Today November 16 @ 2 PM. I was in the store looking at socks. A sales person yelled across the store for me to pull up my mask above my nose more. I did. A few minutes late she again yelled across the store for me to pull up my mask. I said it is up. And she said oh. Did she want it to my eyes!? I said then I don’t need to shop here and she said ok bye! Very rude and unprofessional. I’m only one person but I am one customer. Every business needs to care about every single customer It’s one persons buck that adds up I’ve shopped there before but will not again.

The girls running the shop are very sweet and helpful. The customer service exceeded all my other experiences during my trip to Utah, I was there with my sister visiting our Dad. This is the place to go if youre looking for unique souvenirs. The store offers plenty of options to choose from. This is definitely on my list to visit when Im in town again.

I had an issue with a product I bought and the owner was very professional and helpful in the situation I was in. Very polite honest and in the end she was able to help me with a better choice. Thank you so much for not letting 2020 get anymore inconvenient haha.

Ive been going here for at least 20 years. BEST selection of cards and chill atmosphere. Theres sometimes a gorgeous, darling dog laying around which adds a wonderful touch!

Went here for the first time and I loved the selection of gifts and items. The reason I took away a star was that the girl working there literally paid us no mind. We walked in and we werent given a greeting or even a smile or anything. I wasnt sure who worked there and who didnt. And when I had to ask a question I had to walk up to the girl I thought might be the worker and ask her if she worked there and could help me. That kinda sucks..you should at least give your customers a hey how ya doing when they walk in so they have an idea who is the worker they can ask a question to.But besides that, the store was pretty cool.

Fun store, lots of cool SLC novelty items. Cashier was very chill and helpful, and had some good tunes bopping.

Fun for all sorts of people! You have to have a sense of humor to enter these doors. If youre not okay with crude and sexual humor... dont go in here. The people were nice that worked here and the customers were laughing and enjoying all of the humor that one store can give.Think about a Spencers Gifts x 2 combined with an adult book store.The reason I stopped in here, we the rating. I was looking up shopping in Yelp and searched by the best rating and this store was on of the top choices... and with the photo that is listed as the thumbnail, I couldnt resist. Ive posted a lot of photos from the funny stuff that I saw in there. The chubby statue of the David (David modernized) was my favorite! My least favorite was the blow up dolls of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton-- no thanks, Ill pass!Seriously, if youre looking for a good humor card, gift, gag gift, or to spice up the bedroom-- this is your place! Dont forget your SL, UT shirts, key-chains, or bumper stickers. Everyone likes a Sl,UT souvenir.

Cahoots has an great selection of novelty and naughty things. This is simply one of the best places to shop in the Salt Lake City area. My only complaint is that the adult section could be just be a little larger in their selection, but regardless, coming into this shop has always been a delight.

I am truly saddened and disgusted by the racist actions made by this stores employees.Last night I witnessed the manager, and presumed owner of the store, ask an employee to follow a woman around to ensure against loss prevention. This woman was a young professional who was in no way suspecious looking, however she was black; yet in the crowded store she was the only person these employees were concerned about. The employee followed this woman so closely and stared at her so overtly that it was apparent to everyone, which made it all the more demeaning and humiliating. When the woman questioned the employee about why she was being followed the employee was not only self important and rude, but also scoffed at the woman.Unfortunately this is not the first time I have witnessed an event like this at Cahoots. I will no longer be a patron of this store due to these racist behaviors which hide under the guise of loss prevention.

Customer service was absolutely appauling. The man at the counter actually laughed and chastised my girlfriend when she brought up the fact that the item she purchased was defective.

My friend bought an item from the store, later that day we realized the item was defective. We returned to the store to discuss a refund or exchange. The gentlemen at the front desk was rude and wouldnt discuss anything with my friend. When she suggested testing the items in front of the customers prior to selling the item, he laughed at her. I found that very disrespectful and terrible customer service. We wont be returning.

LOVED IT 20 YEARS AGO, LOVE IT MORE TODAY! First of all the staff is knowledgeable, kind and ready to help, yet not breathing down your back. To find a place in Utah where you can buy a SL,UT shirt (Salt Lake, Utah) or item, or card some would feel was offensive but you know your own mom would love it and since adult items are made so shoddy nowadays, they break 2 weeks after spending 100s somewhere else, Cahoots are super fairly priced! They have a card for everything, and I do mean everything and if its not in card form, itll be in another...from birthday number 1 too retiring and heading to an Island with your 20 year old secretary, they have it!If you need to shop for someone who has everything, Cahoots is where its at! (or should I say, This is the Place?)Be by soon thanks for many years of smiles!!!

Amazing 9th & 9th business! I found tons of cards, mugs, Utah humor products and just about anything else you could think up! I love this local joint ;)

Avoid this place. They can sell broken items that they will refuse to refund or exchange. Bought something, took it to my car, opened it. It was broken. Walked back in and said it was not working. Instead of simply refunding or exchanging they said to call the manufacturer and deal with them.

Customer service, selection and prices are great! Dont forget to visit the fortune teller, he is a hoot!!
