I purchased a 15’ slide for home use. Robert was incredible to work with, he takes the time to talk to you about your specific needs and what they offer. Shipping was lightning quick, about 3 days. The slide itself is extremely durable and was easy to set up. After I received the slide I had a question about setting up the misting hose. I called on a Friday close to 5:00; call was answered immediately and Robert walked me through the very easy set up. I highly recommend this company.

We recently purchased a 5n1 combo and a water slide from Robert and his company! From the first moment we made contact with Big Top Inflatables we were take care of with every question we had. After receiving our bounce units, we encountered an issue with the delivery agency where we got charged an extra amount for an issue that was onbvious the delivery companies fault. We contacted Robert to get advice and see if he had had any other issues like we were having, he asked to see the invoice they sent us, in the meantime we were dealing with the agency on a resolution, we received notification from Big Top inflatables that they were going to take care of the extra billed amount for us for the inconvenience it has caused. The issue was resolved without them having to pay the bill, but for Robert and his company to offer to do that is nothing short of amazing. He is definitely in support of his customers and will make sure they are happy and help them any way he can! We will definitely be repeat customers for Robert!
