This staff is unreal. Ill never bring my companies, my brands, my models here again. We always look for 18 and up clubs because of of our team may be 20. The club is far past its code for occupancy leaving people mad and fighting because everyone is pushing through. Even when others are harassing you the staff fail to do THEIR JOBS and completely ignore any dangerous signs of an issue or refuse to help when you ask nicely. Im from a big city AND IM AN MC THIS IS NOT HOW TRUE LITNESS LOOKS THIS IS A HOT MESS HERE IN EVERY SINGLE WAY. NEVER AGAIN. The well will get my money and representation. People are mature music is good and there IS ROOM FOR YOU TO BREATHE AT LEAST. I know for a fact they are breaking laws ALL DAY and should be SHUT DOWN

I was actually the designated driver for my 18-year-old daughter and her friends, so I cant really speak about any personal experiences there. However, I can say it seems safe from looking at all the security I saw present in the parking lot. And from appearances, it looks like a teens spot to hang out, which would explain the security. All in all, my daughter has a lot of fun there, and the music I hear blaring sounds current. Its just a madhouse once the place closes and everyone is outside, ya know...

Burnhouse staff is unbelievably rude!!!!! I waited in line, presented my ID to the bouncer, was told that my ID was not me, was asked to recite my birthday and address. I got both of them right of course because I was using my own ID! He proceeded to declare that I was a minor using a fake ID regardless, called security. I tried to explain what happen, that I did literally nothing wrong except stand in line and then present my ID! Was at this point told that I was drunk, which I was not! They put me in handcuffs, detained me for an hour! During which I was placed in the front seat of a random car with no police decal, still in handcuffs. The cops were called, they ran my ID. Found out that it was me all along. I was released. Proceeded to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. I received a phone call from the manager of Burnhouse, was told he was informed of my complaint and told to contact me. He was extremely rude! Instead of apologizing for his rude bouncer and for my unwarranted experience, he banned from going to Burnhouse again. I do not understand what makes him think I would ever want to return to an establishment with such unprofessional staff and management! I am currently continuing with an updated report to the Better Business Bureau. Take my advice and do not go here!

Advertise that they play all types of Latin music but the flavor of the day is reggaeton. $10 cover and $5 for a beer. Steep! Lots of “young” adults here. Can you say 25 and under.? Very few grown folks. Valet parking. Good luck trying to find a free spot. Seating is limited.

Best place to enjoy great music and have fun with friends. Great security to help ensure safety for and because the very large crowds of people.. Awesome awesome place lots of fun amazing drinks

Super cool bar. The DJ was awesome. The staff was chill... They even had a restroom attendant. He kept the restroom clean and he was just really funny and really nice.

Ive been here a couple times all I have to say. You guys are way better staffed than Lush by far. I know you guys are still fairly new but you guys always deliver the right atmosphere and experience. Thank you guys youre seriously the best

Not the best experience, absolutely no customer service even after buying two bottles. Music was good but service is mediocre. Definitely needs a professional manager with experience. The lack of service made me rethink weather is worth spending all my money here and refer my clients to this establishment. In true need of a qualified manager or ownership!

Music is fun . Bartenders skimp on alcohol in the drinks and there are creepy guys who touch up ladies dresses. I would rather go to the downtown strip .

The cover charge gets you in to experience the seriously bad smell inside. The cover charge was probably the best part. Was all downhill from there.

Extremely friendly staff, clean place. They have an outside patio with a fully stocked bar. They have live music on the weekends and DJ sets on the inside.

Awful place. We had a reserved table and management kicked us off the table because there was another party that wanted it and they were willing to buy 5 bottles. They tried to make it right but it was too late.

Went on a Friday and it was really fun environment. The music was great people were awesome, staff was great with one minor issue was the bouncer I D. checker was being a dick because my girl has lost a lot of weight and hassled her about the picture in her I.D. (the picture looks like her) beyond that I highly recommend this place because the dude was just doing his job.

Did not like this place at all...the drinks were expensive and the music sucked!

The bouncer insulting my girl who just got engaged... she tried to make a joke and he couldnt take it, told her to just leave . Not cool, shes super sweet.

