I have lived here for about 5 years. With every change of management they make promises but somehow in the last 6 months it has hit rock bottom. We are now managed by some out of state company. Nothing gets done anymore. Office staff will say one thing then send you an eviction notice that you have to be out in 3 days. Now we have not had water for 24 hrs or there abouts. It was on for 5 minutes maybe. Plumbers worked for a few hours then left. Nobody answered phones. No on-site maintenance like promised no emergency number.no nothing. Dont buy or rent from here

Way too many new trailer homes that are being moved in while the water and electricity are constantly being shut off. Also I don’t understand how they can move all these trailers in with all the HUGE potholes there are all over the park. Love it!

I did not feel safe while staying here in our rv. Our neighbor knocked on our door & told us not to leave our dish tailgater (satellite dish) out because it will get stolen. Their was trash in our yard when we first got there. They rarely cut the grass. Neighborhood kids would come poke my dog through my fence I put up. Owner constantly asked when we were leaving. I felt so unwanted there. Another neighbor cussed me out because I had a dog & the owners made her give up hers.

Seemed like a very safe and clean place to live. Background checks in conjunction with a close nit community made me reassured that it was a great place to live. *Edit* new trailer was infested with bed bugs. With no help on extermination we decided to spend the 1500 to move to mother in laws house. Sad that we had already spent so much money moving in and getting everything fixed. The bed bugs were the final straw.

Husband stayed here for oil field work. Monthly rent was decent compared to other locations.

The park is an awesome place to live its quiet maintenance keeps the grounds up and is available to help and the manager Donna is awesome

Shabby but under new ownership. I understand she is trying to get it cleaned up and from what I see she has a handle on it. BUT she lacks social skills. Hard nosed, rude and disrespectful. So not sure on the parks future. Maybe clean and empty? I would suggest you have little to do with her as possible.

This is a great place to live both for college students and families. It is very quiet, has excellent management and any issues I have had were quickly resolved. I have never had anything stolen, and the lots are large with good shade trees. I could not ask for a better location or better people, as far as mobile home parks go. I would recommend anyone making this not so typical mobile home park their home!

I have lived here for 6 months now. Schools and stores are nearby. Town is nearby. There is a Walmart walking distance. Its nice and quiet. Very nice Neighbors. Great management. There will be a lot of improvements soon. New street lights, New Roads, pool will be open next summer, trees have been trimmed, there will be many improvements coming soon end I am very excited to see what they have in store for us. I live here now and so far I like it.
