competitive and the players skills have dramatically improved over the years.

The coaches seem to really love what they are doing, and It shows. My son hadn’t played very much prior to coming out to the team but Orlando reassured us that he would make sure to help him in every way he could. Once he was paired with his group his coach put together drills that not only taught him but allowed fo him to have fun with his new teammates. This has truly been an excellent club soccer experience. I appreciate the dedication and patience of the coaching staff.

My son has been with Rogue San Antonio since it started a little over 2 years. The kids have come a long way. The DOC and coaches dedicate themselves to the kids. Parents, coaches, and kids get a long very well. My son looks forward to going to every practice and games. The club went from losing and taking beatings to now to a team that wins and take championships. Great team to join for a fun and competitive experience. I would highly recommend this club to anybody..

Doesnt follow through and allows drama to ensue. Coach has no real background. Gets a little too close to some moms. Has mistreated players and those parents who help the most. There is a reason many have left in the last 6 months.

My child is part of Rogue San Antonio and I have nothing but positive things to say about his experience. The coaches have been instrumental in my child’s development and have only furthered his soccer skills. It is unfortunate to see a disgruntled parent updating their review multiple times just to tarnish the reputation of the club especially when they were the source of many of the conflicts within the team. There was a reason that the parent kept their child with the team for as long as they did in the first place. Nonetheless, this is a great club with coaches who care about our kids and their skills. The coaches encourage open communication and are receptive to constructive criticism. My child has really enjoyed being on the team and as a parent I would recommend it to anyone.

I wasn’t going to post a review but, I saw that others were saying negative things so I thought I’d share my thoughts. My son came out to a try out, and had an amazing time. The drills were challenging and the running pushed him to his limits, but every water brake he came over and said how much fun he was having. He was so exited and so were we. We had finally found an affordable club close to home. However when the scrimmaging started he wasn’t so happy. The goalie continued to make comments about his skill level while yelling at other players on the team. I was waiting for his parents or the coach to correct him, and eventually the coach did but my son was so discouraged after that we didn’t want to stick around.

After over 2 years of no missed games or tournaments, my kid was kicked off the team bc of someone elses comment on here. In response, coach talked bad about my child and is encouraging people to post stuff about a 8 year old. Some of the posts are the coaches and their SOs, so dont take them as a proper reflection of the club. Everyone is worried to say anything negative after what happened to my family. My child was kicked off a team for something we, or he, did not do. The coach is incredibly ungrateful to those who help him and has little experience in what he is doing, consistently late, and poor communication skills. He is happy to take donations of gear and time from your family, even allowing you to pay for tournaments for those who cannot afford it, only to never acknowledge the work put in. When stressed he takes it out on the kids, yelling at them from across the field instead of pulling them aside and guiding them during practice, and offers little positive encouragement. If you lose, its not his fault, its the kids. He questions the kids getting 2nd place medals bc he believes they dont deserve them. People stay because he is cheap in comparison and they arent looking out for their childs soccer development. If you look at all the added perks you get with other clubs, this club is not a deal. Had to pay an extra 100 to 150 a month for quality training from elsewhere because the coach couldnt provide anything but the basic beginning goalkeeper training. The coach turns a blind eye to the drinking done at practice, games, and tournaments, although his players are going home with intoxicated parents. Parents have even stormed the field and assaulted officials, yet nothing is done about that. He is there for the social club, not the sport.