A Rooftop Lounge that cares about the people that walk through their door!My friend and I after a series of events were both without functioning phones shortly after arriving (via Uber) at Burnhouse. We had no way of calling an Uber to get home, and no way to contact our two friends who were late and hadnt shown up.Seeing that my friend was distressed, Terry and another gentleman working in the front offered to help and call us a ride home. Not only did they get us an Uber home, they paid for it and were very understanding of the situation. We never felt like a burden and got home safely when we didnt know how we would get home at all. Thanks Burnhouse!

Drinks are not expensive at all. Bottle service is great with decent prices and the vibe there is pretty awesome. May get crowded on saturdays but other than that music is great with alot of variety in music. They play alot of reggeton, hip pop, edm and more. I recommend if you are celebrating. They also give you redbull, pineapple juice and cdanberry. Ask for Bibi when you want to reserve a table.

Get here early! Its a great spot to go, always great service and music but it fills up quickly as its one of the most busy clubs in town.

My husband and I are from SA but live in California we came down to visit. we brought the whole line and the security guard with no ID scanner and no professional knowledge on ID checking nor a proper bouncer attire, the man confiscates my friends ID with out any prior questions off the ID or anything to clarify it is real.... we had to call the police & manager because he put the ID in his pocket and laughed in our faces and dismissed us to go home ... the officer asked my friend if she had a FACEBOOK to prove her age NOPE she only has Instagram with only 5 photos and nothing that says her age ... but for some reason her Instagram photos were enough to prove she was well over age. I told the manager they owe her an apology for our time and harassment and you know what he said If your gunna act like that yall can leave & Tried to stared me down, because they made a mistake and were embarrassed they were wrong and didnt want to apologies for there wrong doings we got dismissed. Not only did you miss out on out of state business but you also will be having bad word of mouth business sense everyone else who showed up with us lives in SA.P.s with all thats going on in America my friend happen to be of African American descent & you couldnt apologies to her... /:

If you are into Latin music and hip hop, this is the place for you. I’m absolutely in love with this place and I am a regular. VIP is excellent, there was a minor hiccup once, but when I told the manager BiBi and it was cleared up right away. Highly recommend.

First time visiting this place and it was really neat. If youre into the club scene its a decent spot. I was visiting here because I am a chauffeur and my clients wanted to come party. Apparently, one of my clients knows the manager or owner and they were able to pardon the entry fee for me because I needed to use the restroom. After I my visit to the R.R. I stood outside by the front door and waited for my clients to come out. I obsereved one particular doorman was being aggressive with the patrons. Swearing at them and staring them down. Another doormen was really nice, but after a small political debate I guess he got offended and ended the conversation quickly. For an adult man I was blown away, but no big deal. I stood there a little longer still waiting for my party to come out. The first doorman I mentioned then came to me with a bad attitude and rudely prompted me to leave the area. He told me if Im not buying anything then I need to go down the hall or wait at the bottom of the stairs.. The attitude he had was very unprofessional. Im in a suit and waiting for my clients. What safety issue do I pose? Furthermore, Im a chauffeur. I cant drink when im working. This place seems to have potential, however, the door staff are rude and unprofessional. I get it. If youre a doorman/bouncer you must need to have some edge about you. But to act like that is just unacceptable. Coming from someone in the customer service industry, that is a poor attitude. I will not be coming here for my own personal adventures.

I love hanging out at Burnhouse with my friends, great atmosphere and music but last night my friend went to the dj to ask for a song and his wife was there, told my friend she was his wife and grabbed an empty bottle threatening her just for asking for a song....We leave the premises right away to avoid any possible conflicts.

Great lowkey bar/lounge. they have amazing local artists and djs play here on thursdays. very comfortable club with lots of couches and seats, big open bars and a huge outdoor area. i prefer this club over lush or rio, theres more space and its just overall a better atmosphere.

We came on a Saturday and did not enjoy the band. The drinks were overpriced and I was actually thrown out for something that someone else said. The bouncer thought I said a negative remark but I was simply standing there. He didnt even give me a chance to defend myself.
