They gave great service! Went to the one on babcock first for pills and they didnt know what to recommend, ended up at this one and they knew a ton about all the different pills and stuff they had. I was more than pleased with them and cant wait to come back!

I am not blaming the store and I understand the nature of what is sold. But I spent $178.00 on a male sleeve. And it does not work. I called and asked if there was anything we could do. I am willing to do anything and no nothing they could do to help me. So basically I just ended up throwing $178.00 into my trash can. So maybe think twice before purchase. Cause there is another store that does help out with situations like this. So Id look around to another store.

Someone needs to teach the tall one with glasses about personal hygiene. Smelling like cat pee isn’t cute especially being in a store that targets Intimacy. Never coming back.

Stopped by today to look around and im genuinely surprised that they have good reviews. I was badgered as soon as i stepped inside, girls were so pushy i felt like they assumed i was going to steal. i felt like a walking dollar sign rather than a person. wish i could give no stars.

Recently went in to this location and I have to say.... These girls know their stuff.. Michelle has some amazing customer service skills... Eneri (probably spelled wrong) is super friendly. She helped me figure what items I needed.

Nice staff, clean store, good selections. The first time I went, my $50 partner Ring didnt work and its the first one Ive ever had and I dont get a lot of money to spend for myself so it was a big deal that it didnt work. I called Temptations and they were incredibly sympathetic and allowed me to bring it right back to replace it with a new one. All of the other models had similar malfunctions so I was able to exchange it for a more simple and cheaper product that I was even happier with and it allowed me to add a stimulating gel to the exchange for me to try. Love the store, love the staff! Im definitely going back again and not to make an exchange this time!

It was a pleasure to shop in store on Culebra road. Girls were perfesional & helpful. Explained products in a way that kept my girlfriend comfortable. And when we checked out I overheard a customer asking if the woman helping him could speak Spanish. She went into second language. Was very impressed.
