First time customer, I am an amputee and have other medical conditions that exempt me from wearing a mask. There was only one customer in the store. The employees just stared at me. I had no problem doing curbside pickup. But the employee was across the store telling me what to do. Im partially deaf so I could not hear her. I sat in my truck trying to figure out how to do curbside pickup. Had to go in a second time and ask for help. The entire experience I felt so uncomfortable. I felt like I was being treated different because of my disabilities. I had questions about products. I was there to spend money. I just could not wait to leave. I will not be going back. I should of felt welcomed no feel like the employees could not wait for me to leave the store.

Honestly I had issues with the staff coming up multiple times to ask if I needed help with anything. I was there with my boyfriend and we were very obviously talking about our choices. If I have a question I will ask. If I was the shy type, I would have left the store completely. As it is, I’ve been in twice and had the same experience. It’s comparable to that annoying waiter that asks how your food is every 5 minutes. I will not be returning. I am only giving 2 stars because of the selection. On customer service and comfort, I wouldn’t even give a star. Neither my boyfriend or I enjoyed the experience. Very unfortunate since it shouldn’t be like that

Great place to shop, customer service was amazing and very knowledgeable. Went in to get a few things for my 5 year anniversary. Also very clean store with a great selection.

Very informative staff, also appreciate how they enforce mask mandates and how thorough they are about sanitization in response to COVID.

Horrible customer service! Go to Hustlers the customer service is top notch. The people that work at Adam and Eve are a joke. So rude and theres this tattoo Shrek looking girl that has the worst attitude and then you would think you would get better service with manager but no shes a disgrace to customer service too. Dont go!!

Lost me as a customer.Purchased an item which was defective out of the box - came back 1 month later to return and was told I could receive an exchange in this case. Staffer tested item to confirm defect, but after seeing the receipt I was told I am out of luck due to one month time elapsed (I live well out of town). Apparently defective items are accepted for exchange only days after purchase. This policy is not posted and appears arbitrary. Suggest testing products before leaving the store.

The store kicked me out for coming in to shop for valentines with my newborn.
