Very helpful staff, friendly. Decent selection. Had two minor issues, one being parking, the other being that while its great that the person took my wifes toy out of the package and added batteries for free - thus testing to see if it worked - the person didnt wear gloves, which I thought was odd considering that other stores Ive been to have worn latex gloves for those sorts of things in the past. I honestly didnt think about it until we were back home, not sure if this is normal or not. Otherwise, wholly good experience in territory that is admittedly awkward for me and my misses.

Loved this place! I went in as a last minute stop and was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I normally buy online because of the lack of selection in local stores but this place had everything I wanted and much, much more!

Ive spent a lot of money here, but I was disgusted when I was told I could not see the glass product in opaque box. I asked if the picture was actual size. Answer: Its about that size.. Thats what we want to hear about this product line. I walked out. If I want to buy based on pictures I will save money and shop online. Very bad chi!!!

Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They are able to make you feel very comfortable helping with any questions about the products. The only shop of its kind I want to go to in SLC now. Im so happy I went in to see them and not just order off some random website.

In a culturally impoverished city in a largely backwater state (Im referring to the politics, not the people), Mischievous is a welcome and unexpected surprise. Their staff are diverse and knowledgable; their selection is outstanding. The storefront belies the vibe of the shop itself, which is welcoming and relaxed. Because adult toys are never returnable, I love having a shop like this nearby where I can speak to knowledgable folks who remain poised and professional regardless the question. Ive never had a bad experience and Ill definitely be back.

This is by far the best adult toy store in Salt Lake City! I did some comparison pricing on a certain Lelo massage toy, Mischievous had it for $140, Blue Boutique had it for $240 and Dr Johns had it for $300!!! Even Amazons price was $144. Extremely happy with the staff and selection of products here. Ill never shop at BB again!!!

Sure they have nice things, but the customer service here is TERRIBLE! There is an absolutely adorable piece of lingerie that I spotted a month or so ago, TWICE now I left without it...for no other reason than shotty customer service!The staff here is extremely unfriendly and cold and never have I ever, wanted to buy something from somewhere and decided not to because the customer service is that bad!!!I hope I can spare someone the trip, if you prefer a good customer experience and dont want to have an unpleasant experience dont waste your time!Also keep your opinions to yourself at this place because if you say something that they dont like in a private conversation and they here it, ...such as ( I really want this item but I kinda dont want to buy it because the staff here is rude) they will kick you out!Talk about unprofessional, unnecessary, customer service

Wonderful LOCALLY owned and operated adult store. They sell all the best brands of male underwear here. Unico, Clever, Andrew Christian, the list goes on. I got my husband addicted to high quality underwear all the way back in 2007 when we were still just talking online! I bought him his first pair of Unicos from here and shipped them all the way to the UK. True love. The toy selection here is huge. Any toys you can buy online, you can buy HERE in Utah, and support your local economy. Ive shopped at adult stores in London, San Francisco, Maui, and Santa Cruz (Dont judge me!) and Mischievous tops them all.

The owners inflexible no-refund policy is unreasonable. Yes, I understand the nature of their business and products, but IF a product has indeed Never been used, has NEVER been opened and is still in the box or package (and a receipt is given), then refusing a refund based on the idea of a personal/intimate object is just an excuse to withhold money. He must feel a little triumphant about that angle, and hes smug about it. Something in a sealed box or stickered bottle is obvious when opened or tampered with. Things that come from a manufacturer are easily discerned by perfect packaging. I cannot seal something in plastic wrap or cellophane. IF it had been opened and IF it had been used, it would be tell-tale signs, and everybody -- and HE -- knows that. Its just a convenient excuse for him to keep your money if youve made an innocent mistake. In my case, I purchased two products as a gift from someone, but the friend told me later on the phone that he didnt want want. The items never even left the stores SACK. They were in all the original packaging and CLEARLY un-opened/un-used. To say I couldnt have a refund because of what the items were was just an excuse for not giving me back my money. When I said I had nobody to give those things to, or nothing to do with them and I would simply leave them with the owner even if he wouldnt reimburse me, he threatened me with embarrassment at my job by noting he had my phone number and would just bring them back to me. Yeah, the staff were all friendly and wonderful, but I dont consider this owner anything more than a very shrewd, unreasonable business man.

Couldnt get my nail remover or nail polisher cz they guy wouldnt understand till i said it straight up so he said that they domt have it here like tf i always get em here!!! Should start going to all for love now their way nicer and their service is excellent they atleast help u out!!
