I absolutly love this place! It has shaded sitting and picnic tables so you can enjoy a romantic or family picnic. Beautiful scencery. Plenty of things to see and to do with the family,friends, or even on a date. I highly recommended The Bosque its a place of visual ecxstacy and fun! Fishing, joggingpath,giant chessboardgame,volleyball,putt put(miniature golf),paddle boats,door wall art, giant chalkboard, musical instruments(see pics),and colorful lights.For all ages and its dog friendly.

This is a great place for a stroll. There is lots of great scenery here. There are also lots of things to do with the family. There is a mini-golf course, life-size chess pieces, hopscotch, a giant chalk wall, and instruments for your children to play on. The family really enjoyed walking along the river and enjoying time together. This would even be a good place to go on a romantic date. There is also a place to eat. Art is also seen along the walk. This is a great place to enjoy an afternoon.

Great place to go running and blow off steam, especially in the cool weather

Great place to relax. Fishing, giant chess, grills bathrooms picnic tables and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views.

They let you walk you dogs and have poop bag stations for your furry little ones. Great place for the other kids as well. There are plenty of benches and other places to set and relax.Many people like to fish down here as the fish hatchery will release catfish & other types of fish during different times of the year close to this area.There are places to eat & get refreshments here too.Fun place to be had by all.

Nice place to visit, walk, or have a picnic. Runs between the downtown area and the river. Nice to explore along the river, across the bridge and the visitors center, check it all out.

Looking a little aged, but still very charming. My friends and I used to come here all the time and recently visited. We came here to play the Washers game and it seems the little scoring areas were starting to break, unfortunately. The area around here was nicely kept, so it was good to see it still going strong.

Its peaceful place to come too when life gets hectic. I enjoy the lights on the bridge that change color and the sound of the waterfall is quite calming. I enjoy taking my toy poodle here to walk. It is beautiful thanks for all the hard work that goes into maintaining this place for us San Angeloans to enjoy.

Nice quiet place to walk or just sit by the river and reflect back can go walking jogging or biking close to downtown and several good restraunts so check it out

This is a great place to visit. If you are looking for some fun in San Angelo, this is definitely a place you would want to take your family to. You can rent little paddle boats to take your family around the river. You can fish, put-put golf, go to the park or the exercise equipment and see all the amazing art around the lake. Its our favorite part of San Angelo

Great place, it was active but not to busy. A good friend and I took a walk and people watched. Mostly just hung out. This was the place Todo it for sure.

What a great night we had! I wish there were more trash cans, and glass bottles should not be permitted. On the whole though, a lovely place to hear music and enjoy fireworks!

We were very disappointed. Employees told us all the paddle boats were broken. Four boats were sitting right next to the river. They were also smoking pot right there out in the open. I was hoping for a fun family place to go, but that was not our experience.

The Concho River is the prettiest part of San Angelo. Its a great place for a stroll in the park, or walk with your dog. There is a mini golf course and volleyball net for games. The place also features art work done by local artists and has a place to draw with chalk on the wall. There is not better way to kill time then to be one with nature.

Loved the walk and the view! I would suggest waiting till its a little cooler to really enjoy it.

I run along this path all the time. Its great for fishing, theres also a spot to play volleyball, or you could simply just go for a walk. If your hungry your only a walk away from a couple of restaurants.

I love stopping by for a stroll in the river. Its a nice place to sit and relax. You can picnic, people watch, and look at the public art. The only downside is the vagrants hanging out, which can kill the vibe of they are not getting along with each other. Its close to restaurants and bars, too.

Its beautiful at the time we were there was hot with a light breeze.

I love having my Birthday party here. Usually donate the leftovers to the homeless sleeping on the bench next to us. Mini golf course is nice. Good place to walk your dog.
