These ladies were lots of fun! We did a great warm up and cool down, so glad they incorporate this into their class to be mindful of the bodies they are working with. It was a blast doing all the tricks, spins and flips. Dreams do come true, I felt like a fairy for about 3 magical minutes ️ I may actually go back for their sessions that are reasonably priced.

Great classes for kids and adults. We love it here! I only wisj there were more variety of classes and times.

So cute! My oldest attended a birthday party here. The instructors explained each wrap and hold step by step. They were super attentive and so good with the kids.

I’ve been taking trapeze classes here for a few months and I love it!! I did 7 weeks of intro to aerial and am now on my second session of trapeze. Every teacher I’ve interacted with has been really nice and supportive. They are really great at supporting students at all levels.
