Was great! Went there for a work Halloween event. Gareth treated us all great. We had a great time and cant wait to go back! Would highly suggest to anyone.

We did the Sherlock room and Bank Heist back when it was Great Escape. Thats when it was the 5 star experience. The new ownership under the name Escape Central needs serious help. I took my daughter with some friends and family tonight to do the Train Robbery left very confused. We were all laughing but not because it was a stellar experience. We were shown to the room and not given any direction. We had no idea what our objective even was. We spent 40 minutes just wiggling locks and trying keys until we werent sure what else to do. We called the guy in to see if we were done. He first said no but then looked around and said maybe you are. He offered to buy us drinks which we said yes to because we just spent $175 with no sense of accomplishment. He took us into na smoke filled hookah lounge where ww were served cheap wine and soft drinks. It was a very different experience from when we had come to Great Ecape.

My friends and I have each completed several escape rooms in multiple locations. This is the first one that beat us. The Sherlock room was not necessarily difficult, but incredibly confusing. We were warned not to mess with items too much since many of the furniture was antique, but this led us to leave behind clues we were scared to break. Some clues were actually not the ones required for the solution (ex. Colors not matching correctly). Overall, this led to a very frustrating evening rather than a fun challenge. It was also very dim which was a con for us, so just be aware.

Went to try to find it was creepy going down the kids were terrified going down there looks lIke it was LIVE MURDER SEEN horriable I was even scared oh it looked like you could get killed just walking down ther it was in the bad part of town and it was honestly horrible terrifying and I hated that the kids was terrified and now there going to have night mares and yes I am leavening a horrible review

Me and some friends decided to try this out tonight and we had so much fun Ill be back in the first of the new year for more! Great job keep up your creativity!
