I Had some work done by Mr. Bradley 1 & 1/2 years ago.My boat upholstery was re-done. even as the sewing was visible it was an kind ok job.My Complaint is with the Costumer Care, Ethics and professionalism.I am an Insurance Adjuster and care about how we treat our costumers.I kept in contact with Mr. Bradley as now due to a Hail Storm I again needed his services, money was never an object, could not make the appointment on a Saturday morning, but I called Mr. Bradley to Re-schedule, he agreed for me to take my boat to him on Sunday Morning as I did, he opened his door to Start to use foul language at me out calling me all kinds of names, maybe he clearly forgot he gave me instructions to drop off the boat there before I came to work. he then rejected me and stated he would not work on my boat slamming his door in my face. I can clearly tell his very poor costumer service skills. I will make sure I will pass this on to every adjuster I know and will make statements of the very unprofessional and discussing attitude he displayed. I will never recommend this person to any of my Friend , Family or costumers. he will never see one dollar from our end.quite surprise on his poor behavior. I rather deal with an honest humble person willing to do a good job for a living than a rotten one trying to scam you for money.
