Played the South course. Even though it was misty and wet, it was in really good shape. Risk/reward on a few holes. Greebs were really fast but true in the roll. Nice pro shop, driving range and putting area.

Still a below average private course. I was going to invite a guest but its too embarrassing.

Went for a wedding. Service outside overlooking the water. Beautiful. Party/dinner in a beautiful room. Flowers were elegant...food and service were great. What a beautiful venue... beautiful night!

This place is awesome for all the activities can do there and the food is fantastic

The Greens are dried up like if no one maintains this course. The restrooms are ratty and dirty. Not impressed at all for being a high end private course.

My wife and I loved this place for years. Much has changed over time, but the members here are the best. They finally updated the fitness center in 2019 and it’s much better. Tennis courts are top quality and the pool is nice but a bit dated. Fun 4th of July party and the famous Taste of the Northside is here as well. Overall, great club.

High end golf course with its renewed lakes.

Beautiful spot for the folks at sonterra could hold many events and many people here, security was top notch and location was easy to find. very well decorated.

Sonterra Country Club was the perfect setting for our big day. I am thrilled with our experience with Sonterra Country Club! We got married in March 2018. We had the ceremony outside, and the reception afterward in the grand ballroom. Athena and all of the people helping us through the process were wonderful. They were responsive through email and phone calls for my many questions, they made the venue available for us on multiple occasions to visit as part of the planning process, they knew exactly what to do, when, and how to do it. They made the process, and the day itself, run like a well oiled machine. On the day of, everything ran on time and smoothly, so that we could enjoy the day. The venue was gorgeous, the guests loved the food and I am so grateful for them going so far to make our wedding day so PERFECT. I can’t recommend it highly enough!”

This place has steady gone down hill. This the third time I have been here with a member and asked for Gluten free meal and free of nuts and theybrought the complete opposite every time. I got served a salad with nuts and I pointed out the nuts the waiter. They actually brought someone from the kitchen to debate that pecans are not a nut . I dont know where they got there training but their entire staff need to be trained . This place is reallydated as well . I am taking my friends to a decent CC next time so they can see how they wasting there Money being a member here

I could not have asked for a better or more beautiful wedding venue! Athena was prompt with all her responses, so easy to work with and went above and beyond for my Fiancee and I. She addressed every concern that we had and helped make my French Fry station come to life! The vendors that work with the Sonterra to personalize your wedding were unbelievable and made everything sparkle. My family felt so welcome by the staff and the staff were quick to assist them in whatever they needed. Athena and her team had all of their ducks in a row and I didnt have to worry about a single thing. I was so happy with my wedding day and wouldnt change a single detail. I highly recommend the Club at Sonterra for anyone wanting their fairytail wedding to come to life.

Beautiful place. Bartender needs an attitude adjustment but other than that its great!

Okay its not like anybody can just go to this place. You have to be a member or a friend of a member to get in. That being said the 19th Hole every week has a $5 hamburger that is absolutely wonderful cook to order. One of the best hamburgers Ive ever eaten

Played golf on South course...good layout, challenging...

I give the Club at Sonterra a 5 star rating and review. My experience here is great. The golf course is great. They have a nice work out facility and basketball half court. Very friendly staff and lots to do while you are here. You can shop. They have stone works bar and grill that should be on here too. Great food.

The service and food were very good. The place needs a facelift. The ladies golf area is pretty bad! The bathroom is pretty bad and the card/lunch chairs are dirty as is the carpet. Too bad they dont put some club monies in that area. And what is with that disgusting hot tub in the dressing area? The older remodel is nice. Good luck ladies!

I went for an event and loved it. The food wasnt my favorite but was still good.

So much fun. Family oriented. Live music. Good food and drinks. A must see.

Had an event hosted here for an organization I am a part of. The staff was very kind, very friendly, and accommodating. Food was delicious as well and was a great location over all! Will definitely be looking into this place again for future events.

The club was great, the staff was helpful and it was clean. The traffic to get there from 1604 at the time we went in the morning was horrible! The parking was interesting as well, maybe because there were just so many people there, not sure. It was my first time visiting so there might be a better time to explore it.

Went there for Sunday brunch. They have a wide variety of food options. One of the best brunches Ive had in town.

I was at the golf club for a lesson. Ive always been treated at this facility with the upmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy. I would recommend anyone looking for golf lessons to look here, and I can also say that the times I have visited here for a function or to dine that I have never been disappointed.

The Club is a little dated, 80s decor. Clean and a great place for an event

I wish I would have gotten the same experience as everyone else on these reviews.The SOUTH COURSE is prolly the worst course I have ever played for that price $116!! my local course (municipal course) at that is in way better shape. the driving range looked like something out of tin cup dry and deserted, with old spalding range balls!!.. please please makes sure you ask to play the North Course before you book because appearently they dont offer unless you do. I dont ever write reviews on courses but I spent way to much money playing this course expecting something totally different and I wasnt impressed. will not be coming back anytime soon I should of just asked for my money back after seeing the first hole!

The weather was not good for playing. There was mud everywhere. I was disappointed due to the fact it is a very expensive course.As for the course, they tried to make it a difficult course by adding all the hills, everywhere. It is definitely not needed and found the hills a hastle instead of a challenge. I will try again later in the year.

Went to a wedding, it was a great place for the wedding and reception!

Great courses, the south course is beautiful, well played out and in good condition. The north course is OK not as good as the south. But being able to play two distinct courses at one facility makes it a great place to be a member.

The tennis facility is very nice and kept. The courts are great and they have plenty. Staff is friendly.

We had our wedding here 12/28/18. From start to finish it was perfectly executed with the most attentive service. Thank you Athena and the Club at Sonterra.

Ive been a social member since 1995 and love the club and the members who I see at the fitness center and happy hour.

Grandiose entrance! The club meets old Club standards...but the food is something to rave about! I didnt taste a single thing over the course of my 3 day conference that I could complain about. The golf course is impeccably kept. The conference room views were wonderful.

The event staff in the clubhouse is very good. Evertything is always perfect.

We havent had dinner at the Club for sometime due to prior disappointments (brunch is great). Instead of going to some of our favorites, we decided to make reservations with friends at the Club. Fortunately, our friends couldnt make it so I wasnt embarrassed. It worries me when you enter a dining room after 7:00 p.m. and there are only 4 tables total with 2 guests each. My worries proved to be valid. Bottom line: service poor, had to send entree back to have it heated (baked potato wouldnt melt butter), steak had good flavor but cold and hidden under the potato was cold asparagus. The dessert could not have been home-made. We wasted our weekly dinner budget on a very poor meal.

They refuse to pay for a broken car window caused by one of their poorly aiming golfers. I guess its not safe to park at work if your employed near their golf coarse. What a joke you people are.

I played the south course and found that there was quite a few holes with blind shots. OB came into play on several holes. The greens were in good shape but are small and tricky to read. The club house and staff were great.
