Need a place to sleep? Good luck, loudest property in the county by far, due to the most disrespectful bar owner neighbors

So I wanted to move out of my parents house and my friend help me find their Facebook post. I came this weekend to look and place my deposit and oh man. They are very welcoming to any new member to the park. They have helped me find resources for furniture as Im coming with nothing and they have helped me out tremendously. I feel very welcome and they always answer my questions. I may have two more weeks to move in but I cant wait!!

I didnt live here long but the two months I did were amazing. The work is quiet and small and everyone so friendly. I made wyite a fee memories with my kids here and I wouldnt change then for the world. Mike and Catie are wonderful park managers. They super sweet and caring and I wish every park manager and landlord could be just like them. I would highly recommend anyone needing somewhere to live, to go through here. I did and I loved every second of it. First place I moved in by myself and they made it so easy and unstressful and they really do work with you to make it happen:)

When I called Mike Allison he was very understanding about my situation. I had no right to come and do application, he was able to have a few minutes to spare time to drive out to where I live now. Your management is the best management Ive ever talk too.

Mike and his wife are working hard to make a safe place for family and children. They have made so many good changes in the short time they been here! Mike is always there when you need him. Very good people. The best thing that can ever happen to Copper Mountain Trailer Park

The new manager has made a huge difference. He cleaned up the park and made it a safe place to live!

If you are looking to set up an RV or rent a mobile home that has some flexibility, good property manager and fun neighborhood look here!Although there really arnt any areas for kids to specifically play in, the streets are safe and often filled with kids playing.Theres a laundry room for laundry, and a bathroom with a shower if you are only here for a couple days or weeks.Eventually a pool will be set up, but dont ne too excited, as the area it plans to be is still in the process of being set up.The property manager is charismatic and does well to help you out and accommodate your needs!Its a pet friendly environment with a low pet fee that covers up to three pets( dogs) and if you like cats, youll see em everywhere!!!Lot rents average about 275-350$ and that covers sewer, electric , trash and water!Heres the bad news if you read this far....The bullpen, a bar thats 300 ft from the park, plays its music on sundays from 4:30 till 9 pm out doors and it can be pretty loud and annoying, but simply msg them and they may be willing to turn it down for you. If you live closer to the back of the park near the office, the music becomes more apparent!Traffic can get noisy and often many cars with their base are loud enough to make your head explode or your windows shake, so if your looking for less traffic noises... its not here.Otherwise, its conveniently close to dairy queen, the wash, a good car shop, and either circle k or giant depending on wich you prefer, both less then 3 blocks away!
